Convenient location. Rooms were fine but not alot of amenities.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was fine and clean for the most part. Our shower leaked water on the floor and the hairdryer needed to be cleaned. The elevators were really slow. The football game crowd over whelmed the hotel restaurant so I wish management would have had more staff to handle the load better.

this Hotel was very clean and up-to-date. The only problem is the parking you have to pay for. Or you could Valley with the Hotel. I found this out the hard way. When checking out. I had a ticket on my window. The Hotel staff at check-in didn’t inform me that the property did not have selfparking for the guest.

It's similar to Four Seasons, but the location is not very good. Although it's downtown, there's nothing around. We always order takeout or take a taxi. It's not suitable to go out at night. There are homeless people around.

The staff are helpful, who provided useful tips. They also concerned about customer safety. And the hotel facilities are clean and very good.

It's very close to the home court of the Magic. You can walk back to the hotel to watch the game in the evening.

I had a very bad experience staying at this motel, primarily due to the front desk staff who are there dring the evening hours, the curly haired girl and another guy, they refused to give out their names when i asked them. I requested for a blanket to be sent to my room for 2 nights in a row, there was only 1 blanket in the room which did not fit the 3 of us, request ignored, and i was cold 2 nights...

Location was on a strip with lots of traffic so… noisy. There was no coffee maker in the room and no complementary breakfast. I decided to pay $12 for their continental breakfast which was pretty bad… dark lukewarm coffee, bad carby options (bagel, croissant , bread) of mediocre quality. Some yogurts and a few choices fruits. Very disappointing.

There were cockroaches in the restroom, bloodstains on the curtains, the toilet door was broken, and the hallway lights were off. You could literally hear the next room is running at midnight. The only good thing was that the staff were friendly and the breakfast was plentiful.

I have found a new place to stay from now on. We come to this area at least once a year, this is where I will be booking from now on. Rooms were nice, spacious, and comfortable beds. The hotel is very cost-effective, clean and hygienic. It is safe and reliable and is very suitable for business trips. It is conveniently located near nearby attractions. It costs only a dozen dollars to take a taxi. The breakfast is simple. I stayed for four nights. However, the room is very airtight and the ventilation is not good. It is very uncomfortable to stay for a long time.

It is very nice place. Reception was quite helpful. Only problem was mold. Unfortunately, it triggered my allergic rhinitis. However, the hotel understood my medical condition. I left the hotel a day earlier and hotel paid the difference.

A very old house, a bit like a motel in an American movie. There was a damp smell when I entered the house. I don't know why the bed was so high. I really had to climb up. I regret it a bit. I originally wanted to stay one night and find a place closer to the airport. I should have spent more money to find one with at least a 4-point rating.

They charged me a $50 resort fee at the hotel that wasn't mentioned anywhere. I called Trip.com, where I booked, and they said they'd get back to me, but I haven't heard anything yet... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good facilities, good service, good breakfast but it's repetitive, they also charged me an additional $50 for internet, pool and cable that wasn't mentioned on the website when I booked.

First room was leaking water from the second floor, in the second floor literarly I killed a cockroach with the security guy at 3 AM morning in my room :)

I arrived early and kept my luggage at the front desk. When I came back to check in, I lost my laptop and iPad. It was so frustrating for my first day here in Orlando. I spent the night looking for it and talking to the manager, somehow it appears again in the lobby. They can’t even provide a transparent answer for us. Be careful!

Comfortable and spacious rooms with new modern bathrooms, great aircon and wonderful staff. Stephanie was brilliant on our check in. Cleaning service was slightly disappointing and our request for cleaning and bed sheet change on day 3 didn't happen unfortunately.  Breakfast was fairly basic but tasty and excellent for our needs. The hotel is very close to Icon Park. It would be great if the floor could be mopped though. The water pressure of the shower was very weak as well. Breakfast room was very crowded and there were not many choices of food. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is newly refurbished and rooms are done to a high standard, the staff are very helpful and provided some great recommendations. The hotel has a bus stop right outside for the iride trolley (https://www.internationaldriveorlando.com/iride-trolley/) making it ideal if you looking to travel to any of the main attractions or the convention centre. It's a regular motel. I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. It's clean inside and it's about a 30 minute walk to Universal. There is also a bus that takes you to the park across the street, so it's convenient.

This Spark by Hilton hotel seems to have been recently upgraded. The service was excellent and consistent, and the rooms were quite clean. It offers a standard continental breakfast; it would be even better if they had hot scrambled eggs and sausages. Parking is also convenient. The surrounding amenities are great, and transportation is easily accessible.

Me and my Family stayed a week and we had a wonderful stay. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Everything was great, relaxing and cozy. Spent our Christmas week here and it didnt disappoint!

Good value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around...

Room service is available every day, and the attitude is good. The location is quite remote, which is more suitable for travelers who drive. There is a bus stop next to it, but only one bus passes by, and it is far from the city.

They do not use full mattress covers, they look to be just something covering part of the middle of the mattress. Disgusting. Empty shower toiletries. Dirty floors. Dirty pillows. The room was cute and well decorated but we had no privacy as a family of four. I would consider one of the suites if you like a little space. We couldn’t hear the people in the rooms surrounding which was nice but I was unable to get hot water being the third one to shower. Good stay, my only complaint is that they stopped cleaning the room the day before check-out. This is because cleaning was requested every day. The breakfast was better in terms of quality and quantity of fruit available (fruit salad). Remember that I stay with you often. As a suggestion for improvements, the carpets in the room should be replaced, they are very old and dirty.

The location and cleanliness were impeccable. The staff at check-in were kind, and the information about the free shuttle and breakfast was very thorough. However, the shuttle driver was a little unfriendly and our luggage was loaded into the car a little carelessly, which was a bit disappointing. However, everything else was perfect.
