I've stayed all over NOLA, and this is definitely my favorite stay to date. Brandon, the manager, was so kind and accommodating, helping me book a room and making sure my family and I were comfortable. The entire staff was polite, and the rooms were nice. We went to the on-site restaurant, and the food was delicious. Plus, we're close to the casino and not too far from restaurants and the French Quarter.

I came and visited Caesars New Orleans through a charter offer and let me just say how impressed I was. The hotel room was beautiful. The location is great and so easy walkable to the French Quarter. I want to specially call out Mylinn at the front desk. I asked about my options for a late checkout since the charter flight wasn’t until 7:55pm. She was able to comp me another night and move things around so my friend and I could sleep longer and stay in the room until we had to head to the airport. She did so with a smile and no questions asked. This whole experience has been incredible. I’m definitely a loyal customer now, based on the cleanliness of the room, the accommodations of the staff, and Mylinn’s professionalism and customer centric service. I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay has been wonderful. We checked in with Nkenge and she was lovely. She was professional and she made our check in experience a pleasant one. She answered all of our questions and she made sure we had everything we needed. She provided outstanding customer service.

This was my first time staying at Caesars Casino Hotel in New Orleans. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, and at first I loved everything and even considered coming back. Unfortunately, that changed after an issue with the in-room mini snack bar.

My little sister purchased a snack from the mini bar, and after eating it we realized it was expired. We checked the drawer and found several more expired items, which we threw away. My sister reported this to a manager named Stanley, who told us not to worry, said the charge would be disputed, and offered us a $100 dining credit, so we thought the issue was resolved.

However, at checkout I noticed I was charged an early check-in fee even though I did not check in until 6 PM. I only stopped by around 2 PM to drop off my luggage and spoke to customer service before leaving to dispute the charge. After I had already left New Orleans, I also saw charges for trail mix, Snickers, and Lay’s—items we did not eat and cannot eat due to nut allergies.

I have called the hotel multiple times and was repeatedly transferred. I was even told someone would reach out, but no one ever did. It has now been weeks with no resolution. This situation was very disappointing and unprofessional, leaving expired food in guest rooms and charging guests for items they did not consume.Especially charging such an expensive price for snacks that’s expired

This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The casino is refreshingly smoke-free, with smoking allowed only in the outdoor gaming area, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. Its location is another huge plus—right near some of the best restaurants New Orleans has to offer. Getting around is easy and fun, whether you choose to walk, hop on a rickshaw, or take a charming horse-drawn carriage ride. Everything is conveniently close, and the atmosphere feels lively without being overwhelming. It’s a great place to stay, play, and explore the city.

The photos shows the Caesars tower, but I was actually in the Harrah's Hotel which is old and dirty. I had to request another room which was dirty as well. The bench and sofa had nasty stains, the walls were dirty and housekeeping never changed sheets. They just made the bed. I will never stay here again! Wish I could get a refund! False advertising.

The location is convenient for tourists in the area. My husband likes to visit casinos and I typically make the most of my time walking around or drinking coffee or soda. There are no free drinks here… there are plenty of machines, a high rollers area, a poker tournament area (cool to see) and the sports bar is amazing with the score ticker above the bar and the wall of televisions. Nice place to watch a game. Go BEARS!!

Room was in need of upgrades. Lots of stains around the room. I don’t believe paying $70 for overnight self parking is reasonable for the area. Should be validated for hotel guests.

Nasty customer service, right by the desk in clear view is a rat trap. Like seriously? Check-in was 4pm dixnt get the room until after 5. That is inexcusable as well.

The room was clean, very nice and with a great view. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Decent food. Nothing particularly special or unique. 5 in our party. Good burger, cobb salad was fresh with a ton of blue cheese, wings are breaded and fried. No vegan options

Waited 20 minutes for a table and then found out there was a limited menu. Third time trying to eat for dinner and was disappointed every time. Had lunch several times and it was good, but stay away at night.

The patio was excellent for watching the game. But the lines at the outdoor bar were unreal. A line of 4 people would take 25 minutes. The fried pickles were delicious.

Good food staff is friendly. Not really a taste of new orleans but a great place to watch a game. 4 starts good took over an hour to come out.

Excellent service and great food - this is the best spot in town to watch any sports event. The general manager, Ryan, made sure we had a great evening. We will be back soon.

It's pricey here but the Chicken christopher and the spinach and mushrooms was great. I just ask that they remember next time to bring that delicious bread out after I order And refill my water.

The hostess Sheila was great. She was courteous and professional. However our server treated us very poorly.

When asking for the food menu the server's response was crass,"That's because I didn't get it yet." We were served tea but waited no less than 20minutes to place our appetizer order. He then left us for a significant amount of time such that 2 other servers had to help my partner and I while Josh was nowhere to be found.

When we were finally able to order our food we had to get service from another 2 persons who noticed that we were sitting there abandoned waiting for the food.

Ordered a bottle of wine to have with our steak and that did not come until AFTER our food was served. I asked for the wine before dinner. Isn't that normal with a bottle?

I did however leave a 20% tip just in case the poor service was in fear of no tip from us.

Differently a bit pricey but still great food
29.06.2017 Brian
Ordered a “medium” bone-less rib-eye, got a steak that so well done it could of only come from a straight A cow!

While waiting on my meal, my entertainment for the evening was watching the cook play on his phone the entire time I was there. One can only assume he was attempting the latest high score or keeping his many Facebook followers up to date on his latest culinary disaster.

The waiter was attentive at first, but after the main course was served he was harder to locate than Waldo! Someone, I can only assume was the manager because they never introduced themselves, asked how the meal was. My coworker was able to answer but I mid bite, and raised with good manners, was unable to respond. The ability of staff to vanish at this restaurant is astounding as the manager vanished just as quickly as the waiter.

If you care about good steaks cooked right, and staff that do their jobs you are better off finding another steakhouse. Morton’s at 6:30pm is not busy there was no reason any of this should of happened other than staff that simply don’t care. If they don’t than you really should take your business to better steakhouses in New Orleans.
26.12.2016 Tipping
loud and crowded. Occupied tables all clustered together. Asked waiter to move us, which he declined to do. Then asked manager to move us, which he did. Waiter made sure he made snide comments about that. Took forever to get drinks, steaks overcooked. Pet peeve - places that won't seat you until whole party is present. Etc. Won't go back. It's New Orleans. Why am I eating at a chain restaurant?
