Hotels in Orlando

We have been going to all of Westgate resorts for over 31 years. This is one of their most updated decor facilities in the area. It is a smaller…more hotel style as opposed to a resort style. We actually like that sometimes as big resorts can get overwhelming. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is nice, the pool is clean, but the food we haven’t tried.

We were 5 adults so the space was really convenient, clean and specially the kitchen helped a lot to decrease the expenses on our trip. The pool and activities are very good. WiFi has cost.

Went there to use a certificate I had for Drafts sorts bar. The place was nice and simple. A few big screens which were nice and the staff was really nice also. Not that big of a food selection but they have the basics and then some. Thunder a bit overpriced. They wanted $2 per topping for a burger no matter whether it was cheese, sauteed onions, bacon, whatever.

Good service, the bed sheets need to be renovated. I truly believe the human factor has been the most important asset the resort has. The administration should invest more in maintaining their asset. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Very nice hotel. We had a pool/pond facing deluxe 2 bedroom suite. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Shuttle to attractions. Right there close to everything.

Very comfortable place and very upscale. I had a nice time at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok and the Apple juice and orange juice was watered down way too much. Other than that the room was great the view was lovely and they have a lot going on as the activities go for kids and adults. It's like a getaway in a getaway. Great for family to come and stay.

Great staff but it looks like it hasn’t been updated in ten plus years. Rips in the sofa, the curtain was broken and gave me college flash backs. I would also say that putting us next to a family when it was two people… seems not great.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Great location near most of the big attractions like disney, seaworld, aquatica etc. Comfortable bed, clean room and it felt safe.

Check in was late because of traffic in Jacksonville. I've stayed here a few times already with no issues. When I got there, nobody was at the front desk. Sign said they would return soon. I waited. 15-20 minutes and nobody. Clean room but we got a kitchenette and it is small and dont have stove, also be careful lwoth the charges , hotel charge a d deposit , i had it charge 2 times and they said it was pending, yeah right. But i have to asked to make sure. I will not stay there again, i will stay in other hotels better as i was doing it before, but that happens when you try new things.

The lack of kitchen ware is a potential problem. There are not any utensils, pots, pans, etc

The environment was nice, and breakfast was included. However, given how hot Florida is, why were there no blankets, only a thin sheet? 😂

Good service and friendly staff but hotel is not fully prepared and have minor issues in the room which impacted and were manageable. Cause of the construction it is expected I think otherwise hotel vibes , breakfast area were superior!!

Front desk staff all nice! Room was clean, newer , bathroom needs update. Clean pool. They allowed me to do a late check out with out additional charge which was really nice since our flight was late at night. Would stay again, you have restaurants and bars close by.

Hi the internet was slow and unestable, the breakfast was excelent with many options to chocar from, the staff was very very good. In summary the stay was excellent!.

This hotel was surprisingly nicer than I had expected. They are renovating, but the lobby and room were already redone. The staff was nice and helpful and breakfast was not bad. Would definitely stay again.

All was very clean except for the floor which was gritty and not mopped. Oddly enough - and very annoying - was the absence of a closet or something in which to hang clothes! I asked the friendly staff and manager twice for a closet, was assured one would be provided when I was available to allow access, but one never showed in my 10 day booking. Grrrr!

Uncomfortable Hello when I first arrived I had to wait for the manager the front door lobby was locked and then while I stayed I had to call using my phone because there was no room phone I never met house keeping for stuff like extra towels or tissue

Water leak inside and outside of the restroom floor. A big water puddle overnight.

The guy was very nice and even helped book a taxi.

Our stay at this hotel was reasonably good. It offers free parking, WiFi, disabled access and room service if you require. The customer service was very good and whenever we had any questions or complaints they addressed them promptly. The breakfast was a basic continental but did suffice. The rooms were good. I had too much to do so didn't use the pool. They offered free shuttle service to the airport...

Was a nice hotel, was clean and quiet. Didn’t have any issues. Was a pain to get into and out of at certain times of the day, do to location.

