The location is pretty good, about a 10-15 minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The mattress was a bit soft, but the other services and cleanliness were fine. Overall, it offered satisfactory value for money. The only downside is that parking was quite expensive.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a Waikiki Trolley stop right in front. Despite the affordable price, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and even accommodated our last-minute request to extend our stay. I'd definitely want to stay here again.

The staff were all so kind and wonderful. The power went out at night, but they handled it without any fuss, which I really appreciated. It's also within walking distance to the beach, and having the ABC Store inside the building was a plus.

The service was great and the location was convenient. Considering the affordable price, it's pretty good if you don't compare it to beachfront hotels. It's a good choice for a stay the day before your flight off the island. Excellent value for money!

Spent 2 nights at Hotel La Croix on Oahu. Arrived quite early; around noon and figured I’d try to see if I could get an early check in. The front desk employee, Vince, recognized me from my last stay there a couple months ago. He helped my parents and I get into an available room for an early check in.

Room was clean and had a good view of the city which I wish I took some photos of. If there was one downside I think it would have to be the pillows. There were pretty flat and well used but clean. Definitely wish they were bigger and more life to them.

Overall the stay was great. No issues and the manager Craig also suggested some good places to go an eat at.

While the price is on the cheaper side, the facilities are very outdated, so I wouldn't recommend it for family travelers. There were a lot of young Korean tour groups, which made it noisy. However, the cleaning staff were very friendly and kept the rooms spotlessly clean.

The location and value for money were excellent! While the cleaning wasn't super thorough, I was still very satisfied! Oh, and just a heads up, the showerhead here is fixed.

We had a comfortable stay. The room we stayed in had a bathtub. It was nice to be able to rest. The view was also nice.

The hotel was in a good area, a 3 minute walk to the beach and on the end of the main strip of shops and restaurants in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a leak in our room and they were very apologetic, washed my clothes that were wet and gave us complimentary access to their terrace room - this was a nice room with good views on the top floor and free drinks/small snacks. The beds were comfy. It was helpful to have a fridge in our room.

Great hard rock in Honolulu. Had good meals there, and friendly staff. Restaurant level open along roadside looking out onto Kalakaua Ave, main shopping road through Waikiki.

Went there to try their Breakfast. I'm traveling alone so didn't want to sit at a table. I asked to be served at the bar. Problem is the bar wasn't open yet. It would open in 15 - 30 minutes. That's fine, I don't mind waiting. Because it's gimmicky and well established, the staff didn't feel the need to provide good customer service.

After waiting for 30 minutes, nobody came up to me to ask how I was, or if I'd like a coffee or water. I left, without eating or drinking anything, to go to a place that valued my business.

The good news is they thanked me as I exited.

Love this restaurant! Been there 4 times and the food has been great every time. The service has been great too. If you love to people watch than ask to sit by the rail to the outside. Fun experience and at certain times they have live music. The ambience is smooth, while the music is soothing. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Ordered the Kalua Benedict. The first eggs were cooked the whole way through. The server brought more that looked like they were microwaved on a plate. They were raw. I got both extremes and needed some middle ground. Avoid the place for breakfast.

AWESOME PLACE, most likely one of the best Cafes we have ever been visiting.
Great Venue, food was delicious aaaaaaaaaand a big shout out to Jeffery our Waiter, who went over and beyond to keep us satisfied. It has been incredibly entertaining to talk to you and thanks for keeping our Ice Teas refilled faster, than we were able to drink them.
