The room is very big If you want to go shopping, you have to drive for 10 minutes.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! And since it's a hotel inside Disneyland, you can get in early and stay later, and even see the Epcot fireworks! 🎆 What a steal!

The hotel is old, but the interior is new and nice. It's easy to get to Disneyland by bus or boat. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, so please bring your own.

The location was great, the place was nice. Our room had an issue with power in the bathroom which kept going out. The front desk staff was aware of the issue and kept saying service would "flip a breaker", which would eventually fix the problem for an hour before it went back out again. Check in was easy. They did ask for a deposit, but I expected that parking was the only issue I didn’t upgrade to valet because it was more convenient. The food was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. It was convenient for the convention center getting to our event the next day

It's a nice quiet location that is not terribly far away from the major parks. The room itself was, although slightly dated, very comfortable but the bathroom cleanliness could be a bit better. I didn't use the facilities there but the pool looked refreshing. The staff were extremely pleasant and gave the hotel a general warm-welcoming atmosphere.

Location was ok, near to outlet malls and just 20mins from airport. Check in staff were not really paying attention to our requests, asked for connecting rooms and told us yes but when we went up, rooms were far apart from each another. Rooms were old and dated. No complimentary water provided.

I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

Love this spot! Rooms are so cute, with a screened balcony. I’ve stayed here many times every time is great! The main pools are HUGE (2) next to the restaurant with a few hot tubs, the dock, kids activities so much more! 2 min from Sea World 5 min from Aquatica and many more!

This is a great family resort. The grounds were decorated beautifully and there was so much to see and do. The room layout was very nice. It was well stocked with dishes and toiletries. I love the place and will definitely visit again. It was near all the parks and food, as well as stores.

Did not expect have to pay $10 a night for parking. On your website it was advitised free breakfast but it’s not true. One day someone tried to open the safe, the next day someone opened our safe , playing with our medication. Terrible

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low.

One night stopover before our Florida road trip, easy to find from the Airport, check in was quick and friendly. Room was tired but reasonably clean, breakfast was plentiful, coffee kept coming due to the attentive service.

It was good and near universal studios and disney. Also many things were walkable. However, to get the shuttle you must line up at 7am and we checked in the day before going to universal meaning we couldn’t get the free shuttle and had to uber.

We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Miami hotels were ridiculously expensive. Great value for money, and the environment is beautiful.

We stayed 4 nights this past week and we loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and more spacious than we expected (deluxe 2 queen/comes with pull out couch). The pool area is AMAZING. We spent all our free time outside the parks in the pool. The bar at the pool makes great food as well. Everything was convenient and well maintained. No complaints at all.

The resort hotel also has a swimming pool, the rooms and beds are relatively comfortable, and it is not too far from the surrounding theme parks. The hotel service staff is relatively enthusiastic and cost-effective.

While the room itself was nice, my stay was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I was injured by a metal piece sticking out from the bottom side of the bed, which left me with a wound that has now turned into a permanent scar on my leg. Despite properly and promptly reporting the incident , I was only compensated $52 for the resort fees by the front desk attendant. And no further contact has occurred...

Beautiful hotel, loved all the amenities. The buffet breakfast was great. Lots of options, all fresh and a great omelette station. We also loved the coffee shop for a quick breakfast. The location was good but rooms in Tower Buildings aren’t clean enough compared to the pictures. The washrooms are old fashion and not well maintained. There’s also stains on our blinds. As well as the floor was too dirty.

We stayed two nights, and when we returned to our room at 10 pm the next day, we found there was no room cleaning service. The hotel only provided ice; there was no bottled water or disposable slippers. We will not choose this hotel again.

I like this hotel. It has early bird tickets for the park. Unfortunately, there is no U-Pass. You must have a U-Pass, otherwise you will have to wait in line for a long time.

It is quite modern. You can enter the park early. There is a very convenient shuttle bus. The parking lot is very close to the park. The cost performance is quite high. Everything about the Universal Hotel is pretty good. The hotel facilities are of normal level. It is convenient to have a direct bus to Universal Studios. One good thing about the hotel is that it provides ice cubes, which is very special and is on every floor.

The hotel is very new, clean, and service was good. I just wish at check in the staff would tell us about their shuttle services, as we were having a hard time to find parking at Disney Spring and end up not able to visit at all.

Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean. The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.