The food was simple, but I appreciated the free service. The shuttle bus was convenient, but there was no direct bus to Magic Kingdom. To reserve a return bus, you need to be able to use WhatsApp or call.

The hygiene and breakfast are average, but the price is cheap. Currently, the hotel's own car goes to Disneyland at 8:10 am every day and picks us up at 10:30 pm, which is very punctual. It is a 10-minute walk from Walmart and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, the hotel has a good value for money.

The room type is pretty good. We booked two rooms, which are connected and have a small internal door that can be opened, which is very convenient. However, the environment and sanitation are poor, the dining area is crowded, and there are many people during meal times. You will be asked to pay for room cleaning when you check in, but you need to make an appointment by phone for room cleaning service...

Room was clean. Bar and restaurant are excellent. We arrived at 10am after a cruise and they were able to get us in a room by 11. Sam the bartender is amazing and good fun. Will stay again and again.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The room was sparkling clean and the front area was a nice place to hangout for the day. Really nice modern aesthetics at this hotel.

We didn’t eat there since we was visiting family and we headed to the port. We used Black Clover Transportation. Great service also they took us to the port and brought us back to MCO. It was perfect. They stay and transportation. I recommend 100 BLACK CLOVER TRANSPORTATION

There was a McDonald's and 7-Eleven within walking distance, which was convenient. It was also very close to the airport, and I'm pretty sure there was a shuttle bus, but it wasn't running early in the morning so I couldn't use it. I stayed here with a friend to visit Universal. The room was very clean and thoroughly maintained, with attention to every detail. There is one shuttle bus per day from the hotel to Universal and one returning to the hotel. To get to Epic, you need to transfer buses, but it wasn’t too difficult. Was happily surprised at the size and condition of our room. I don’t know if we were upgraded because we weren’t told, but it was awesome. The ability to literally walk across the street to grab extra clothing or personal items at the several stores was helpful!!

The only issue was there was no elevator by our room which made it hard to take luggage up the stairs.

It was in a different building from the one where the front desk was located. The room had been renovated, but there was no safe in the room. The shower, toilet, and sink were all in one room, but it smelled of sewage. There were small ant-like insects.

The hotel was under construction while we were there. The staff was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was really good, the breakfast is basic but enough. Many comments said that the bathroom was a big problem, but in my experience the bathroom was remodeled and it was clean and good. Recommended.

0 stars for housekeeping.We arrived later on the first night and stayed 4 full days after the first day. Housekeeping was not good. The only thing housekeeping on the second day after I asked for towels in the afternoon was bring the towels and wipe down the sink in the bathroom. That’s all they did for the rest of our stay. The family room with bunks is great. Very spacious and very clean, the hotel itself is newer and still has that feel. Would highly suggest they put some water in the lobby and the gym. Little silly you cant get water anywhere in the building and most especially the gym. The room was spacious and comfortable for the night we stand the front staff was nice. This is vacation club, but when they called and I said I was not interested they were not pushy, which was so wonderful.

Was ok for a one night stay just to visit SeaWorld. Staff was helpful. Free breakfast was ok.

The room was comfortable, and well maintained. The shower was finicky. The breakfast was acceptable on the weekend, but weekday lacked cereal and fruit. Alsono cream cheese for bagels. The staff are polite, and courteous.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently located. It is right across from the Eye, Madame Tussauds , and Ripley's. But, the bathroom had some rusted areas as well as stains on the floor. The furniture could use an upgrade. I had a mini fridge. But, no microwave. Nicely maintained older motel/hotel. Breakfast OK. Eggs , moderatly friendly staff and VERY BUSY ! Beds pretty good. Rooms are clean. TVs are newer but a little small. Room had a nice refrigerator but no microwave. Location is good. Elevators limited & slow.

I've stayed at Galleria with my two children. I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice, and the cookies served in the lobby after 4:00 p.m. are excellent! It's a nice place. There is a Walmart nearby. It's also close to some of the Disney World parks, although it is far from Universal and SeaWorld.

