Breakfast was very fresh. I can’t comment on parking because we used the hotel shuttle. Omar was very nice and went above and beyond for all my guests that was going on my 60th birthday cruise the next day. After his shift was over a very pleasant young lady took over and was just as nice those two made our stay great!

Traveled with family in 2 rooms, 1st room assigned was dirty and in disrepair. Family members had to change. Hotel in need of a deep cleaning.

Be sure to clarify that you want a pet free room. The ONLY issue I had with this property was that the furniture in the room I was given had a slight smell to it and was scratched up by what I can only presume was a cat that previously stayed in that unit. Staff was friendly, area was well kept, quiet, and close to dining options.

The room was perfect for our needs. I love this style room! The shuttle service to and from the airport was idea. We would stay here again!

This is a go to for us. It’s quiet and comfortable. The location to the airport is great. The food options are plentiful. They have free laundry to boot. You just need to provide your laundry soap and stuff. They have a pool that isn’t heated. There is a hot tub as well.

Nice place. Some very good free advice. Spend the $10 for 5 minute uber ride. Shuttle takes 45 minutes.

The place was clean and comfortable, and friendly. The location is very good, near main attractions and easy to travel. Only downside if you are an early bird, there is no coffee until 6am, so you would need to get it outside. I was in a "premium" room equipped with micro and fridge but no coffee maker (!?). However, I recommend it and would stay again there.

Being a long weekend the hotel was crowded with guess yet only one elevator was in service. The room closet was missing the door and was the wall was chipped at the bottom. Early morning found a big roach in the bathroom. Staff was great, but will not stay here again.

Worth every penny free breakfast

This hotel(Comfort Suites maingate east)  location is great ! Very close to Disney world .  Many restaurants and fast food near by (like Davis  chicken is very close and open until 11pm)also CVS and convenience store is close by.  Breakfast is good enough.  Room is clean . just Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and sleeper (no sleeper no toothbrush )  .We are Pretty happy stay here this time...

This is a nice hotel. What made our stay was the impeccable service of Ramon and Hector. Ramon was always very helpful and friendly and very informative. Just because of them, I loved the hotel. The room was better than many I have stayed at. The bathroom had a sliding door. The pull out bed had crumbs in it from previous guest. Decent hotel but really needs attention to certain areas. My room had the typical stained furniture of a normal family vacation area. The check in was great, friendly people at the desk. Had trouble with the key. I left my glasses in the cab or airport and couldn't see the tiny arrow to slot it correctly. They were so good to me before during and after the many times we tried several keys. I stayed overnight and had to leave the next morning to meet my mother so I didn't speak of the key or the wet carpet and musty smell. Someone...

Exceeded expectations For a cheap overnight stay I was beyond impressed!! Room had a microwave AND fridge which is hard to find in more expensive hotels nowadays! Room was very large, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great design and layout of house. Easy access, well equipped kitchen, laundry and linens. Easy parking, comfortable bedding and sitting space. Beautiful and clean premises. We booked the three bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the patio with the grill outside was such a nice touch. My kids loved having their own rooms and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

Booked for a family holiday to Disney. This place is absolutely perfect. Location is within a few miles of all Disney Parks and Universal is very accessible. Clean and homely. Everything we could have wished for.

I unfortunately could not use the airport shuttle because my flight left before it began running for the day. But staff members were polite, cheerful, and on hand during breakfast in case guests needed anything.

It was my first time a Holiday Inn! It is an average hotel. The air conditioning was so noisy at night that it was keeping us half awake. We were on the side of the road and we could hear the noisy car the whole evening and night. I did not took the time to complain because I was with the family and we arrive at 10 PM and left the next morning at eight… Not anymore…

The bathroom was modern. The shower was hot and water pressure was excellent!

Condo was decent, could have had a few more supplies in the unit. Half rolls of TP is pretty sh*tty... literally.

Every day we had problems getting into the house, and it was really annoying to come back tired and not be able to get in.

This is the best hotel for a family, very clean, beautiful, a vacation for the soul, I recommend it, it is never forgotten, I want to go back there again.

