We really liked the location, the warehouse district has a lot of nice restaurants and it is close from the river and french quartwr.

Making me pay a deposit of $150 is unnecessary and was never explained while booking. Will never use this again.

Room was a good size with a lovely large bathroom which was clean and modern. Food in the hotel was of a good quality. The staff on reception were all friendly and welcoming especially James who was very warm and helpful providing recommendations of where to eat close by.

It was so dirty and smelly that I wanted to cry. I just stayed because the refund didn't work, and I can't believe it's a 4-star hotel.

This was my first time ever visiting New Orleans and the welcome I received from Sharon; I knew my visit was going to be great! She was very friendly and welcoming!
The room was very clean and the hotel itself was also very clean. I will definitely stay again.
The valet driver was also great! No complaints whatsoever!

The hotel was simply amazing! I have wonderful memories of my stay in Louisville. A gorgeous new hotel with large, cozy, and stylish rooms, cleanliness, soundproofing, and everything was top-notch. I especially loved the pool and rooftop bar, which transformed the business trip hotel into a wonderful place to recharge after a busy day at the trade show. The staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the wonderful memories of my stay. My best wishes to all the hotel staff and, of course, 10 out of 10 recommendations for travelers!

We stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Downtown New Orleans Warehouse District for our wedding suite and wedding party room block, and our experience was absolutely amazing. Our wedding was the day before Halloween, so the entire hotel was decorated for the occasion, and even the staff dressed up, which made everything extra festive.
The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, especially the hotel bar with its $5 cocktail happy hour, which we enjoyed daily. When we checked into our suite, the staff surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was able to text the staff whenever we needed anything, and they always responded quickly and were very helpful.
Our wedding party also had a wonderful experience, and everyone loved their stay. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance.
If you are visiting New Orleans or hosting an event, I highly recommend the Cambria Hotel. The service, location, and value are all outstanding, and it made our wedding week unforgettable.

If you’re visiting NOLA, I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! We stayed here for our wedding and the service from the staff was top notch. A special shoutout to Sharon at the front desk for her help the whole week! She was so personable and she even took a moment to chat with us, laugh and made us feel welcome during our whole stay!
The hotel is centrally located making it super convenient to walk to local spots. I also love that they had a small bar and market to grab drinks or food items in a pinch.
The rooms also were very clean and loved the decor and so fitting specially for Halloween which was when we were staying.

My wife and I were in New Orleans for our honeymoon, and we were looking for a hotel that wasnt next to a busy party street, but at the same time wasnt in the middle of nowhere. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Walking distance from all the the major landmarks, but on a quiet enough street so that you'll actually be able to get some sleep, if you want it! Room was clean, quirkily decorated and of a very decent size. Great bar on site, we didnt eat dinner there but the breakfasts were decent. The staff were all very friendly, in particular James, who checked us in, and also Ray Jr, who was an absolutely delightful man, giving us some great tips on where to go for dinner, chatting with us about how our trip was going, and for sorting out taxis to the airport when it was sadly time to leave. We would definitely stay here again, and hopefully Ray Jr will still be there when we do!

Fabulous hotel, staff and stay, and seemed to be in a great location. The rooms were spacious and clean and well designed, loved it here slightly away from the noise of Halloween in New Orleans (which was amazing in itself)

Decent food. Nothing particularly special or unique. 5 in our party. Good burger, cobb salad was fresh with a ton of blue cheese, wings are breaded and fried. No vegan options

Waited 20 minutes for a table and then found out there was a limited menu. Third time trying to eat for dinner and was disappointed every time. Had lunch several times and it was good, but stay away at night.

The patio was excellent for watching the game. But the lines at the outdoor bar were unreal. A line of 4 people would take 25 minutes. The fried pickles were delicious.

Good food staff is friendly. Not really a taste of new orleans but a great place to watch a game. 4 starts good took over an hour to come out.

Excellent service and great food - this is the best spot in town to watch any sports event. The general manager, Ryan, made sure we had a great evening. We will be back soon.

Some staff were nice. Food not seasoned at all as all the other good New Orleans restaurants. Red beans and Rice and gumbo is like a soup. You would think they’re cooking for a retirement home or nursing home because of the non flavor. Ham was the only decent flavored item. Have had much better in NOLA. Wouldn’t recommend anyone for anything here.

I really don't get the hype of this place. We had multiple people recommend this to us. We went for breakfast and I got the traditional breakfast. I asked for my eggs over medium and they were barely over easy. The grits were flavorless. The ham was amazing. I most disappointed by the biscuit. It was super dense and also flavorless. The service was meh.

Excellent food, old style cafeteria food, red beans and rice, and ham is savory and delicious. Family friendly and clean. Don't worry about the line it goes fast. I could eat at Mother's everyday. Old style service takes time but the people are so nice. Great place to watch sports. Big tables in the back are great for groups.

This place was fantastic. Huge portions and truly authentic food. Not fancy, but awesome atmosphere. Our server was super pleasant and e of us ate til we were stuffed for 45.00. Yum! Can't wait to go back.

Came around 8:45 on a Sunday. Line was not long, but we still had one of our group hold a table for us. Ordering was super efficient and easy. I got the baked ham dinner with 3 sides and it was amazing. Way too much food for me to eat in one sitting. Table service for drink refills and anything you might need. Would absolutely go again.
