Overall the stay was great, the Queen room was of decent size but may be a little small for 2 pax. If budget is not a problem then go for King bed, the room is muchhh bigger

Other than these things, the hotel is in a great location and is very clean!

I had a great stay at this hotel and would return if I go back to DC

Watch out for the type of room you booked and the cost, because they can overcharge you or give you a much smaller room than what you initially booked

Plus, it's right next to the Parliament House, so you can visit first thing in the morning. The front desk even upgraded us to a twin room for free!

One heads up, there is literately no stores around the hotel. Very limited choices in restaurants as well. They do have a snack shop with competitive prices

The room was clean and hygienic. The only downside was that the shower gel wasn't refilled in a timely manner; it ran out and wasn't replaced.

The positive aspects: The room was very clean with a nice view of the Capitol Building. The doormen are very nice and welcoming. I appreciated that they helped us flag down a taxi for our departure

A negative aspect: the hotel could not find our Priceline reservation. The front desk agent told us to call Priceline. It was very stressful and time consuming trying to get help from Priceline

My family and I recently stayed for five days, and we left with such a wonderful experience. Every employee we encountered was friendly from the valet, to front desk, to housekeeping

Extremely close to the White House, just a few minutes' walk away. It's very clean, and the linens are changed daily, making for a comfortable stay! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Washington.

Good location of the hotel! Walking distance to the White House and there are cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Bed is comfortable!

The hotel is classic in style and in a good location. You can walk to the White House, the Capitol and other attractions. There is no drinking water in the room, no toothbrush or slippers.

We had a great experience at the Hamilton Hotel this weekend. This was perfectly located for our DC sight seeing itinerary and was easily walkable to all the big sights

This was one of the best Ritz Carlton‘s that I have been at. Mainly, the staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. We were in town for the Marines marathon so we had four amazing nights staying at this hotel

The hostess was so friendly and when I returned, she remembered my name! The housekeeping is top-notch and very respectful the front desk staff welcome desk with a racing packet with information that was super helpful

The hotel is great, after all, it's the Ritz! The location is also very convenient, with a subway station right outside, shopping malls, restaurants, and bars next door, and taxis are easy to get around

They dormant and Valet always had a smile and welcomed us when we return. Of course the bed is extremely comfortable as all Ritz Carlton hotels are, but the staff truly are the gem of the operation

Nespresso!!! Yes Nice mini bar!!! Yes, had candy/nuts snacks, beer, alcohol, totally great option to have in the comfort of your room. Plus the usual in better quality: hair dryer, iron & steamer, in room safe

Truly amazing hotel—I don't usually write reviews, but I really wanted to give 5 stars to the DC Park Hyatt. I absolutely love the bathroom; it has the best shower and shampoo I've ever found in a hotel

Very clean hotel, nice amenities in room, I loved the Le Labo brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand bar soap

You can walk pretty much anywhere interesting in the city from there or take public transportation. They have a very good gym that is well equipped and a nice pool and hot tub next to it

It was luxurious items! Bath robes and slippers -tooth brush, toothpaste, mouthwash, qtips, shower cap, and mini sewing kit

Room and decor was outstanding and tasteful I love the wooden card for opening door, the seat in the elevator which you need to go your floor, as well as gym, pool

If you are looking for a true 5 star hotel, this Four Seasons property is what you are looking for. Staff was the best. Hotel was clean & quiet. Even the door guys were top notch. I’ll definitely be going back

The suite had an excellent bathroom, which is something that seems to be in short supply in the US. All the usual things apply here the shower pressure was excellent and bed comfortable

I am sure there are newer more flashy hotels but what really sets this apart is the amazing staff. We had such lovely, cheerful and efficient staff at breakfast they were truly a joy

Our first room unfortunately had a residual smell of someone who had smoked in it (of course against hotel rules)- not a problem we got switched out into a nicer room

The breakfast room also served very healthy dishes, and hey presto they had Matzah for the holiday. Just a shame that the architecture of the building is not in keeping with Georgetown splendour

I stayed for a 1 night layover at DCA so appreciated the convenient shuttle service. The hotel staff, front desk and Bistro, were great. The room was large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

As soon as I got there, they took my voucher and knew exactly what to do. It took all of 5 minutes to get me checked in and into a room so I could rest for my early morning connection flight

Waiting for the shuttle at Gate 4 of Terminal 2, it is said that it runs every half an hour. Other things are good, but the air conditioner in the room is too noisy.

One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location close to the airport, which made my trip much easier. I would definitely consider staying here again

It's located on a street lined with embassies, and the atmosphere was nice, so I felt safe walking around. There are also many restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently close to a subway station

It would have been a nice gesture to offer bottled water, discounted rates, coupons or some type of assistance to the guests who were at the hotel to ameliorate the unpleasant situation of being without power for such a long time

Booked this hotel with the understanding there is an option for buffet breakfast at $10/person as stated in trip. Request for this at check-in but hotel declined stating that they only serve ala-carte breakfast

I would recommend that the staff be advised on a contingency plan or when there are power cuts in the area to mitigate any discomfort and inconvenience experienced by guests

This hotel has beautiful rooms and great staff. We were able to bring our miniature dachshund. It's close enough to walk or ride scooters to the mall. We left a watch in the room and they mailed it to our home

The White House is within easy reach and the core business district is within ten minutes. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

This was one of the best stays I've had at a Hyatt with a family with 2 young children under 10. We booked 5 nights in a 2-queen bed room. Excellent location -- a few blocks to the national mall and multiple metro lines

This was incredibly helpful but my daughter was thrilled to get a tray full of delicious food every morning. This really made the stay incredible. The staff were also extremely helpful and attentive

Absolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. There is a separate area in the room with a desk

Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously

The Beacon hotel is easy to find when driving from the 495. It’s in a very nice and safe area; it’s close to downtown; about $12 in uber to reach Georgetown for instance. The hotel is beautiful and welcoming.

I was initially pulled in by the low prices (or should I say, low"er" compared to the others in that area), but was disappointed to find a bunch of hidden fees that they charge you when you finally show up to the hotel

The place also didn't have a fridge or microwave in the room and the AC didn't work

The air was just blowing out fan air, no cold air in 95 degree weather. Parking was $60 plus $10 service fee. What they don’t tell you is there are multiple hidden fees with the parking

I could walk everywhere! Unfortunately, I probably won't be staying here again
