The room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that parking wasn't included with the room and the Hilton staff (not local hotel staff) tried pushing a time share on us. Beware, if you book at this location, you're likely to get a hard sell on a time share.

Overall good hotel. Quiet rooms. Not as frenzy Disney land which is nice. The restaurant / bar area inside the lobby could certainly be revamped and a proper espresso machine for an autograph is expected (not a press a button for Starbucks). Had an amazing time! Joe the doorman was awesome he gave us a coupon to howl at the moon which was awesome then the next morning he gave us a coupon to hash house!!! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool was nice but drinks were overpriced. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect stay! We’ve been a few times and yesterday sealed the deal that I needed to leave a review. We called ahead and they were so kind and able to accommodate us with a very early 10am check in. The rooms are comfy and clean, and the location is great - Cafe TuTu Tango next door is a must visit for dinner. The sunset view from the roof is also beautiful. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! The staff was very courteous and patient. Check in was easy and seamless, was able to pay for an early check in at 9am for only $30. The pool is beautiful and the kids enjoyed it. Very satisfied, very close to Florida Mall, convenient for eating, opposite a large supermarket, 7-8 minutes away from the bus terminal, where there is a bus to the airport, very convenient. The hotel is clean, the room is large, there is free coffee, a gym and a swimming pool, and it is cost-effective.

I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed. 

Clean room, attentive staff. I wish the fitness center had more options, especially for such a large property. The two treadmills get taken quickly, and a stationary bike would be great.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The condo we stayed in does need better window coverings. The outside lights shine right in, even with the curtains pulled.

Rooms were large and spacious (we had a 3 bed/3 bath apartment), and the kitchen was great. Beds weren't the most comfortable, some too soft, others too hard. We didn't utilise the hotel amenities as we were there for the theme parks and didn't spend much time in the hotel.

Seriously can’t understand how 2 rolls of toilet paper and one paper towels would be enough for a family of 6. No shampoo or nice soap awful. And when you asked for towels or basic amenities it was an issue.

The suite only needs a smart TV in the living room. This is my favorite resort to stay in Orlando with family and friends.

This resort has everything we could want! Check-in was flawless; the staff is awesome; the resort grounds are clean and well kept; the suites are clean, spacious, stocked with amenities, and include a full kitchen, living room, and very nice bathroom. It’s definitely five stars. It’s the only place I will stay when I’m here in Orlando.

Lovely hotel. Room was pretty and clean. Awesome location for someone attending an event at the Kia center. The walk to the Kia Center was quick with lots of eateries along the way.

Overall the hotel was great. We had a beautiful view of Disney Springs and enjoyed every second of that. However one of the night we were there the room next to us was partying a little too hard. The service is good, and it is a partner hotel that allows early entry to the park! There is a shuttle bus that is very convenient, and the drivers are very good! There is also a possible BB-8 in the hotel

We had a great stay around Bryans Spanish Cove. The room was like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. Hidden gem just off of both SR 417 and I-4 in Orlando. Perfect location for a weekend at Disney Springs and close enough to WDW to be your homebase for a week or more. 2BR/2BA condo, with a full kitchen and dining table, for the price of most basic Orlando hotel rooms (and much less than staying in the bubble). Beautiful lakeside setting and lots of amenities. Highly recommended!

Great value, great location, super nice people. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is not a huge resort but is way better than a hotel and it has things like a pool, paddle boats and is just comfortable. And it was really gentle on my wallet allowing me to spend more money on other things in the area. We will come back here next time.

Reasonably priced universal hotel which provides early park admission. Room is comfortable. However, the room has poor sound proofing. There is constant vibration in the wall and one of the beds. The location is good for going to Universal Studios. There are frequent shuttles and early admissions, so it's good. It's a bit old, but it's good for creating a Universal atmosphere.

It's a regular motel. I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. It's clean inside and it's about a 30 minute walk to Universal. There is also a bus that takes you to the park across the street, so it's convenient.

The hotel was nice close to a lot of places to visit

The hotel is old and dingy and reeks of bug spray. The dust on the night stand and lamp was thick. Beds were clean, towels were clean, floors were FILTHY. STAFF WAS VERY NICE, attentive and friendly but the overall hotel feeling was dirty and dingy. So bad that grandkids asked if we could just sleep in our car. The property was perfectly located near parks, shopping and restaurants. I loved how it had a nice walking path by the lake and walkable to Publix. When we checked in, we didn't get the room we booked (different beds). The hotel was accomodating a nice about handling it, we just ended up in a lousy room next to the fitness center. Not ideal when dudes are ball slamming at 7:30 am...So the room wasn't my favorite.

My friend and I came to see the concert, and it was great. The hotel had that American feel to it, and I'd like to stay there again. I especially loved the bathroom; it truly felt like authentic American style.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was fine and clean for the most part. Our shower leaked water on the floor and the hairdryer needed to be cleaned. The elevators were really slow. I requested for a blanket to be sent to my room for 2 nights in a row, there was only 1 blanket in the room which did not fit the 3 of us, request ignored, and i was cold 2 nights...

Location was on a strip with lots of traffic so… noisy. There was no coffee maker in the room and no complementary breakfast. I decided to pay $12 for their continental breakfast which was pretty bad… dark lukewarm coffee, bad carby options (bagel, croissant , bread) of mediocre quality. Some yogurts and a few choices fruits. Very disappointing.

I had the BEST stay at the Delaney Hotel. A super-cute, low key boutique hotel that is quietly luxurious. The restaurant is GREAT. We arrived on Saturday evening and from the moment we got there, everyone was so outgoing and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and out room was spotless! We ordered room service on the tablet in the bedroom and the food/drinks were delivered promptly. We had nice big windows and a beautiful view from our room. We will definitely be back!
