My daughter and I loved the Omni! It was clean and we felt very safe as two women traveling on our own! The staff was friendly and helpful! I am
An Omni member so was provided a free welcome beverage. We unfortunately did not eat at the hotel. However you can have breakfast delivered to your room. There is a beautiful terrace and gym on the 17th floor. The linens and bed were extremely comfortable and the room was spacious. It is one block from Saks and St Patrick’s Cathedral and not far from Rockefeller Center.

The service was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean but there is no coffee, tea, minibar or food amenities in the room at all. For the expensive price, it's shocking there isn't more to make you feel more at home. They do offer a free drink but don't tell you there is nothing in the room.

Check in was reasonable, but as promised from the manager, not every room has a refrigerator for medicine, which is what I was told. I asked for a refrigerator and it didn’t come for three hours. The electronic key card to access the elevator just doesn’t work well I and other guests had to go up and down in the elevator three times just to get to the floor. Also, how is it that the $600 a night hotel room does not have an electric outlet in the bathroom. Ridiculous underwhelmed.

The hotel boasts a superb location; Fifth Avenue is just a right turn away, and Madison Avenue is a left turn. It's two blocks from Rockefeller Center and about a 10-minute walk from Central Park.

Despite its long history, the hotel is well-maintained, clean, and relatively quiet.

The bathrooms are large. The rooms are small, but for Manhattan, they're quite spacious.

I've stayed here several times and highly recommend it.

Probably great for locals, deal makers. But this iconic bar fails to live up to its reputation. Service was spotty at best, not snooty but far from impeccable. The mixed drinks were not what one member of our party expected. The atmosphere was pleasant and worth stopping in for.

You know how stupid this place is when the employees openly call customers prostitutes right in front of them. All I did was walk in and sit down. Are they trying to run a business or a brat training center?

Beautiful bar inside the St. Regis Hotel. Expensive is the Important Thing to Know. Don't be surprised if your bill is $75 for a couple to enjoy two drinks each. Very comfortable seats. Too few roving waiters. Life is slow here, relax and calm down.

Class all the way, from the doorman to the maitre 'd to the wait staff. Nice quite dining apart from the bustle of the main bar. Great to have career servers who actually care about making your experience memorable.

This is an elegant place with excellent service, food and outstanding martinis. A great place for brunch or dinner with family, friends or partners. There is a dress code so please be alert. Enjoy the atmosphere and by the way here is a lovely steak tartare.

The atmosphere is a black tie/black dress. With a call-reminder about a jacket upfront. After that it's strange to see messy looking collect pieces hanging off the ceiling. I was wondering how many spiders are working there to keep all that museum dust away of my plate. Napa Cab. Full-body was fantastic! The rabbit was boneless and amazing (thanks God didn't match the casual collection!) Scallops were average.

Great place for a fancy yet understated lunch. Remember the dress code and make reservations. Be sure to eat in the dining room.

Came in for dinner with my son. This was our first time dining at 21 but will not be our last. We were happily greeted at the door and immediately felt welcomed. Once seated our waiter seemed to be having a bit of an off night & was super unpleasant. I was irritated as I really wanted to enjoy this night with my son. The General Manager, Teddy stopped by our table and I mentioned my disappointment with the waiter. We ended up with a different waiter (exceptional I will say) and from that moment forward Teddy made it a point to make us feel special. I will definitely return and will refer to others. FOOD & DRINK were GREAT!
