It was my first stay in three years.
Three years ago, the COVID-19 pandemic had just ended, so the city was still quite quiet, but this time the hotel was packed with people and very lively.
The room and hotel interior were very stylish, so I was looking forward to staying there.
The front desk staff and doorman were all very kind and polite, making my stay very comfortable.
I plan to use this hotel again when I stay in D.C.

The rooms are in basement with no windows. This is an important piece of information which was not disclosed during booking or on their website. It felt like staying in a dungeon. The area is convenient and the staff is friendly but I would not stay here again because of the condition of the rooms.

Our stay was very pleasant, we were staying during a wedding and several shows in the area at the same time. The hotel handled everything with ease and were pleasant to speak with. From the Valet to the front desk everyone ensured a smooth visit.

The staff was very rude and rushed me through the check in process. They put us in the basement, and the only window in the room was opaque, making it feel like a dungeon. Didn’t receive the complimentary water. Container of damp rid in room just full of water. Several water marks where there was a leak and was growing mold. Room smelled bad. Wallpaper was peeling off. The building itself was very neat and they did do a good job at maintaining the historical aesthetic. Location was very convenient. Overall, I will not stay here again.

The atmosphere was new and immaculate. My colleagues are pleasant and helpful. It's a lot of fun and I think it's best for tourists. Due to its proximity to the city, the hotel's location is advantageous. It's a beautiful term. This was a unique opportunity. I was excited about the opportunity to spend more time with my family. This is definitely a must!!

Wonderful hotel! A stunning historic building with a great location, interesting guests to chat with during the afternoon wine hour and friendly and professional staff. I'll be back in a few weeks. Can not wait.
