Super hotel, great room. I recommend it to everyone. Good shower, soap, shampoo, everything is there.
Reception guy with the 🤓 was out of his mind , has no idea about people in the room which he said empty, not once 6 times he misgiven the keys to us
My first room faced the street, was noisy with cars, and wasn't properly cleaned, so I asked for a change. The room after the change was very spacious. I felt that the response from hotel staff varied from person to person. People who were pleasant responded well. You can take bus number 124 from the bus stop opposite the hotel to the nearest station, Bernie.
Everything was as expected, nice. Very responsive stuff.
Hotel service is good and cost-effective
Stayed 10 nights. The room was ok... The tub was raised off the floor..it was dangerous to get in and out of the tub to take a shower. The shower hose leaked water all over each time it was used. The bed was a king bed but it was very uncomfortable. A little TLC and this would be a great place to stay!!! Not horrible just needs some care
Tashkent, Abdulla Qahhor Street, 150A (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Very close to the airport, clean and comfortable to stay at.
Great stay near the airport. Staff are accommodating and helpful.
If you’re transiting through Tashkent, this is the place to stay. The hotel is very nice, clean, and modern. Most importantly, it’s only a 5–10 minute drive from the airport, which made my transit completely stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone with an early flight!
A chain hotel in Uzbekistan. While being a little bit dated, the rooms are spacious and the AC works well. Good for the price.
It's a functional, no-frills hotel, typical of what you'd find in a county-level city in China. While it's advertised as being close to the airport, a railway actually cuts it off, meaning you have to walk a considerable detour to reach it. The Wi-Fi wasn't working, but as I was only staying for one night, I didn't make a fuss. Additionally, Chinese credit cards weren't easily accepted.
Comparable to a domestic Home Inn Business Hotel. It's close to the airport, making it convenient for transfers, only a five-minute drive. The bathroom was clean and basic, but there was no shower curtain or partition, which meant water splashed everywhere when showering. Breakfast was included, but since I had an early morning flight, they provided a takeaway box with just a juice and two slices of...
Free Wi-Fi, a sauna and an indoor swimming pool are features of this hotel. It is located only 200 metres from Universitet bus stop, which offers connections throughout Tashkent city.
Good Hotel near the center of the city but I faced many issues during my stay. I booked a junior suite for one of the exhibitions I was attending and although the room was exactly as shown in the pictures I found many problems. 1. The room that I was allocated had a problem in the front door locking. Although it would lock but you had to push the frame outside to do so. 2. There was a TV but no Cable...
The hotel was clean, the room was adequate, and the bathroom was small and poorly lit. Of the three reception shifts and two waiter shifts, only one person spoke English. It was fine for one or two nights. The buffet breakfasts were good.
That was awesome, we were in winter, I really loved it, everywhere is clean cosy pleasant, the staff is expreamely polite, and also the pleasant smell in the rooms just it! The breakfast was so good That I gues I will remember it for quite a long time, for breky was everything you want, and of course that is for free! I swear of I get a chance I will go there one more time! But it is little expensive...
Pros of staying here:
Friendly staff
Relatively moderate prices for the place in the city center.
Cons:
Dirt on the water. You can put a clinex on the drainage and in ten minutes it will become brown of color. No wonder bath curtains are brown there.
Poor breakfast, made, i suppose with a dirty water.
I can recommend the hotel for a stay in Tashkent. The hotel is located in a quiet side road close to the centre and less than 10min walk to Minor subway station. The hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained. Rooms are convenient and clean. Breakfast is ok, quite typically for the region. Great to have a sauna and small pool to relax. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.
Everything was great. The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches). The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel.
It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring. The staff speaks fluent English.
Good hotel, helpful guys at the reception.
My mom recently stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very nice, and the staff was amazing. They provided an incredible welcome, meeting her at the airport and helping with her bags. During her stay, the room was cleaned daily, and she enjoyed a nice breakfast and water daily. The host went above and beyond to make her feel welcome in the city. It was great to have air conditioning...
We went to Tashkent on business and chose the hotel based on the advice of our colleagues. It was a great hotel, the receptionists were very helpful, especially Kamil. The breakfasts were also good, though there was room for improvement, but overall they were filling and delicious. The location was perfect for our work.
I don't have a phone to call reception from my room. I came down from the fourth floor to ask about the internet. There's only one bottle of water in the room 😮💨 (are you drinking tea or water?). I don't want to stifle you.)) But the internet isn't working properly.
They said, "We'll call a technician, but we can't promise it will be fixed today."
I wouldn't want to come back here again. No offense...
I'm very happy with my stay. it was very spacious with a high ceiling room , a very big and comfortable bed. The staff very polite and kind, they helped me with my health issue ,as I came sick. Special appreciation to a Manager who was very helpful and professionaly handled my situation! I'm looking forward to stay there in the future.
The location is a little far from the city center, but taxis are cheap so it wasn't a problem.
The room was spacious for the price, very clean, and even included breakfast. The room was cleaned every day, and water was provided daily. Toothbrushes and razors were not provided in the room, but you can get some from the front desk.
I had the pleasure of staying in Abis palace hotel with my team (team Afghanistan) for Iba world championship, the hotel is very clean staff are very friendly and the food is amazing.
Timor is an amazing host with a gigantic heart.
I can recommend this guys more than enough
Thank you for hosting team Afghanistan.
