One of the best hotels we have ever stayed….. can’t say enough good things about it! Staff was exceptional, beautifully decorated wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant…… we could go on and on. Wonderful location next to WW2 museum. A fabulous weekend!❤️

We had a good stay here, although it got off to a bit of a rocky start. We walked in and up to the front desk after a long evening of travel from out of state. I said hello, how are you, to the girl at the front desk and she responded with “Name?” Not very welcoming. But the restaurant staff and other front desk employees we interacted with later were very pleasant. The room was nothing super special, but very nice. Super convenient location. We were able to walk to many restaurants and other stops. Would stay again.

The most important part of success in any service oriented business, is the positive approach from those providing the service. Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel were friendly and enthusiastic. Coming from a service oriented business myself, I was impressed.

Comfortable room, staff at check-in were exceptional. Rosie's had amazing food and very friendly wait staff. We were only here for 1 night (pre-cruise), but wish we could have stayed longer. Great location!!

Amazing hotel. We ate and drank at all the restaurants and bars in the hotel over our five day stay and service was excellent and great food. Our room was very clean.

The minute you walk into the hotel, it smells lovely! Great service, very clean, delicious food. The place entrance is spacey with lots of windows, and brightly lit. Very safe area for walking to any attractions. Will stay here next time we visit. Nice rooms with comfortable beds/pillows.

1. They charged us randomly on the first day of check-in.
2. We specifically requested housekeeping on the second day, but it wasn't done when we returned. We also specifically requested housekeeping on the third day, but it still wasn't done. Finally, they told us to change rooms, forcing us to clean again, which was very inconvenient.
3. After changing rooms, the cleaning was extremely careless; the bed was made haphazardly, and they didn't vacuum!
4. There was standing water in the bathroom.
5. The parking key card was never working properly; we communicated with them at least ten times, and it was inconvenient to enter and exit the parking lot each time.
6. They promised us a $150 credit, but we didn't receive it upon check-out, and they claimed it was a system problem. The entire stay was extremely poor, constantly causing worry about basic services like housekeeping and parking access. However, objectively speaking, the staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Stayed here to celebrate a friend's birthday. The hotel is very nice. It was decorated for Christmas and it looked great. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There are also bars and restaurants in the hotel. It is next to the WWII museum. They offer room service. We found all employees to be very nice. I would definitely stay here again when in New Orleans.

I was on cloud 9 knowing this was a restaurant of one of the iconic chefs from the food network. We did not have reservations which I highly recommend since this spot us popular. They offered us seats at the chef's bar which gave you a front row seat (literally see my videos) of the kitchen. Foodies like me will enjoy this more than a table. The service was the same at the bar. The food was 5 star and prices, well... bring at least $100. At least. It is worth every penny from the food to the experience.

Make reservations ahead of time so you can stroll right into a fantastic dinner. The bbq shrimp were great- though there are only 5 of them, so if you have more than two people order a couple of appetizers. The service was amazing- never an empty glass, and always courteous. We had the fried chicken and hanger steak- both were delicious. We ended the meal by splitting a slice of banana cream pie which had the fluffiest texture of any dessert I’ve had. Definitely recommend this or any of Emeril’s other restaurants while you are in NoLa.

Had a nice dinner sitting at the bar. Ate several of the appetizers. The BBQ shrimp were very good and the gumbo was great. The tuna was good but sparse for the price. The banana cream pie was good but not fantastic as advised by the bartender. Worth a visit if you are in the warehouse district.

We went to Emeril's for our 30th wedding anniversary. We were disappointed. The lobster claw meat served with my husband's swordfish dish was undercooked. He was offered a new one freshly cooked and received a cold piece of lobster tail. Crumbs were never swept from the table. I ordered my chocolate souffle when I ordered my dinner, then was asked later if I wanted to order dessert. The manager came over and made excuses for why the lobster claw was undercooked. The waiter didn't know lobster claw came with the dish, good thing my husband wasn't allergic. We have been to Emeril's in Orlando several times and have truly enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately I can't say that for this time in New Orleans.

Ate lunch here during a conference. I would recommend reservations unless you’re planning on dining at the bar. The service was fantastic and appropriately attentive. The food was really good and the atmosphere was convivial. I ate some kind of gulf white fish encrusted with andouille bread crumbs. It was so good. It came atop a medley of vegetables in sauce with fried potato strings. They were as well executed as the fish itself and I raved about it long enough to annoy my wife.
