Overall, the hotel isn't bad. The staff are welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is excellent – a good variety of tasty food. My only minor complaint was that some guests from China were smoking right by the doors, and the smoke would waft inside. Pleasant hotel with a light breakfast (unlikely to fill you up though). I had two issues – first, the key wouldn't open the room, but that was sorted out. Then, I found the AC wasn't working, but I was too tired to deal with it at that point. They took quite a while to inspect the room after check-out. Bear in mind that the price does not include the tourist tax.

I was surprised by the staff's high level of Korean proficiency. Breakfast was on par with hotel breakfasts. It was a great experience to sample a variety of Tashkhand's famous fruits all at once. The bathroom had strong water pressure, making for a pleasant shower. The soundproofing in the guest room was excellent.
