Hotels with pool in Washington

This newer hotel is conveniently located near a grocery store, coffee shop and a metro station. The views of DC are also spectacular in select rooms (I've stayed here on a couple of occasions)

The bed and couch were comfortable, and nobody used the couch as its expanded bed option, though so unsure of that comfort level. Staff were all friendly and willing to help if necessary

The only complaints were with the bathroom. The sink sprayed if you didn't turn it on slowly and easily. The shower was only partially enclosed, so water tended to spray out

Microwave and mini fridge in the room! Had the salmon from the restaurant and loved it. Will be staying here in the future when I’m back in DC

There is also a nice restaurant/bar on the main level. Will definitely return in the near future!

The shower in our room didn't drain as quickly as needed, so water filled the base. It probably just needs some drain cleaner or something

Lyle hotel is such a gem located in a quaint neighbourhood at DuPont circle. It is quiet yet close enough to all the major museums in DC. It is also located within close proximity to numerous restaurants

Nicely decorated hotel in prime location. We take the metro from Shady Grove into the city when driving from Columbus. It saves a lot of money on parking. We take the metro and uber if it's too far of a walk

We had a chance to stay at The Lyle on a recent visit to Washington, DC. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly

There is a gym situated on the lower level which is sufficient for a hotel stay, and a lovely bar and restaurant off the lobby. Staff are always friendly and helpful throughout our stays

This was our fifth visit to The Lyle. It is situated in a perfect location to access most sites by foot, and is only a short walk from a Metro station

Rooms are well decorated, with plenty of space, individual AC units and Nespresso machines alongside an incredibly comfortable bed

Did not use any facilities other than the lobby and room. Clean quiet and we'll located. A perfect spot for business Travellers.

But above all the staff is simply amazing with a top notch service, thank you Lynette for all your kind help! You make a difference

I felt the service was not up to the mark, especially the reception. They couldn't locate the reservation for 30mts, while I kept showing them the reservation voucher

The hotel was old, but clean. It was a shame there weren't many restaurants nearby. However, it was still within walking distance of everything I wanted to see.

Absolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. There is a separate area in the room with a desk

Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously

Our room and the hotel were very clean. The room had nice decor and we were pleased with the amenities. Complimentary breakfast was included in our one-night stay. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for ride share

Staff was very friendly, was a little bit of a hike to the metro but not too bad, very comfortable room with good storage and a nice clean bathroom. Comfortable bed as well.

The cleanliness is impeccable. The service was outstanding, especially from the ladies at the front desk. Everything is within walking distance along a lovely promenade. I would definitely stay here again every time

This hotel pleasantly surprised me in the most wonderful way—I’m absolutely delighted. I chose it for our family vacation mainly because of its location, but it exceeded my expectations in every way

The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the subway, and it's also within walking distance to Chinatown. There are supermarkets conveniently located nearby, and the neighborhood itself is quite pleasant

The room is very comfortable, the staff extremely nice and friendly. Decoration in the room, including most of the fixtures is from mid 1900's which gives it a nice and pleasant retro environment

The stay was fine, but the coffee maker wasn't working properly. The windows and room temperature were very good.

In the room, you can strongly feel the weight of history and the atmosphere of the times. But in sharp contrast, the facilities and all the equipment here are very well preserved, very clean and tidy

Highly recommended! ! ! At first I was attracted by the history of this place, and later I found out that this was a hotel built in 1926, 99 years ago

The room was not bad, in fact it was quite large, but it was cramped after being divided into several small rooms, one for dressing and wardrobe, and one for small kitchen and small dining room

The building is over a hundred years old, surrounded by historical sites, next to the University of Washington, which is equivalent to the area near Tiananmen Square in China

Staff was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The soaking tub and in-the-mirror bathroom tv were pleasant surprises. The location of the hotel is formidable.

Overall good but the air conditioning system is too old and the towels are too hard. I don't like sandwich bedding, it's uncomfortable to sleep with it covered

Everyone's meal was exquisite to look at and taste! Congratulations to the chef! This is a special occasion restsurant for me and would gladly have all of my special occasions celebrated at the Greenhouse in the Jefferson Hotel

The hotel has been nicely updated. Room was very well appointed. Service was impeccable. There are private lounges for you to hang around if your flight leaves later in the day, which was a bonus for us.

The curtains in the room are split in four sections and have gaps between sections when closed. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. There seems to be no complimentary bottled water provided.

Our entire stay was outstanding. Food, service,friendliness and professionalism of the staff was superb. Our room was impecable. We will stay here from now on when we come to Washinton,DC.

The pool is great and big, the breakfast is great you can make your own tea or hot chocolate. They even have so many condiments. The restaurant (gallery) is open 24 hours. House keeping is courteous and sweet

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The front desk staff named Marina and other staffs were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more pleasant

Everything is close by including public transit stops making it easy to visit all the sights, National Mall area is about a 15 minute walk away. My only issue was our bathroom

Since we were staying as a family of four, it was great that we could use the sofa bed. There were also great breakfast restaurants nearby, so we had a comfortable stay

Besides no refrigerator, and kettle everything is good. Water machine in corridors and it’s okay. Bed sheeting was so nice and slept so good. Super convenient as the metro is next door, just few stations to the airport.

Erick at ftonl dest is kind and enthusiastic. This time I stayed in an executive suite for NT$8,200. Although I didn’t sleep well due to time and meeting pressure, I still feel very lucky and it’s great!

