Excellent service. We didn't have breakfast included, but they accommodated us and provided breakfast. They also helped with transportation 👍🏻💯
Prime location, just steps from the central square. It's a charming, unpretentious property. The rooms overlook an interior courtyard/terrace; they're basic but spotlessly clean! The staff is absolutely fantastic!!! Highly recommended!
The staff was kind and helpful. However, when I tried to turn on the hot water, reddish water that smelled of iron came out. If I used that water to take a shower, it would obviously make my body smell worse than before, so I couldn't take a shower.
Other than that, it was a fine place to stay.
…pros and cons: PROS - great location, which allows you to see the Registan (a few steps away) at different times of the day. Nice atmosphere, where you feel at home CONS: the structure is under renovation, so breakfast is prepared and served in two rooms adapted for use. The furniture is decidedly worn. However, if you overlook the flaws mentioned above, it is a place where you feel good
We stayed at this hotel with our family of four, including two kids, and overall had a great experience. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from Registan Square, making it easy to visit all the main attractions in Samarkand without the need for long commutes. While the rooms were a bit small, it wasn’t much of an issue since we spent most of our time exploring the city. The breakfast was...
Good points: - Close to Registan Square, just a 5-minute walk. - Shops and restaurants nearby. - Staff are very friendly. Bad points: - Breakfast was minimal (many dishes but poor quality), the most basic of our trip. - Bad atmosphere. - Room was very small (no chair or desk) and dimly lit. - No kettle or refrigerator. - Breakfast venue (2nd floor terrace) was hot as it was exposed to the sun. - There...

The room was very nice, as was the bathroom. The location was very quiet, and I slept very well (the only slight downside was the constant noise from the two fog machines in the room). Breakfast was good, and the pool and the surrounding area were also very nice. The manager kindly cleaned my room an hour before the scheduled time. The location isn't ideal, but that didn't bother me.
Great hotel with a very friendly staff. They will provide whatever you needed. Good breakfast though it same everyday especially this strawberry jam. If your looking for relaxing place this highly recommended with great ambiance outside. It's little bit far from main city but still if you get taxi using yandex it's very cheap and if it's good weather u can do some walk nearby tourist spot...
The room itself was clean and in a good condition. Breakfast was a set meal yet a substantial one. Bathroom was a bit smelly, which unfortunately seems to be the norm in Uzbekistan. Bed was a little bit on the hard side. The biggest downside is the location which is inconvenient, far from most sights and restaurant options, so solely because of the location I would recommend to stay elsewhere unless...
I chose the hotel because of the pool and the jacuzzi and they are not in operation, there is nothing nearby, always going to and from any point by taxi, the breakfast was good, varied and abundant, although the next day the same thing was repeated, the room as expected, it is clean and the receptionist is attentive
Perfect hotel - new, breakfasts are tasty, central square is very close! Also where are bicycles and swimming pool!

This is an amazing place run by truly kind and genuine people. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm, family atmosphere and the positive attitude of the hosts. The rooms are very clean, just like the rest of the property – you can really see the attention to detail and care in every corner.
The location is also worth praising – charming and convenient, perfect for a relaxing getaway....
Me and my family stayed here during our visit in Samarkand. The owner and his family were very attentive and hospitable. The location is great and close to everything, and our stay was reasonably priced. We highly recommend!
Very nice hotel. Polite staff and very good food. I would really recommend it!
The location of this property is fantastic. 10 mins walk from Registran and with several shops and cafes nearby.
The hosts were very kind and always eager to please. I highly recommend this place.
The host is a very gentle man and his family members are so kind. The kids of the host are very friendly. We recommend everyone to stay here because the location is close to all tourist spots so anyone can easily walk and cover mostly everything within one day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They were very welcoming and flexible with our schedule. The garden is beautiful, it feels like a little oasis. Breakfast was delicious and diverse. It is a bit apart from downtown but is very easy to move around.
Totally recommended.
Though the location is a bit far away from the major attractions, you can easily reach the city centre within 15-20 mins by Yandex taxi. One of the biggest plus is that they accept card payments, which is extremely rare for budget/midrange hotels in Uzbekistan. Clean rooms, lovely courtyard, friendly service, excellent breakfast and in short a great value for money. Highly recommended.
Thanks for Mr Jayrat and his wife who were very friendly and welcoming us during our stay . We enjoyed the taste of their breakfast .
The place is very authentic with Uzbekistan decoration
Also there is supermarket nearby
Yandex available around the day
They have nice cat and turtle 🐢
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The owner's exceptional hospitality made our stay truly memorable; he went above and beyond to assist us with all our needs and even ensured that we were served a satisfying suhoor breakfast at 4 am during our fasting period. The breakfast, featuring freshly baked bread and delicious omelettes, was a highlight of our mornings....
This is the best place to stay. Clean, green and polite people.
today I was here and it was incredibly comfortable for us. service is perfect everywhere green bright.I highly recommend u to here u will have great vocation here

