Very nice rooms. I’ve paid way more for much worse! Front desk is excellent , a consistent greeting and goodbye. Where it falls down is the excellent restaurant which has some serious issues. The team are great but just totally overwhelmed and service (revenue!) is clearly suffering. They need more staff! I’ve rarely witnessed a case as acute as this. Best feature is proximity to Miami Airport Metro. From there you can take MIA Mover right into the airport terminal. Takes 17 minutes to walk to the MIA Metro from the hotel.

We stayed here for a week. Great location in Brickell, you can walk to the Brickell Mall in less than 10mins. The room was clean and nice. However we had to ask for basic things in the room like toothbrushes, room slippers, etc robe (they only gave us one) The breakfast was good. Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. Well-located hotel, 10 minutes from the airport. A 24/7 IHOP is located just downstairs. Very convenient since the hotel doesn't offer breakfast. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it may take a while for it to be fully operational. Very friendly and attentive staff. The room lacks a refrigerator, in my opinion.

Breakfast is the same every day, but the check-in desk is very small. Everyone has to find their own space. If not, they have to eat breakfast in their own room. The air conditioning is quite noisy, and the rooms are too small. There's no locker in your room. Unfortunately, that's a shame.

The hotel/reception staff were very polite and helpful; they explained upon arrival that the heater had broken and offered a discount, which I didn't care about it. The room is old and had small cockroaches; the sheets were old and looked dirty. It was just one night waiting for the Airbnb to be ready, but I wouldn't return for these reasons.
