My family had a pleasant stay at this hotel. We really had no complaints. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to many attractions. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite. I booked it through booking.com, and the only thing—and perhaps it was the booking’s fault—was that there was no kitchenette, as stated in the amenities included in the room. At least there was a small refrigerator and a Keurig—everything we needed. I did ask about the possibility of getting a microwave, and they actually got one! Another example of their excellent service. It’s also worth noting that we didn’t notice any noise from the hallway or other rooms. I absolutely recommend staying here!

Pretty average experience. Had an issue with payment that the hotel failed to resolve and had to be done so by trip.com. Room wasn’t very clean and we weren’t provided with towels - which we didn’t realise until we returned late at night. Partial landmark view is a farce. You can see the top of St Patrick’s Cathedral… from behind a service deck. Apart from this, it’s relatively well priced for NYC and off 5th Avenue.

The smallest Hilton hotel I've ever stayed in. No way, it's in Manhattan.

The location is very good. You can see St. Patrick's Cathedral from the window. Fifth Avenue is downstairs and Rockefeller Center is opposite. Free muffins are provided at the front desk every day. People who like sweets will love it.

Went there for the first time. Horrible service. The employee was busy talking with someone, did not even care to help. Was empty when I went in. and no one behind me,was rushing me select my choices. And then immediately emptied into the plastic box. After asked him to chop the salad, he told I should asked when I started. Did it half halfheartedly. Food wise you can add lot of choices for free, they looked pale and old food. Would not go back and would not recommend. They trying to compete with Chop'It next door and I prefer Chop'It for the food and service. No wonder they are empty.
