Went for football tournament. Location was great. And staff was friendly. But I was a little taken back when they didn’t clean my room for the first day, I had to call and ask why. They told me they only clean on the fourth day so I asked them to start cleaning my room since I was gonna be there for three nights so they clean the second night.

First time staying in Rosen Inn Pros: Shuttle service. Workers are good people. Cons: cheap appliances (hair dryer was a fire hazard it caught fire) and no replacement was available. Coffee maker was dirty. Restaurant was under repair and was not posted until I had to ask about their breakfast the next day and notified me about the situation. My parents were left to wait in the lobby and was not...

The room facilities aren't the newest, but the room itself was clean, and so was the bed. It had a desk, chair, microwave, and some furniture, which was all decent. It's close to the highway, so there was some noise at night, but it was manageable. There's a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, you just need to book in advance or wait at the stop.

Always an easy check in. My requests were met. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Compared with the Rosen ink lake buena vista, here we had a good time, good service and breakfast was also good. Here we haven’t asked to give a deposit of 50 dollars, while in lake buena vista I pay 50 bucks deposit and after a month I haven’t received back.

Our room was very comfortable but in the entrance area there were a humidity smell, we reported it and technically Marriott did not fix it just covered with a strong odor of cleaning product that in less of a day desaleared.

The location is great. The room was dusty and I requested cleaning, but no one responded. The AC is old, fluctuates between too hot and too cold, and I can’t adjust the fan. Also, the hot water at night isn’t warm enough.

This hotel will be our go to when staying in Orlando for the night when we don’t want to drive an hour and half to get home. We chose to stay on a high floor and it was really cool looking out over the at night with all the lights!

This is the third time that we’ve stayed at this location. The townhouse is always super clean. It’s very spacious and close to everything we like to do around Orlando. Resort shuttle service from the cottages to the main lobby should be a 24 hr service because it was quite a distance to walk. Overall we had a great stay. The cottage we had was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We did use the hot tub and had some issue but it was fixed the next day. Checking in and out was fast. The staff here are the best part of the hotel. It’s what you would expect from a Garden Inn. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was. I didn’t eat at it, but it did look fresh.

My friend and I came to see the concert, and it was great. The hotel had that American feel to it, and I'd like to stay there again. I especially loved the bathroom; it truly felt like authentic American style.

Very satisfied, very close to Florida Mall, convenient for eating, opposite a large supermarket, 7-8 minutes away from the bus terminal, where there is a bus to the airport, very convenient. The hotel is clean, the room is large, there is free coffee, a gym and a swimming pool, and it is cost-effective.

I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed. 

Overall good hotel. Quiet rooms. Not as frenzy Disney land which is nice. The restaurant / bar area inside the lobby could certainly be revamped and a proper espresso machine for an autograph is expected (not a press a button for Starbucks). Had an amazing time! Joe the doorman was awesome he gave us a coupon to howl at the moon which was awesome then the next morning he gave us a coupon to hash house!!! The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool was nice but drinks were overpriced. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect stay! We’ve been a few times and yesterday sealed the deal that I needed to leave a review. We called ahead and they were so kind and able to accommodate us with a very early 10am check in. Hidden gem just off of both SR 417 and I-4 in Orlando. Perfect location for a weekend at Disney Springs and close enough to WDW to be your homebase for a week or more. 2BR/2BA condo, with a full kitchen and dining table, for the price of most basic Orlando hotel rooms (and much less than staying in the bubble). Great value, great location, super nice people. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. This is not a huge resort but is way better than a hotel and it has things like a pool, paddle boats and is just comfortable. And it was really gentle on my wallet allowing me to spend more money on other things in the area. We will come back here next time.

When we checked in, we didn't get the room we booked (different beds). The hotel was accomodating a nice about handling it, we just ended up in a lousy room next to the fitness center. Not ideal when dudes are ball slamming at 7:30 am...So the room wasn't my favorite.
