I recently stayed at this place with my Friends of two. We were travelling from India to Kyrgyzstan via Tashkent. we wanted to go to the famous Magic city and Ice city in Tashkent. This place was really vlose by just walkable distance to all those places. The rooms were really coean and really affordable. There was tpilets and washrooms But seperate, which was the only downside. The Staff were great...

The room is very clean and tidy, the location is excellent, the price is low, and the stay is very comfortable. The boss is Chinese and he is very enthusiastic to help every guest solve big and small problems. The service is very thoughtful! The beef dumplings in the store are also delicious! Thank you!

All in all, it's OK. Good for a couple of nights. On the plus side: price; clean and tidy inside. Cons: unstable wi-fi; cook is rude; breakfast of the cheapest sausages; the room is cleaned only if you ask.

Good evening. I would definitely say I’m pretty much satisfied with the professional, friendly and courteous service in this hotel. I only wish there was an available fridge in my room. Anyways, the overall experience from this hotel allowed me to have a comfortable trip.

The booking and check in is smooth and fast. Receptionists are nice and responsive. My room was spacious enough and clean. Kudos! I would stay there next time

The administration is top notch, the prices are quite affordable, the breakfast is buffet style, the pool is also excellent from the photos and it is nice that the pool is also included in the price of the room.

The management is very helpful. The rooms are okay, nothing special, but nothing bad either. The location is great, centrally located, and the price matches the room. All the other reviews are irrelevant to me, as I didn't notice any problems with 90% of the negative reviews. They seem to have fixed them, well done :)

The hotel is normal. Clean room, I was only surprised that the curtains and tulle hang on the wall and behind the curtain there is a WALL instead of a window)))

Pros: buffet, no road noise is heard, the administration helps on any issue: they move to a free room and bring furniture if desired. there is no window, the sun does not interfere with sleep, there is air conditioning and ventilation. Cons: Terrible soundproofing. Been to four hotels for the same price and cheaper this one is the worst because of the noise of the neighbors from all sides watching...

The rooms are nice, quite new and overall clean. The beds are hard though. The breakfast is small, and even though the food itself is fine they aren’t doing a proper job serving it. For example, on the first day of our stay there we was no water in the boiler (and no water at all for that matter). Had to ask for soap at the reception (there was none in the room when we arrived). We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were placed on the first floor, right next to the reception entrance. Consequently, people kept trying to enter our room by mistake all night, apparently confusing it with the reception desk. Please put up additional informational signs for guests! Nice place to stay and near in the airport, what I don’t like is the sink is next to the bed they must put it outside because when you try to wash your face, the floor will be wet, better put it all together to bathroom

I stayed here for a long time during my trip to Tashkent. I was very satisfied with the affordable price. The room was a bit cold because of the chilly weather, but the breakfast was delicious. I'll visit again next time.

The room is a bit worn out, and the towels and bedding have stains.

Pros: polite staff, decent breakfast (you definitely won't go hungry), not far from the airport. Cons: The room was cold, I had to ask for a heater. On the second day, there was a small flood in the bathroom while I was out. As a result, there was an unpleasant smell from the sewage, and white residue on the floor, walls, and toilet. I asked to be moved to another room, and they didn't refuse.

A fantastic hotel! The receptionists contacted me on the day of my arrival, confirmed the address, and gave me directions. Upon arrival, they helped me carry my suitcase up to the third floor (there's no elevator) and gave me recommendations on where to eat national cuisine and the nearest market. The hotel is completely no-frills. Basic rooms with hard mattresses. A window overlooks the courtyard. The only positive I found was that it feels like you're staying in an apartment; you don't have to enter through reception. Other than that, I couldn't find any positives. The price is 7,000 rubles per person per night.

Stayed some nights here, an affordable hostel, the hostel located near city centre, walking district to markets, cafes, and everything. Comfortable beds, hot water. Staff and owner were kind, but unfortunately when I check out, they did not give me an Uzbekistan registration slip for my stay, I have told them, 1 day before I check out

Prices are fair, the host and his family are kinda friendly and helpful. The only thing crazy is that the linen and pillow cover smells kinda stink and soiled. Otherwise, it’s close to the airport and cheap to go everywhere by yandex

Giving 5 stars; it's nothing luxury, but it also comes at a really low price. And at this low price, you get a nice shared living space including kitchen, airconditioning 24/7 and normal commodities. Compared to the price: a really solid place to stay

Booked after looking at the reviews, but upon arrival did not like the atmosphere. Found another for the same price. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Maybe that's how we got it.

Normal hotel, the truth is that the owner and the employees were very friendly, we arrived quite late in the morning and they didn't give us any problems. Everything is perfect and they make you breakfast. The rooms themselves are noisy, and above all the mattresses are very hard and somewhat uncomfortable.