We spent two nights at Volidam Hotel and had an absolutely great experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially at the reception. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-prepared — everything was perfect throughout our stay.

We spent a long time choosing a hotel in Samarkand.
We stayed for two nights.
What we liked: the bed linens, the quiet room, even though the hotel is on the road. Water in the room and a kettle with tea and coffee, cleaning service on the second day, new towels (3 each), and replenished water bottles. The reception and lobby are pleasant. The young people at reception were friendly and helped with...
A very good hotel. Clean and cozy. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. There are toiletries, slippers, and robes. There is an iron on each floor. The staff is beyond praise, very helpful. The breakfasts are good. The owner is wonderful. The location is convenient.
The Hotel is nice and the reception was very friendly.
nice hotel, breakfast with a wide selection of food. nice staff at the reception, early check-in without charge

A very cozy hotel, when the beautiful design came in, flowers bloomed and fruits ripened on the trees, birds sang, they met good-naturedly, and took them to the room, it was clean, bright and dust-free, the car was organized and drove along historical monuments. In the evening we cooked our favorite food, it was an excellent light, sweet and tasty breakfast.
I advise you to visit.
This is a great hotel, we came with my family in the summer and it was beautiful there, different fruits grew on the trees and there is a national dish I liked how good cooks cook pilaf before my eyes and good attitude clean rooms, toilets are cooked in the tandoor flatbread thank you for the service and kindness .
A cozy hotel. I came late in the night. The host forgot to put towels in the room which was fixed upon request. I would add that a breakfast is a bit modest but that aligns with the price.
It was a very nice hotel. they were very nice. They helped us with everything and saw us as his own family. I am glad I was in this hotel.

Because we liked it here. Nice hotel in a quiet area. Courteous staff. Large rooms, also have their own hygiene room. Cozy and comfortable.
They give a towel for use, but it's better to take your own. If you have questions about where to go and where to eat deliciously, you can ask the manager 😊, he will tell you.
Normal hotel for value for money. The rooms are quite comfortable, the family has a bathroom and shower. The staff is friendly. In the morning, a complimentary good breakfast. Located slightly away from the center, but not critical. Can be reached on foot. In general, a "free" Samarkand taxi will solve all problems ... The disadvantage is too good audibility.
Clean, calm. There is a small parking lot. Do not look for a room with a toilet in the room, there are none and never will be - everything is on the floor. Good breakfasts, but very early (8:30-9 am) and strangely ornied: each room is called separately in a conspiratorial tone for breakfast.

Great hotel across from Registan Square. The host of the hotel is very friendly and accommodating. We will always pick Hotel Sherdor when coming back, it feels like home away from home!
Great host. We came as guests, left as family. Great location across Registan. Complete breakfast.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of May 2024. The hotel has an excellent location, you can easily walk to all the attractions of Samarkand. There is a luxurious banquet hall on the 1st floor, but you can’t hear it at all in the rooms. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable and there is a shower. Nice breakfasts, hot and cold snacks and sweet tea. Begzod and his colleagues...