The staff there are amazing, our flight from Arizona brought us in a lot earlier than expected, like 10 hours before our check-in. They had sold out the night before; however, the front staff (Stacy) was able to find us a room. Therefore, we were only homeless for about 3 hours.

The room was beautiful and clean, the staff was pleasant and courteous and the breakfast was good. The price was great for our porpoises of a place to sleep for the night. We were warned that many amenities like the pool were closed for renovation and our rate reflected that.

Everything was clean. Excellent for a one nighter even better more than one night. I stayed one night and it was the lowest I found through kayak and through ******* booked. I booked the night before so it was unique it did not have a price hike. Hopper was price hiking since I was booking the night before.

Arriving after dark couldn't really tell what the office was.. Got to the room the latchlock was broken completely missing half of it, room was hot, it looked clean. Realized it was only surfaced clean as behind the door ,in front of the sink and all around the edge , a foot up completely fell there was roaches , which I did not notice until the following night, i didn't notice when I took my shoes...

This is not a high end hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Has some downsides to it. However it exceeded my expectations. I had low expectatioins based on the price and reviews. Will definately staynagainm

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2025. Hotel was still finishing up some renovations , the pool was still closed. Our room was great super clean and nicely decorated,beds were comfortable. Used the free shuttle to Universal very close to park. My only recommendation to the hotel is in regards to the free continental breakfast. I wish they had eggs, bacon or sausage. Nice hotel for travelers visiting Universal! Hearty breakfast with the shuttle coming at a great time. Universal is close enough to walk if shuttle times do not work out. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Lots of food options nearby. The bed and pillows were fair, but not great.

Location is close to universal studio. Price is reasonable. Hotel is older, but somewhat clean. I would recommend for a short visit.

Basically the hotel over all is good. I gave it 3 stars because the breakfast area needs to be bigger, only one slow elevator and our toilet stopped up twice during our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and Professional. Armani was the associate at the front desk a definite assest to this property.

Pretty bare minimum hotel. We stayed for one night and check in was seamless. We asked for extra pillows and they couldn’t give us any. The hotel was clean, but the shower had a draining problem and the walls were peeling. Overall, it did what we needed but could have been nicer.

The hotel was simple! 10 minute drive to Universal Parks, 15-20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Starbucks walking distance. Bed was comfortable, great staff! Mostly normal stay My visit this time was average. Only issue was seeing 2 live cockroaches, again. But other then that it was nice and the employee who checked me in was friendly.

Military/veterans discount makes this affordable. Small rooms, but if you just need a bed and a bath you can beat the price in this region. No fridge or microwave. Well cleaned and close to everything. Shady location list was given to me verbally of places to avoid at night, which was fine for me, but could affect others.

The hotel is very conveniently located and easily accessible from the airport. It is also very well connected to all major roads. There was a parking lot right in front of the room, so it was dark at night and had a scary atmosphere. The shower in the room was simple, with no bathtub, and it was connected to the ground. We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. This hotel does not provide cleaning services. During consecutive stays, guests can only go to the front desk to change towels. Then, although the bedding was clean, the floor was so dirty that I couldn't wash my socks even if I stepped on the floor and walked a few steps. A deposit of US$100 is required at the front desk for each stay. Cash is not accepted, only credit cards are accepted.

It's a very standard American traditional style motel, which kind of motel? It doesn't seem very appropriate either. The room is not big, just like the picture. What needs special emphasis is: You must drive in this location, otherwise it will be really difficult to describe.

It's a very nice place. The front desk workers are friendly I had a very easy n nice check in... They get booked really fast so make a reservation ahead of time. The room is lovely had a decorations of towels on the bed the kitchen area was lovely... The bathroom is so big fit my and my husband

Location was great, right off the toll road. Not too much noise. Room was smaller than anticipated, bed must have been on springs as it squeaked every single time we rolled over, and saw a couple bugs on the counter and in the shower. Didn't use the pool or any other amenities, so can't comment on those. Free parking and no resort fee.
