Staff was friendly and parking was easy. However the room smelled like mildew due to the humidity that caused the sheets to be damp.

I used it on a solo trip. It was very convenient as it was close to Disney. It was also great that there was a McDonald's within a 3 minute walk!

We booked this place for a mini honeymoon getaway from the kids and we were pleasantly surprised! Very clean, friendly staff, free breakfast, free parking, outside pool, etc. Not only that but plenty of places nearby to eat as well as 10 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Next time we travel to Orlando, with or without our kids, we will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here for one night after having to mever from another hotel due to safety concerns. While I am not a fan of having to drive anywhere down International Drive because of traffic, I will definitely consider staying here again. Our room was amazing! Absolutely horrendous breakfast. In fact there was no breakfast but just 3-4 items and the plates were disgusting. This was not at all a 4 star hotel. The lifts are scary too. When your floor approaches the lift goes extremely slow giving you a heart attack. Everything was great! The staff, the cleanliness, the housekeeping. I stayed for the weekend and it was perfect.

Quick and easy check in. The receptionist was very polite and even let us pick the floor. This was a last minute quick getaway and we were literally close to everything. We came for universal and it’s not even 10 minutes away. And they have a shuttle as well.

Parking lot was not well lit. Area was a bit sketchy. Hotel was worn and dated. A/C in room did not consistently work. Not terribly clean. Gave us 2 washcloths for 4 people and 1 small tube of shampoo and 1 small tube of conditioner for 4 people to share. No do not disturb sign. Front desk staff were super friendly And helpful.

The room itself was clean and decent for the amount paid. The breakfast was subpar compared to other buffet breakfast hotel options I've had. The beds were hard and the pillows pretty flat. All in all, though, the room was adequate for my needs and met expectations.

This hotel was very courteous and professional. When I arrived Stephanie was obviously very busy but she immediately stopped what she was doing to serve me, all the while keeping a friendly demeanor. Then when it came time to leave Josie was the same way! These two were prime examples of how service providers should conduct themselves!

Arriving after dark couldn't really tell what the office was.. Got to the room the latchlock was broken completely missing half of it, room was hot, it looked clean. This is not a high end hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Has some downsides to it. However it exceeded my expectations. I had low expectatioins based on the price and reviews. Will definately staynagainm

Great Stay The staff are all very courteous and friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room had a comfortable queen-sized bed with a kitchenette for preparing meals on extended stays. The room was clean and the area quiet. I had a great stay.

Stayed here waiting for our apartment to be ready. We stayed four weeks and our experience was positive all around. Wonderful staff, clean nice rooms. Felt like home. Loved this place

Nice hotel for travelers visiting Universal! Hearty breakfast with the shuttle coming at a great time. Universal is close enough to walk if shuttle times do not work out. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Lots of food options nearby. The bed and pillows were fair, but not great.

Location is close to universal studio. Price is reasonable. Hotel is older, but somewhat clean. I would recommend for a short visit.

Basically the hotel over all is good. I gave it 3 stars because the breakfast area needs to be bigger, only one slow elevator and our toilet stopped up twice during our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and Professional. Armani was the associate at the front desk a definite assest to this property.

Most people here are here long term, but it is clean safe and very quiet. Plus there are great shopping close by.

Mostly normal stay My visit this time was average. Only issue was seeing 2 live cockroaches, again. But other then that it was nice and the employee who checked me in was friendly.

Military/veterans discount makes this affordable. Small rooms, but if you just need a bed and a bath you can beat the price in this region. No fridge or microwave. Well cleaned and close to everything. Shady location list was given to me verbally of places to avoid at night, which was fine for me, but could affect others.

We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. This hotel does not provide cleaning services. During consecutive stays, guests can only go to the front desk to change towels. Then, although the bedding was clean, the floor was so dirty that I couldn't wash my socks even if I stepped on the floor and walked a few steps. A deposit of US$100 is required at the front desk for each stay. Cash is not accepted, only credit cards are accepted.

It's a very standard American traditional style motel, which kind of motel? It doesn't seem very appropriate either. The room is not big, just like the picture. What needs special emphasis is: You must drive in this location, otherwise it will be really difficult to describe.

Location was great, right off the toll road. Not too much noise. Room was smaller than anticipated, bed must have been on springs as it squeaked every single time we rolled over, and saw a couple bugs on the counter and in the shower. Didn't use the pool or any other amenities, so can't comment on those. Free parking and no resort fee.

The room was ok. The toilet was running, but a little giggle it stopped and the tub clogged up during showers. The staff was nice. On Fridays and Saturdays they have people playing really loud music around the pool area. I don't recommend staying there if you go to bed early at least not the back side. I do recommend paying the 100. deposit in cash because you get it back. I haven not received my deposit...

The night we stayed they put us next to a room where people were fighting, screaming and slamming doors all night, then they for sure had a lot of room available

Too may cockroaches little ones during the day.. They need to work with and implement a good pest control and eradication program. Sink in room clogged up . They need to provide maintenance to there drainages system.

Convenient location and good environment

Average hotel, 30 minutes drive to Disney World, Big Rooms. Continental breakfast starts at 6am probably targeting the Disney's IN time, was OK even though it was not superior. We were given a good price for 2 nights, thus it was a great deal. Stay-in is recommend to anyone who plans to visit Disney World.

The room was clean, need a better maintenance staff. Shoddy repairs, missing wall covers, visible concrete cracks and separation in bathroom, broken tiles, and ceiling discoloration. Pillows are trash.

Place was clean but old. Did not have USB chargers. Did not reflect the amount of stars designated for this hotel. Checked in early on the same day, but they charged me over $100 for an early check-in. Felt like although the check-in was early, they could have given me the room at no charge since it was available.

I found a worm like bug on bed and I went and got Front Desk Clerk to show and she did come and see and she told us that was a problem that they have tried to get rid of time after time but bug was not harmful.

Staff was friendly but the cleanliness was below par, moldy coffee filter with used moldy coffee in coffee pot, moldy pillows, yes moldy pillows, and the fact that they used the hurricane to price gouge people is disturbing!

Not many restaurants nearby, but grocery stores are pretty close, and the room had a kitchen, so it was good. We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room, so the kitchen was low for a tall person, but the roll-in shower was huge!

The hotel is conveniently located near Universal Studios Florida. In addition, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, which made sightseeing very enjoyable during our stay. We were also satisfied with the breakfast, cleanliness, and service.

Nice, remodeled property, but they did a disservice by putting a barn door with a frosted glass cover on the bath entrance. Everyone that uses the restroom at night wakes up everyone else.
