Beautiful dining room for breakfast and coffee. Very friendly and eager staff from the front desk to the bell service and valet.

Lobby and amenities were very nice! Our room was nice! Our only complaint was that we couldn’t control the temperature in our room. The front desk said they would send up a maintenance person, but no one ever came. I’ve been wanting to stay here for 30 years. I finally had a chance, and my wife and I couldn’t lower the temp of our room. I told the front desk when I checked out, and all they said was “Sorry”.

Nice hotel but check in isn’t till 4pm but when I went for room it wasn’t ready Couldn’t get in till 5, we had made plans to meet some friends after we rested a bit but it didn’t happen We were offered 2 bottles of water Not even a late checkout 😞

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Unfortunately that is the only good experience from my current stay. Upon checking in we were not given the room type that we booked and paid for. We booked a king size bed and we were given a room with two double beds. When we entered the room we noticed that the room was warm. The thermostat was reading 77 degrees. Immediately we called the front desk and they did send an "engineer " to look at the air conditioner. Within 20 minutes someone did arrive with a ladder and made some adjustments. We did leave for dinner and 3 hours later the temperature was reading 73 degrees. Once again at 8:22pm we called the front desk about the air conditioner. Another "engineer " and another ladder later and another adjustment...we had hopes it would be fixed. We left to attend a Christmas Party and at 12:47am (4 hours later) the temperature was reading 71 degrees. At this rate maybe by the time we check out the room will be comfortable enough to sleep in. I just wonder if we would have received the room we booked would we have a working air conditioner? I have been to this breathtaking hotel for events and lunches, and I have always wanted to be a guest. This unfortunately will be my last visit.

Went to breakfast where we were seated and ignored while staff waited on everyone around us, even people that came in after us, for 15 minutes, so we got up and left. Worst service I have ever seen

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rated lower because ants were in our room. Overall great historic building with beautiful bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Pavillon. The hotel itself has so much charm and character classic New Orleans elegance with modern comfort. We did run into a small hiccup with our room at check-in, but the staff handled it perfectly and made things right without hesitation. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and eager to help, which really stood out.

The location is ideal close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough to enjoy a quiet night’s rest. Between the beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, this hotel really captures the spirit of Southern hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

The hotel is beautiful and loved the convenience to the Super Dome and the lounge with the tradition of the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Definitely will be back❤️

Fun place to watch the game! We ate in the bar, chicken wings and onion straws- it was satisfying. Friendly staff.

Walk ons is always on my list when I come into town. The food was great, however after what I seen with my server, I will not be back. The waitress/bartender had either a current employee or former employee come by. This person had her dog with her and the waitress/bartender stopped, touched and played with the dog. She stated to her manager that she would take her write up today because her baby (the dog) was here. The manager stated you can play but don’t touch. She had already touched the dog. She did a wet rinse of her hands with no soap. That’s not great customer service at all. When the other waitress brought my food out and sat it in the bar area I refused for her to touch it and I got it myself.

Food was great. Service from host was great, as well. Our waitress seemed forgetful. Had to request napkins. Not more napkins, we never got any to begin with. Had to leave mid meal because they offer no changed tables for children. My son had an accident and we had to run out due to lack of change tables. Great kids menu, nice high chairs for babies/toddlers, just no way to tend to them if needed. Back to waitress... When I asked her about change tables she just shrugged and said "nope. None." And kept about her business. No sympathy demonstrated.

Great place to watch sports, food was really good and priced right. The staff was friendly and made sure I had everything I need for dinner. The only down side was I had to wait almost 30 mins for my hamburger, when there was only 15 people in the place at the time of order. But will be back to watch another game and order some more food.

Today was my first time coming here. The food here was great! On the downside the service left a lot to be desired. We had a waitress who was inattentive and seemed annoyed every time we asked for something. During the time of my visit, the crowd was beginning to thin. So I was surprised to wait more than 45 minutes for a glass of water that I repeatedly asked for and that the waitress came back to the table to verify with me. The attitude of the service staff as well as the hostess was very rude. Like I said the food was great, but after the poor service that I have received today, I won't be making a second visit.