Excellent location close to all the sights. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Blazing fast Internet, so perfect for work. I liked the always available hot coffee in the resident's lounge

There is a subway station downstairs of the hotel, 3 minutes walk to the White House, 10 minutes walk to the National Mall, there are many museums and memorials near the National Mall

The room is small but has everything you need. The use of an environmentally friendly kettle is great. Free coffee and hot drinks are provided 24 hours a day, and WiFi is available

The hotel is in a great location and the room is very cozy. It is right outside the subway station, and you can walk to the Washington Monument and the White House in two steps

It was one of the best hostel I’ve ever been. The room (4 female dormitory) was very big, clean and beautiful. The lobby has a lot of nice places to stay, drink coffee and work

You can borrow a hair dryer at the front. Its location is quite a bit far to walk to the National mall but I enjoyed walking the streets. And all the roomates were very considerate and quiet

Very nice hostel! The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage! Very very clean, Definitely would come back for the stay! However, would appreciate it if there was a hairdryer in the room or shampoo

The location is good , not far from White house and Downtown.The room is large with four beds in room. Bathroom is clean.

I was unaware that breakfast was included. The coffee shop did not have cash in its register and the coffee was burned. 60 I expect a good coffee! Karen at the front desk was AMAZING! So friendly and upbeat

My check-in experience was fantastic and I want to commend the gentleman who helped me check in the morning of December 15. I was able to check into my room (very helpful as I had jet lag) and he was very friendly

On our Booking it said included, however you instead get 21$/Room/Day which isn‘t enough for a full breakfast unfortunately. But a lot of Coffee-Shops and Restaurants are very close

The property was beautiful and well maintained. A few small things were off here and there - lighting could be poor, TV issues, etc, but overall, a really lovely stay.

The Viceroy was great! Amazing location, walking down 14th street allows you to explore a lot of awesome restaurants and bars. Like Pearls Oyster Place and Barcelona. I'd avoid the food trucks as they over charge

While the interior may appear a bit dated, the outstanding staff, great amenities, and convenient location more than make up for it. I would definitely return again

It was perfect location for us. Nice and clean room. Everything is very peaceful and perfect for all kinds of traveler.  It's near by park, airport, All country's Embassy.

We enjoyed multiple yummy breakfasts at the restaurant. What could be better? Our room faced Wisconsin Avenue on the 5th floor. A lot of traffic could be heard day and night

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River Inn. The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. The kitchenette was great and a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods were both within walking distance for groceries

At first, I thought the check in was closed. But I called again in my room comfortable with order food by 3 am. Stayed two weeks ago for Jay Z concert. 5stars from me and this one had a full kitchen with oven!!!

The room was immaculate and very roomy. What stood out the most about the River Inn is the outstanding staff that we encountered at the front desk, the valet, and the restaurant

We always enjoy our stays at The River Inn. One huge perk for us is that it is pet friendly with no extra fee. Walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s and great shopping in Georgetown

The room was spotless, check in was easy and efficient, the building was nicely decorated for the Christmas season, and I would recommend the hotel. However, it is not handicap accessible, which was a problem for me.

They gave us a call and the room was ready as we were running around the city. The doorman was excellent and very helpful as was the desk. We have dietary requirements so we don't eat at the hotels

Had an iron and an ironing board, soft shower, all the usual bathroom accoutrements and a K-Cup coffee maker with ceramic cups and glass cups in the bathroom, all pluses

The room is a little tight as the bed takes up most of space and the TV in the room we had was on a angled wall which annoyed me a little but wasn't very important

The lounge was friendly and they had specials. The New England mussel clam chowder was a stand out! I would not hesitate to stay there again

The location is excellent, in the city center, making it convenient to go anywhere. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a restaurant downstairs, and many good restaurants are nearby. Free coffee is provided.

Although it looks like an old hotel, the interior facilities are well-maintained, making it very comfortable and pleasant. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable.

This is a hotel in a good location but with very old amenities. It is on the West end of Washington DC. The staff is very nice. However, the facility is kind of of old, very very old. The room is not big but that's fine.

The best part about this hotel is its location. It is supposed to be an upscale hotel but it was not. The rooms are spacey, the countertop in bathroom is small

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was quite rich. Transportation was convenient, and it took about half an hour to get to the main attractions in Washington by subway. There were also some shops nearby.

My recommendations to the hotel: make the pool water/air a bit warmer, make sure there is ice under the yogurts, and buy one more pack-and-play for guests

This new hotel in DC has really raised the bar for amenities offered! Unfortunately i was there during pool open hours, i did scope the property and it appears to have everything wanted! Valet, pool, gym, laundry, food, lounge

The second floor has a fitness area and indoor pool with a small hot tub, though the water temperatures of both were a bit colder than expected

My second time staying they have become my favorite place to stay. It’s beyond comfortable everything is clean it’s really a home feeling. The staff was great especially Monique overnight front desk she was super sweet

Last but not least I would like to give an accolade to Feshua !the server at the restaurant, she went up and above to take care of our requests

95 per day, parking is also charged, the sound insulation is poor, there are train and plane sounds, door slamming sounds, and the final checkout price is different from Ctrip, the experience is not good

Coffee and tea was provided and it was very pleasant. I would definitely chose this hotel again and highly recommend

Our family traveled to Washington by car in February, and this hotel is highly recommended. Self-parking is 44 dollars per night, and guest parking is 49 dollars per night, which is a bit expensive

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, and the sheets were extremely high quality

Our friend who lives in Georgetown recommended we stayed here and I couldn't have been happier