I originally booked a hotel in Samarkand city center, but due to ongoing construction works, I was transferred to Imron Hotel. The transfer process was very smooth, and I truly enjoyed my stay from 26/12/25 to 29/12/25.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room is clean and organized. Good location for sightseeing.
The breakfast here was by far the best I have had in Uzbekistan and the region in general. Lots of vegetarian options and very generous spreads.
The room itself was clean, however they were missing a TV. No shower curtains despite having a rod. Smelled like sewage at times. The pillows were also too fat and uncomfortable.
We had original reservations at Samarkand City centre, but we were told upon arrival that "there had been accident, room is stinky," so they sent us here, even promising a window view.
I was peeved as this was now a 15 minute walk to Registan square instead of 5 from the original place. But at least closer to the Amir Temur Mausoleum.
We were taken here and they demanded cash for all 3 nights. I...

I don't know where to start, this place is an 11/10! Best hotel you can find in Samarkand, especially for the price

The room itself is clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions! Breakfasts are like Mom's—everything homemade and delicious! Shops, cafes, and other amenities are a 7-minute walk away. I recommend this hotel; I was very pleased. Alexey stayed from April 30th to May 2nd.
Little nice hotel located in a quiet area just a 10min walk from Registan Square. It looks pretty new and everything is clean and well maintained. Great value for money! I particularly want to highlight the friendliness of the staff (Abdul Aziz and Jamelia, please excuse me if the spelling is not correct!) who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This hotel is a jewel! We were greeted by the friendly and helpful manager who quickly made us feel welcome. The hotel is in an excellent location (just a short walk from the Registan) and is modern with touches of elegance. The rooms are sparkling clean, the beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the owner and the manager are kind and attentive. We have stayed at the Next on two separate occasions...
The hotel has a great location, close to the Registan, surrounded by cafes and shops that stay open late. The hotel is new, and everything works perfectly. For example, in October, it gets noticeably chilly in the evenings, so the air conditioning is on low. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but everything is delicious and fresh. The rooms are well-insulated and have a refrigerator...

This is an extremely well decorated and pleasant hotel, feels as.if at home, indeed it is in a residential neighbourhood and will not realise it ia a hotel until you wnter.
Rooms are very good, breakfast was a big let down but you can survive...
This is also bit away from train station and the main monuments...
Lovely hotel built round a courtyard. A bit uninspiring on pulling outside but the inside made up for it. Located outside of the main city so needed transport to get to the attractions but it was peaceful therefore. Lovely bedrooms and great breakfast. Porridge highly recommended
The breakfast is OK, but it's all cold food, which is a challenge for Chinese people's appetite in the cold morning!
The courtyard is nice and feels beautiful.
The quilt is thin, there are no slippers, and it seems that there is no toothbrush (I can't remember)
The hotel was really classic and nice.
Hot water came out well and the counter was nice too.
It was a bit inconvenient that it was a bit far from tourist attractions and there was no supermarket nearby.
Overall it was good
A very beautiful hotel. Except when the staff told me on the first day that I had not paid for two nights, it was the price of one night. I don’t know if the staff was unfamiliar with the business or if they deliberately asked for more money because of Uzbekistan. Hotels generally have this problem, always asking me for money that I shouldn't have to pay. The two staff members who opened the reservation...

Location is great. Within walking distance to Bibikhanum Mosque Syiob market Hasrat Khirz mosque Shah I Zinda and Registan Square. Very recommended if you are visiting Samarkand
The room was very warm, and the location was excellent.
Great hotel, would stay again! Location is excellent, in front of the Bibikhanum Mosque and daily Siyob Bazar as well as walking distance to anything in the city. Their taxi service from the airport worked well even in the middle of the night. You can buy a SIM card at the front desk. The rooms are toasty and warm even in cold weather. The view of the Bibi Khanym Mausoleum was unbeatable. We loved spending our evenings on the terrace, soaking in the beautiful scenery 😍The room was clean and comfortable, though the service could be improved for a hotel in this price range.
This is an extremely well located hotels with nice service and rooms. Great air conditioner. Breakfast had a good variety and us served in the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view. They don't take credit cards so bring cash. They wanted U.S. $.
Right next to the mosque, great location. There is also a supporting restaurant with good food and a great view. The breakfast is rich. The room has an exotic feel and is worth going back to.

Excellent hotel with reasonable price. The thing i really liked was the stuff of the hotel. Polite adminstrators will help you. There are 3 types of breakfast in the hotel and all of them are delicious.