We stayed recently at this hotel for our trip to DisneyWorld. Upon arrival, our driver was to be waiting for us with a special sign for us…we never received that. The hotel is on International Drive, about 5–10 minutes from Universal CityWalk, and close to Icon Park, Premium Outlets, restaurants, and attractions, making it very convenient. I loved the place. It was amazing.

I strongly recommend The Monumental Movieland Hotel. It's the only place I stay when I go to Central Florida. The prices are more than fair, considering you're staying right on "I-Drive". The folks are very nice and accommodating. And the location is close to everything you may want or need.

The room was spacious and equipped with a kitchen, dining area, and all the utensils and dishes needed for self-catering. The refrigerator was large enough and even had a freezer for making ice. The location is right between Universal Studios and Disneyland, making each a 15-minute drive away. There's also an outlet mall nearby, making shopping very convenient!

This is the perfect destination that is a close drive to all the parks. It’s just enough out of the way of the crazy traffic and has all you need around it. I arrived around 11pm after a long day. Received my key cards went to my room on the 6th floor and the keys didn't work. The hotel was very run down. The room was dirty and bed were broken. The carpets mouldy and the bathroom was falling apart. Strong smell in corridors and room which wasn’t pleasant. The location was good for all the parks and in the heart of I drive.

This hotel has a good location, very good service, smiling staff, breakfast is considered quite good. The only disadvantage is that in the room, near the bed and bathroom, there are small cockroaches on the bed. From what I can see, the hotel has renovated but some parts have not been renovated. The whole room is old and there are cockroaches living there. If this can be improved, it will be very good

I had the BEST stay at the Delaney Hotel. A super-cute, low key boutique hotel that is quietly luxurious. The restaurant is GREAT. My family and I had dinner there twice and I had room service breakfast. Everything was fresh, made to order, and creative. Lovely experience. The staff at both the hotel were exceptional. Cannot wait to return!

We arrived on Saturday evening and from the moment we got there, everyone was so outgoing and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and out room was spotless! We ordered room service on the tablet in the bedroom and the food/drinks were delivered promptly. We had nice big windows and a beautiful view from our room. We will definitely be back!

This was both a business trip and celebration of engagement. We also went to the restaurant twice on property in addition to coming there to do business for the Orlando Office of innovAge.

Overall, everything was smooth. From check-in, to the stay, even the restaurant downstairs was really good.

It’s a little bit close to the road but the room is clean, the breakfast is free and there is a pool in the back of the hotel.

The hotel location is great! It’s near the mall and bus stop. But the sink was stuck and no plug for the bathtub also the faucet is not working properly. Too close by the Main Street. Too loud!

Is next to an excellent Korean hot pot and barbecue. A Dennys is also next door.

The only issue I have is the parking my room was at the other side off the parking because they don’t have in front of the room everything was good nice location.

Not the best stay, but i'm frugal and it was reasonible. I had to call and wait for someone to Check In. The remote did not have batteries and I had to walk down and get them. Plants growing in the gutter. Room was hot and smelly because they were not running th ac nor a fan. Room was a 2 on the clean close. Property needs a little tender care.

The room and hotel is bare bones, but that's fine for our purpose this time around. My biggest gripe? I've received more than 16 emails regarding this one night stay. It's excessive and unnecessary. It just crowds my inbox!

Very close to Old Town, which is a fun area to walk through. Tons of restaurants in the area and an amusement park. This was our second stay in one week because it is close to the hospital we needed to be seen at. Only gripe? The bedspread was quite soiled and should have been noticed. We stripped it off the bed and slept without it. The staff was apologetic when we told them about it.

The people who work here made the stay exceptional. Amanda, Ishmael, Elena, Kala, Skyla…everyone!  I was waiting for my visa to move to England and had to keep extending my stay. Everyone was gracious, kind and professional.  I highly recommend this hotel.

Trash in the parking lot, I ended up cleaning it. Did not like the look. Breakfast was limited and mediocre. Room was comfortable but dated.

Overnight stay after a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Very clean throughout. Checked out before breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Some late night road noise (loud mufflers and racing motorcycles) on Alafaya is the only negative. Would stay here again.
