This is a business trip abroad. The location is great, the environment is very nice, there's a large outdoor swimming pool that the kids love, and it's very close to Disneyland and Universal Studios. The breakfast selection is quite good.

The stay was long, the hotel cleaners could not replenish supplies in time, I stayed for many days but the bath towels were taken away and not replenished, I called the lobby to report that the cleaning was not done well, but the other party did not care, the hotel charged extra parking fees and other fees, the overall experience was very average

Hotel is outdated. Tear and wear shows everywhere. Carpet is dirty, sofa cushions are dirty, faucets are old, water is slow and drain is slow too. The glass cups are not clean. We asked for replacement, the replacements are not clean either. A big disappointment. We won’t stay there again

Pool and bar area nice for a drink and leisure although they should keep children out of the jacuzzi. The Happy Hour is amazing. Just please don't forget to tip the bartender!! Staff is working hard! Breakfast in very pleasant to start the day! Has all the breakfast food you would want and delightful omelette specialty cooks ready to take your order!

The hotel room is large and very close to Vieland outlets.

The pros: large clean updated room full kitchen with lots of amenities.. cons zero water pressure in shower barely wash off soap, as well the hvac in this unit did not work at all. I complained everyday after the third day I was there they finally said it was broke and saw a code after they kept telling me it worked for them. I happen to be in a cold snap that got below 30 degrees outside the room...

This is our third stay at The Point. The 1 bdrm suite is roomy, with a full kitchen. The bathroom is large, with a jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower. We like the location because it's near Epic Universe.

Great hotel for a girls shopping trip. Perfect size bedroom to share with 3 comfortably. Fab location, 5 minute walk to the Mall of Millenia. We have stayed twice for the Black Friday Weekend and will definitely stay again ☺️☺️

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are clean and spacious, but the furniture and amenities are just average. The toilet is faulty, the toilet door cannot be locked, and the shower door is not waterproof.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The bed is a bit high. Suitable for meetings near the Royal Caribe Hotel because they are next door and in the same area, but the room rates are much cheaper.

Overall, I was very satisfied. First of all, the location of the hotel was great. It was close to major theme parks such as Disney World and Universal Studios, and the transportation was also good, so it was very convenient to access tourist spots. The amenities were good. However, our first night the heat in the front unit had to be swapped out. The diffusers I. The shower did not lift properly so whe. You ran the shower it also ran through the tube faucet.

We had a wonderful stay! The kids enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were both heated and the kids had a blast. There is plenty of parking. It is a quick drive to all of the theme parks. The property was updated and clean. The hot tub was clean and large. The breakfast was not great, the only protein was boiled eggs 3 days in a row, they could add some sausage. There is not enough parking, you may be asked to park at the businesses in the area.

The best feature of this hotel was the lobby. They need to work on parking situation (overflow parking was NOT resolved with their parking garage), the breakfast was really basic and bland, and their rooms need updating and cleaning (there were insects on the desk and drawers plus ants in the bathroom). We were high enough (9th floor) so it was quiet.

To crowded at breakfast wasn’t worth even staying to try it went else where but other than that the stay was amazing and will be back !

I stayed here for the early entry, and it was easy to use. More than that, the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious. And the warm cookies we received upon check-in were delicious! It's about a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs. Everyone has their own opinion of whether that's far or close, but it's perfect for those who like to run and want to take a morning walk.

We stayed here for seven nights. The hotel offers hourly shuttles to Disney World theme parks, with a travel time of about 30 minutes. Breakfast features an omelette station and a selection of pastries. The room is newly renovated and generally clean; however, we did encounter a large cockroach on the first or second night, which we attributed to the weather.

Everything were wonderful, room is large enough, everywhere is clean. Breakfast is also good enough. But the only thing is that there is no Breakfast if you will leave earlier than Breakfast is started. For ex.I had a flight at 8am and had to leave at 5:30am, and they said sorry no breakfast. Although I paid for it.

In addition to breakfast, dinner is also free from 5pm to 7pm, which is amazing! (I arrived late so couldn't have dinner though.) The rooms are clean and this is a hotel I highly recommend! Please note that you can make reservations for the shuttle bus to Universal Studios 24 hours before departure, but you cannot ride without a reservation! There are 3 morning and 3 evening departures.

The hotel I booked in Orlando has free breakfast and simple dinner. There is only a car to Universal Studios, which is a bit far from Disneyland.

Friendly service! Clean and hygienic! It takes 10 minutes to get to Orange Convention Center by taxi! Many of the cleaning staff speak Spanish! The service attitude is very good! The deposit will be credited the next day! But it is close to the road, and sometimes you can hear the sound of fire trucks in the middle of the night! There is afternoon tea from 5:30 to 7:30 in the afternoon!

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. It's genuinely close to Disney. You need to book the shuttle within 24 hours in advance. The shuttle is shared with other hotels, so it's best to book early. You can walk to the hotel in front and catch the shuttle from there; it leaves promptly, which is great. The return trip is also by shuttle; just wait in the parking lot. I didn't get to try the pool...

Bed was ok not the best but the front desk men were helpful while checking in. The women wasn’t as friendly. Housekeeping is every other day. Made sure to grab extra towels. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful, full of seaside style, the room is spacious, and there are two TVs for viewing. There are restaurants very close to the hotel, and there are also two outlets for shopping. The breakfast is rich. Coffee and tea are provided all day, which is great.

Lovely suite on high floor with a separate lounge and two televisions. We enjoyed the Managers reception and free snacks and nibbles for a couple of hours as well as a gin and a glass of wine . The breakfast was great with omelettes made to order and a variety of of fruit and pastries etc . The pool area was a bit shabby and needed a good clean however .

The elevator is slow but it’s understandable. Room was too cold even with the thermostat on 80 degrees.

The elevators smelled of frcal matter from the night before until the next day when I alerted staff. I almost threw up in the elevator. So gross.

Great hotel- I always love Embassy Suites because of the separate bedroom which makes it very quiet. Super nice lady let me check in early which was wonderful after a long trip. Stayed here in May 2025 - hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shuttle picked us up from the airport within minutes. Breakfast buffet was delicious - they will make you fresh omelets / eggs. Room was clean and spacious. The atrium had such a nice feel. Will definitely stay again!
