The temperature of the room was fine, but I had no utensils to cook with, and one of the burners was not working and other than that just the dogs barking.

Everything was clean. Excellent for a one nighter even better more than one night. I stayed one night and it was the lowest I found through kayak and through ******* booked. I booked the night before so it was unique it did not have a price hike. Hopper was price hiking since I was booking the night before.

Arriving after dark couldn't really tell what the office was.. Got to the room the latchlock was broken completely missing half of it, room was hot, it looked clean. Realized it was only surfaced clean as behind the door ,in front of the sink and all around the edge , a foot up completely fell there was roaches , which I did not notice until the following night, i didn't notice when I took my shoes...

This is not a high end hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Has some downsides to it. However it exceeded my expectations. I had low expectatioins based on the price and reviews. Will definately staynagainm

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2025. Hotel was still finishing up some renovations , the pool was still closed. Our room was great super clean and nicely decorated,beds were comfortable. Used the free shuttle to Universal very close to park. My only recommendation to the hotel is in regards to the free continental breakfast. I wish they had eggs, bacon or sausage. The make your own waffles...

Really nice hotel. Wasn't able to enjoy the full breakfast due to COVID (we had brown bag breakfasts) but I definitely would go back. Also has shuttle to Universal.

Loved the decor in the lobby. Rooms were clean with comfortable pillows and blankets. Pleasant surprise to see hot breakfast at a quality inn. Will definitely be back next time we are visiting the theme parks

Nice hotel for travelers visiting Universal! Hearty breakfast with the shuttle coming at a great time. Universal is close enough to walk if shuttle times do not work out. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Lots of food options nearby. The bed and pillows were fair, but not great.

Location is close to universal studio. Price is reasonable. Hotel is older, but somewhat clean. I would recommend for a short visit.

Basically the hotel over all is good. I gave it 3 stars because the breakfast area needs to be bigger, only one slow elevator and our toilet stopped up twice during our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and Professional. Armani was the associate at the front desk a definite assest to this property.

Pretty bare minimum hotel. We stayed for one night and check in was seamless. We asked for extra pillows and they couldn’t give us any. The hotel was clean, but the shower had a draining problem and the walls were peeling. Overall, it did what we needed but could have been nicer.

The hotel was simple! 10 minute drive to Universal Parks, 15-20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Starbucks walking distance. Bed was comfortable, great staff! Only complaint walls were kinda thin and had a heavy smell of cleaner! But better than a stinky smell! Is a nice hotel for the price!!! Would stay again! Medium range hotel. But i mean its far enough for the price we pay. Theres nothing to complain about the hotel at this price. They are really doing good for the price. Forgot to say that they allowed very early check-in like 3 hrs early. No extra cost.

This is a nice hotel. What made our stay was the impeccable service of Ramon and Hector. Ramon was always very helpful and friendly and very informative. Just because of them, I loved the hotel. The room was better than many I have stayed at. The bathroom had a sliding door. The pull out bed had crumbs in it from previous guest. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was very efficient and thorough when cleaning! The breakfast offered could have been better but it wasn't terrible. The hotel is old and shows it's age but I would stay there again.

Mostly normal stay My visit this time was average. Only issue was seeing 2 live cockroaches, again. But other then that it was nice and the employee who checked me in was friendly.

Military/veterans discount makes this affordable. Small rooms, but if you just need a bed and a bath you can beat the price in this region. No fridge or microwave. Well cleaned and close to everything. Shady location list was given to me verbally of places to avoid at night, which was fine for me, but could affect others.

The hotel is very conveniently located and easily accessible from the airport. It is also very well connected to all major roads. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff deserves special mention. Assistance is always available, for example, with technical difficulties (e.g., with mobile phones). We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. This hotel does not provide cleaning services. During consecutive stays, guests can only go to the front desk to change towels. Then, although the bedding was clean, the floor was so dirty that I couldn't wash my socks even if I stepped on the floor and walked a few steps. A deposit of US$100 is required at the front desk for each stay. Cash is not accepted, only credit cards are accepted.

It's a very standard American traditional style motel, which kind of motel? It doesn't seem very appropriate either. The room is not big, just like the picture. What needs special emphasis is: You must drive in this location, otherwise it will be really difficult to describe.

Location was great, right off the toll road. Not too much noise. Room was smaller than anticipated, bed must have been on springs as it squeaked every single time we rolled over, and saw a couple bugs on the counter and in the shower. Didn't use the pool or any other amenities, so can't comment on those. Free parking and no resort fee.

I read the reviews of others and i have to disagree. I saw no cockroaches, no mold and the room was very clean. If I had come here in the first place my entire weekend would have been great. The room was exceptionally clean-not too busy at all since it is lower/mid priced. There were absolutely no bugs, housekeeping came around daily, and I could tell the floors were clean, bathroom was stocked, as it ahould be, but many others in this price range fall short. The only thing I would make better is the shower head pressure, and the shower itself has not been updated/could use some love...

Cleanliness is terrible, the building needs a lot of repairs, but the bed was ok and comfortable, and we had some food for breakfast so it worth the price.

On Fridays and Saturdays they have people playing really loud music around the pool area. I don't recommend staying there if you go to bed early at least not the back side. I do recommend paying the 100. deposit in cash because you get it back. I haven not received my deposit...

The night we stayed they put us next to a room where people were fighting, screaming and slamming doors all night, then they for sure had a lot of room available

Room was clean only thing that the bathroom wall had black splatter now sure what it was, but I cleaned it and If you want clean towels you need to bring your dirty ones to the front to get new ones. The room was very clean everything was just dated and some nicks in the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable. It looked like and felt like a Futon bed. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The hallways and elevator did smell like smoke and dogs though. I wouldn’t stay here again but it was ok for just one night to sleep.

Not many restaurants nearby, but grocery stores are pretty close, and the room had a kitchen, so it was good. We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room, so the kitchen was low for a tall person, but the roll-in shower was huge!

The room had a strange odor and the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation. Breakfast options were quite limited. However, the free parking with plenty of spaces was a big plus.

The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios Florida. In addition, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which made sightseeing very enjoyable during our stay. We were also satisfied with the breakfast, cleanliness, and service.
