The property was updated and clean. The hot tub was clean and large. The breakfast was not great, the only protein was boiled eggs 3 days in a row, they could add some sausage. There is not enough parking, you may be asked to park at the businesses in the area.

The best feature of this hotel was the lobby. They need to work on parking situation (overflow parking was NOT resolved with their parking garage), the breakfast was really basic and bland, and their rooms need updating and cleaning (there were insects on the desk and drawers plus ants in the bathroom). We were high enough (9th floor) so it was quiet.

To crowded at breakfast wasn’t worth even staying to try it went else where but other than that the stay was amazing and will be back !

The breakfast is trash. & there’s no trash can in the bathrooms. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were excellent & the beds were very comfortable.

Everything were wonderful, room is large enough, everywhere is clean. Breakfast is also good enough. But the only thing is that there is no Breakfast if you will leave earlier than Breakfast is started. For ex.I had a flight at 8am and had to leave at 5:30am, and they said sorry no breakfast. Although I paid for it.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel it was very clean amazing atmosphere with amenities. The staff 10/10, Franklin was amazing and very helpful every thing we needed he made it happen. In addition to breakfast, dinner is also free from 5pm to 7pm, which is amazing! (I arrived late so couldn't have dinner though.) The rooms are clean and this is a hotel I highly recommend! Please note that you can make reservations for the shuttle bus to Universal Studios 24 hours before departure, but you cannot ride without a reservation! There are 3 morning and 3 evening departures.

The hotel I booked in Orlando has free breakfast and simple dinner. There is only a car to Universal Studios, which is a bit far from Disneyland.

Friendly service! Clean and hygienic! It takes 10 minutes to get to Orange Convention Center by taxi! Many of the cleaning staff speak Spanish! The service attitude is very good! The deposit will be credited the next day! But it is close to the road, and sometimes you can hear the sound of fire trucks in the middle of the night! There is afternoon tea from 5:30 to 7:30 in the afternoon!

The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. It's genuinely close to Disney. You need to book the shuttle within 24 hours in advance. The shuttle is shared with other hotels, so it's best to book early. You can walk to the hotel in front and catch the shuttle from there; it leaves promptly, which is great. The return trip is also by shuttle; just wait in the parking lot. I didn't get to try the pool...

Bed was ok not the best but the front desk men were helpful while checking in. The women wasn’t as friendly. Housekeeping is every other day. Made sure to grab extra towels. A few places near by to eat and shop like target, five below, lime restaurant, a bbq restaurant, and gyu kaku. But the food by the bar was actually good and they have complimentary breakfast. Very clean! My room was available hours early at no extra charge. They have a shuttle to the airport that runs every 1/2 hour for free you just have to sign up for it at the front desk. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful, full of seaside style, the room is spacious, and there are two TVs for viewing. There are restaurants very close to the hotel, and there are also two outlets for shopping. The breakfast is rich. Coffee and tea are provided all day, which is great.

Breakfast was very fresh. I can’t comment on parking because we used the hotel shuttle. Omar was very nice and went above and beyond for all my guests that was going on my 60th birthday cruise the next day. After his shift was over a very pleasant young lady took over and was just as nice those two made our stay great!

Traveled with family in 2 rooms, 1st room assigned was dirty and in disrepair. Family members had to change. Hotel in need of a deep cleaning.

Be sure to clarify that you want a pet free room. The ONLY issue I had with this property was that the furniture in the room I was given had a slight smell to it and was scratched up by what I can only presume was a cat that previously stayed in that unit. Staff was friendly, area was well kept, quiet, and close to dining options.

This is a go to for us. It’s quiet and comfortable. The location to the airport is great. The food options are plentiful. They have free laundry to boot. You just need to provide your laundry soap and stuff. They have a pool that isn’t heated. There is a hot tub as well.

The place was clean and comfortable, and friendly. The location is very good, near main attractions and easy to travel. Only downside if you are an early bird, there is no coffee until 6am, so you would need to get it outside. I was in a "premium" room equipped with micro and fridge but no coffee maker (!?). However, I recommend it and would stay again there.

Being a long weekend the hotel was crowded with guess yet only one elevator was in service. The room closet was missing the door and was the wall was chipped at the bottom. Early morning found a big roach in the bathroom. Staff was great, but will not stay here again.

Very close to Disney world .  Many restaurants and fast food near by (like Davis  chicken is very close and open until 11pm)also CVS and convenience store is close by.  Breakfast is good enough.  Room is clean . just Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and sleeper (no sleeper no toothbrush )  .We are Pretty happy stay here this time...

We are a 70 plus year old couple that thinks this was one of the best stays we have had anywhere.

The staff was excellent and room was very clean. Could use a little updating. All and all nice. I would stay there again.

The staff there are amazing, our flight from Arizona brought us in a lot earlier than expected, like 10 hours before our check-in. They had sold out the night before; however, the front staff (Stacy) was able to find us a room. Therefore, we were only homeless for about 3 hours.

Lovely suite on high floor with a separate lounge and two televisions. We enjoyed the Managers reception and free snacks and nibbles for a couple of hours as well as a gin and a glass of wine . The breakfast was great with omelettes made to order and a variety of of fruit and pastries etc . The pool area was a bit shabby and needed a good clean however .

The elevator is slow but it’s understandable. Room was too cold even with the thermostat on 80 degrees.

The elevators smelled of frcal matter from the night before until the next day when I alerted staff. I almost threw up in the elevator. So gross.

Great hotel- I always love Embassy Suites because of the separate bedroom which makes it very quiet. Super nice lady let me check in early which was wonderful after a long trip. Nice happy hour and great breakfast. Room was great and clean except for the headboard which was filthy. Tried to clean it and got some off but still bad. But overall a great place and I would stay again.

Stayed here in May 2025 - hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Shuttle picked us up from the airport within minutes. Breakfast buffet was delicious - they will make you fresh omelets / eggs. Room was clean and spacious. The atrium had such a nice feel. Will definitely stay again!

I unfortunately could not use the airport shuttle because my flight left before it began running for the day. But staff members were polite, cheerful, and on hand during breakfast in case guests needed anything.

It was my first time a Holiday Inn! It is an average hotel. The air conditioning was so noisy at night that it was keeping us half awake. We were on the side of the road and we could hear the noisy car the whole evening and night. I did not took the time to complain because I was with the family and we arrive at 10 PM and left the next morning at eight… Not anymore…

The bathroom was modern. The shower was hot and water pressure was excellent!
