Room was clean. The bistro in house was way too expensive for for what they had. Couldn't get a simple decaf coffee. We ate at local diners...Metro Diner was outstanding for breakfast.

Room was very clean and dark for sleeping. The front desk clerk was kind as well. I’ll stay again in the future.

Everything was wonderful, except there was not any body wash in the shower. Other than that exceptional.

Great location being within Orlando international. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well stocked. My only two reasons for not being 5 stars: 1: The hotel hallways are pretty outdated and could use a remodel 2: my room faced the terminal and throughout the night I heard airport announcements. This is a trade off I guess of choosing a hotel within the airport

Sooooo convenient. We got a day pass here to kill time until our flight after our cruise. We were able to pay a little extra to check in early. They have a great restaurant and a pool. Room was clean and all staff was super friendly. No complaints. Would definitely stay again!!

Staying at this hotel inside the airport was extremely convenient. Because the hotel is located within the airport, we felt very relaxed and had plenty of time before our flight the next day. The check-in counters and the security checkpoint were both very close to the hotel entrance, which made the travel experience smooth and stress-free. Location: Situated inside Airport Terminal A–B, with shopping, a food court, and nearly all boarding gates — extremely convenient. Although it seems like it would be noisy inside the airport, the soundproofing is excellent. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable but I could not find the hair dryer. There is a gym and a pool.

The hotel facilities are good. You can see a corner of Disney's fireworks from the room. The hotel has a dedicated shuttle bus to take guests to several Disney parks at fixed times, which is very convenient.

The room is clean and tidy. There is no hot water kettle. You can only use the coffee machine to make some hot water. The hotel will also charge an additional resort tax.

We booked this hotel to visit Disney Springs - to our surprise they had our room ready early which was so lovely and convenient. The hotel is SUPER nice - smells great when you walk in, very clean, spacious, great accomodations and friendly staff. About 5-10 min uber ride to Disney Springs

The overall experience was good. We had an issue with our shower not draining well. Also no smart TV’s so no access to streaming networks. The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot if you have guests rooming next to you. Also the smell of the room wasn’t that great.

The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases. The service was excellent, the breakfast wonderful, the pool spectacular, everything clean, and the hotel's location very central, close to all the entertainment venues. The hotel was unique and the decor was fun! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and attentive!

Service was excellent. We called for various requests to our room during our 8 night stay and they didnt hesitate to accommodate our requests. They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. Amazing experience, will hopefully be staying there in the future.

I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.

Sadly they listed a shuttle service for the parks but it was not through their hotel but an outside service you have to sign up for two days in advance and their return trips were only offered at 3:45 pm and 6:45 pm, hours before the parks actually close.

The hotel was nice. The hallways were not air conditioned. The parking gate didn’t work despite a $20 daily charge. No one cleaned the room for two days. 

The service was great. My room had an issue with the door. The staff were extremely helpful and changed our room with better view in quiet area as we needed. We liked the interior and comfort. It is close to many places to eat and hang out. Trip.com did not clarify tye parking fee which was a surprise. Everything about the hotel was great. It’s very beautiful inside and it has four working elevators that are very quick. I think everybody’s favorite amenity was the pool in the hot tub. We booked this hotel for our last night in Orlando because it’s close to the airport. The hotel was fine although a bit dated as many of the hotels in orlando are. This place is outdated and not what we expected. This is simply a room within an apartment complex. Breakfast was purchased with the reservation and the place wasn’t even opening for breakfast until 9am. We had to drive over to their parent hotel to get an egg sandwich and a bad coffee. Let’s be honest this is a timeshare so they try and get you to do the presentations. I politely said no the three times they messaged me. Easy to find, great location close to the parks. Decor was a bit old but everything was in great condition so no complaints...

The hotel is good, but the smell of wet, moldy carpet is very strong. It's a problem the hotel could solve by removing the carpets! The breakfast is very good! To lessen the smell, you have to keep the air conditioning on 24 hours a day. The service is very good.

Great location, rooms were OK. Perfect spot to rest after a Disney park, but that's it. You gotta know that it's just a place to crash after you're doomed from being the whole day at the parks. Good parking, and there's a pharmacy next, just in case. Be aware, there's a LINE for checkin at 11PM from all the people coming back from the parks, yes.....even here you have to do a line.

I randomly picked this hotel among many in the resort area. The front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was nice. Overall, it was a pretty standard, older American chain hotel – nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. It's about a 10-20 RMB taxi ride from the main resort area, and overnight parking outside costs 10 RMB. Just a heads-up: they don't provide slippers!

We stayed in a suite at this hotel, but the room had a damp, unpleasant smell. It wasn't cleaned daily, making for a very mediocre stay.

This hotel is a great stay for families and couples. We booked two rooms, one with a mini lounge which we enjoyed as we gather there for NYE! It definitely one of the best location for staying if you are going to the Disney World. It's close to Disney world as they provide shuttle busses to all parks in every hour which is very convenient and suitable for those who have various schedules, and the Disney Spring is also just next to it like 10 mins walk. I arrived early in the morning and reached the hotel at around 7:30 a.m. I was planning to store my luggage and go straight to Magic Kingdom, but they actually let me check in early and drop my bags in the room.

The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is that parking wasn't included with the room and the Hilton staff (not local hotel staff) tried pushing a time share on us. Beware, if you book at this location, you're likely to get a hard sell on a time share.
