Reviews
The room was dirty, only 1 light for the entire room, no outlets near beds, no dryer, not enough towels, bathroom door was falling apart, bath tub was dirty.
I cannot describe my horrendous stay as it would require far more than 2000 characters.
I spent $140 I'm my room. I wouldn't spend the night there again if it were offered to me for free. I was extremely disappointed in what my $140 gave me. I was so dissatisfied I almost immediately I asked for a refund, i was told he would give it to me but I only had 10 minutes to decide and as it was the weekend of the gun control march, everywhere else was booked up. I called several places. We tried to make the best of our stay but it was the worst stay I've EVER HAD.
My room was small, and dinghy. It had 2 full beds that were worn down terribly. The sheets, blankets and covers on both beds were severely stained and had several burn marks in them. The 3 pillows were so old and flat that they were nearly nonexistent. We were also informed we WOULD NOT be given any extra pillows. We went to Wal-Mart and bought our own pillows, and blankets to use since the ones provided were so awful. I attempted to plug in my phone charger and was nearly electrocuted. The television was not hooked up. The floors, walls and bathtub had several burn marks in them. Our towels has hair on them. At one point we couldn't get into our room and the man at front desk was very stubborn in trying to help us. He insisted we werent using the key card right, after a bit of coaxing we finally got him to come up and check it out. He had to provide us with a new key card. We joked about it being a roach motel until our joke became our nightmare. We had COCKROACHES IN OUR ROOM! plural. More than one. It was disgusting. We are worried about bringing them home with us.
I will be contacting higher ups as this was the single most disappointing, disgusting, stay I've EVER encountered and I will be reviewing on all platforms.
