Ion knooooow.... They charge $50 to check in early, the rooms are subpar, the hotel (outside of the lobby) is dated. Buuuuuut, the food is good! Finger licking good!!! The bathroom had a fault where the pipe leaked and messes up the place. Managemnt knew but could not do anything about it. The place has outdated fixtures and fittings. My biggest disappointment was the pipe leak for the entire duration of my stay

Room was clean. One of the shampoo containers was full of water instead of product. We asked for a change and had to do twice before taken care of. Also asked for extra towels and they were taken away everyday

Pedro at the front desk was great! The room (studio suite) was not that great. It was very clean but there was a bit of a funny smell and we had no view at all. The room was located next to the exercise room and there was a lot of noise, especially weights put down on the floor.

Not perfect, but good. No hot water on the day we checked out, so cold showers for us. It also seems excesive to charge $25/hour for late check-out whe the hotel is pretry empty. The staff was helpful, though. The food (breakfast and dinner) was fine.

My wife and I visited for an offsite wedding. The property was fantastic. Service was great. Room was also exceptional. We loved having an Equinox on property as we frequently used the gym and spa over our 3 day stay. The property is conveniently located from lots of shopping and restaurants. Everything was excellent, and the location was superb. My only observation is that the shower water in the room would leak out of the bathroom and soak almost the entire floor. Otherwise, everything was great, including the excellent pool and the lobby.

Kitchen was equipped for cooking. We did not have breakfast. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

The rooms really need to be deep cleaned - crusted food on cutlery, bathtub and shower were full of hair, no house keeping for my four night stay.

The Provident Doral hotel/resort was an absolute tranquil and relaxing stay. The staff was so accommodating and the food delicious. The room so private and spacious, with luxurious bedding!! I enjoyed the steamroom in the spa and cold towels in gym. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Location was great.walking distance to beach and city center. Wholefood is right next door.  But the hotel itself is very basic.

We stayed there for 3 nights and location was great! The room was average, I found it expensive and overpriced. There were just a few amenities in the bathroom and I had to request housekeeping to make the room twice during our stay because it was evening and not done yet... Only 2 receptionists and long queues. but overall, we had a nice stay.

The service at the bar was excellent. The room was comfortable. The location is good for those who need to be in downtown. The cleaning was a bit superfluous. We stayed there one week, but we received bottles of water and body cream only the first day.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the airport shuttle only starts at 7 AM, so we missed it for our early flight. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. The pool was closed.

If you’re staying just one night because of a flight connection, the hotel is perfect. But if you’re traveling with family, it’s terrible. It’s literally right next to the airport, and the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you constantly hear the planes. The hotel is located right in the Dadeland Mall. If that's your intended destination, it's great. We stayed two nights before taking a cruise. It's too far from all the main attractions in Miami. It has a garage that was advertised as free, but apparently, it wasn't. At checkout, no charge appeared. However, a few days later, a charge of $42.50 showed up on my card. I still haven't received an explanation...

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and basically met all the requirements. The room was clean, the shower had enough water pressure, and the breakfast was rich with the fruits and bread I liked.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, the design is fashionable and reasonable, and the check-in experience is very good. The only slight drawback is that it is a bit far from the scenic spot, almost 30 minutes or more by car, but the flaws are not outweighed, and I will choose to stay here again in the future

The only good thing I could say about the courtyard Marriott is that my room was clean. They would not take a corporate credit card over the phone for room deposit and incidentals. Valet parking only at $26.00 a night I feel is excessive and street parking is scarce. After driving all day to get here I wasn't in the mood for this B.S.

My husband and I booked this stay because he was having brain surgery at Baptist hospital. The entire stay (even with the gentleman that tried to break into our room our first night due to being thoroughly inebriated) was amazing. A bit dated hotel with a perfect location if you are looking for a hotel close to MIA airport. They have a free shuttle service to the airport that goes every 15min. The rooms are clean and have everything you need even if everything is a bit older, it’s still good. The restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive but the food was really good, so that’s fine if you stay there just for a night or two...

Old, dated but clean rooms with basic bathrooms and comfortable beds. Mini fridge was a bit dirty. Free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. They also have a basic market downstairs with food and drinks to go.

Got a voucher for this hotel when I missed my connecting flight. Free shuttle gets you to/from the airport every 15 minutes or so. Nice and spacious room. Wifi worked well. A bit noisy because it's very close to the airport, but that was to be expected. Overall, I enjoyed my one-night stay.

Beautiful hotel. I loved the pool area and the whole feel of the place. The airport shuttle both ways was quick and reliable. My room was clean and really comfortable, and I don't always find hotel beds comfortable.

The staff was very courteous. The lobby was as expected. Our room had a bit of a smell when going in, but after a while you didn't feel it. The food was delicious, though a bit pricey. Overall, I still would visit again.

Fantastic for overnight stay between connecting flights. Right there in the terminal close to BA arrival gate & AA departure gate. Easy access to fast food outlets in terminal. Good shower. Comfortable & clean bed. Not noisy, room size adequate, we had a great nights sleep. Would definitely use again.

The hotel is clean, and the service is good. It's conveniently located in the middle of the terminal. The only downside is that they don't offer luggage storage; you can't store your bags unless you're checking in, which is a bit inconvenient.

Check in was simple and fast. Our room was ready to go upon arrival, and the desk staff could answer all questions we had when we arrived. It was impossible to find from a car from the outside, but easy to navigate to from inside the terminal. Options to purchase food in the terminal was a plus. Really, it was the best part of flying out of Miami.

Convenience of being located in the airport is definitely worth it. Room was fine for one night. As others have noted, you hear the noise from other rooms and the plumbing, but it was not really a bother. I'd stay there again.

We got a family day pass so we just used the pool and fitness facilities. The pools were really nice - and very clean. The gym is fantastic and the spa amenities were an added bonus. This hotel is walking distance to a lot of cute restaurants. We will definitely be back.

The angular, mirrored guest room aims for cool and quirky but lands on uncomfortable and awkward. It's mainly a bed, with a hugely uncomfortable mattress and old pillows so uncomfortable that our necks hurt. No desk, no night tables, no convenient outlets, one little, hard chair. It's not a room for relaxing in. You have to inch your way around the bed to get to the bathroom or to the closet area...

The hotel is very accommodating- the staff are nice and helpful. My balcony door wouldn’t lock and the shower smelled of mildew. I got a new room and the dead bolt didn’t work. I didn’t feel safe. The hotel is not yet a Marriott in anyway. They really need an upgrade of everything. I didn’t like the hotel or vibe and wouldn’t stay here again but I did love the staff and how helpful they were.