Very clean
Relatives came, and then friends. Relatives themselves are homebodies and the hotel has excellent conditions, to be honest, I initially wanted to settle in some other place (so that the impressions of the city were good), but tired relatives arrived and had to be looked for in haste. Quoting my grandmother: thanks to the staff and the cook - my grandmother is a believer and she liked the treatment...
I had a business trip in Tashkent for three days and stayed at ABIS Palace hotel with my family and starting from the first day ABIS Palace hotel let us know that we are always welcomed guests. Clean, cozy, comfortable with perfect location to medical centres and to the local train station (5 minutes walk) from where you can hit your trip to Samarkand or Bukhara. Thanks to the whole staff.
The location is excellent, with a store nearby where you can grab something for evening tea or a snack. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the Aybek metro station, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The breakfasts are decent, with fruit, Uzbek sweets, and dried fruit.
The downside is the sewer smell in the room, and the sink and shower have a single faucet. I don't know if this...
The location is excellent, close to the airport and station.
There's also a grocery store and ATM nearby that's open late, making it convenient for travelers.
The facilities are old, but they're cleaned thoroughly every day.
The staff were very kind, and even handed mineral water to my Japanese friend who was visiting.
Close to city centre and shopping
I have visited Tashkent with tourism and treatment aim.I Have stayed in Orzu hotel 41 days. The hotels manager Odelshir made discount for me, was very helpful and kind.I felt in this hotel the hospitality of Uzbekistan people. Thanks to Nargis who gave us breakfast every day.She also was kind, greeted and surved the guests with smile face. The breakfast was good. The hotels location is nice.15 minute walking...
Great hotel! I loved how the owner and the manager were so kind and made a good deal for me! The breakfast was fantastic! Really impressed with the food and the choices they had! Would recommend!
The owner was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The chef was amazing and the room was quiet and clean. It was not too big but you can find everything that you need. Definitely would recommend!
The room was nice, the location was great, and it was definitely worth a visit.
The location is excellent. Even though the hotel isn't in the center, it's not a problem at all. There's a taxi and metro nearby, so getting around is easy. The hotel is excellent, and we loved everything. Special thanks to the managers; we had a late checkout. Everything was resolved quickly. A special thank you to the restaurant staff; we were late for breakfast, but the food was excellent, even...
Wonderful new hotel in Tashkent. Great staff, helpful and friendly, very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.
Three star price but 4 stars value. It is clean, like newly built , has all the facilities as stated, lift and nice tower view and sun rise if right room requested. Fantastic and delicious breakfast. Location isn't in the city centre but few supermarkets and play centre are within walking distance and isn't too far from Chorsu market by taxi. One Besh quozon pilaf restaurant is just at the tv tower...
Very quiet and clean! It's a hotel run by Uzbeks, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The hotel manager was very helpful and accommodating; I'm especially grateful!
The receptionist speaks English and doesn't understand much Chinese, but it didn't hinder communication. They have translation software! I stayed for two days and had a good experience!
I must mention: the breakfast was very plentiful
Stayed here for 2 nights and would highly recommend it to anyone! The staff are incredible - always very helpful and will go out of their way to help and give advice. Arrived at 3am from my flight and hadn't warned that I would be a late check in - was greeted by name at the door and quickly checked in. In the morning, had a pleasant breakfast and enjoyed the lovely outdoor area. Staff at reception...
A very nice cozy hotel. Located downtown Tashkent but in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed there for two weeks with my family and two year old son - our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Service at the hotel is perfect. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have a very nice green area next to the pool. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed for a couple of weeks in August when we first arrived in Tashkent. Rooms ok, service ok, Internet works, food nice (good Thai salad) and outside pool area a great place to chill and have a beer.
Top hotel. Modern and cozy rooms with extraordinary bathroom. Friendly staff, good bar and great outdoor pool area. Absolutetly recommended. Thank you
The room facilities were good, but the bathroom ventilation was poor. Even with the fan running, there was still a lingering odor.
The breakfast room's decor was pleasantly surprising, with its simple yet distinctive black and white paintings. I spent a long time admiring it.
Best place in all our trip in Uzbekistan. A great team managing an excellent renovated hotel. Highly recommend the luxurious room with living area. Also the food at the restaurant is very good! You won't fail staying here during your days at Tashkent
I'm going to keep staying there while in Tashkent. It's a good hotel with nice breakfasts though its location is quite far from the center.
The hotel's exterior was decent, and the rooms were generally clean, but there were no slippers, the toilet paper was dirty, and there were flies in the room, so the hygiene wasn't great. The hotel staff were quite friendly, and the breakfast was decent.
Clean, well equipped. But far from the city, but close to some chemical plant, which has a bit of a smell.
The accommodation was very good, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!
Breakfast is tolerable, they don't clean the room, it's very far from the city center.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the food was delicious, the staff cared for the guests, they were kind and friendly, always smiling, and the entire staff was wonderful, from Fadl and Madina to Nadra and everyone else without exception.
I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to the airport since I had a domestic flight the next day. It was fine for just taking a shower and staying the night, and the hotel staff were friendly. I forgot to pick up my accommodation registration form, but after I left the hotel, I requested it via WhatsApp and they sent it to me as a PDF right away, which was a great help. As with other hotels...
Good afternoon. We booked this hotel for two days. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and placed in a room. The rooms are clean. The bed linen is snow-white. The breakfast is delicious. And the price is reasonable. Next time when we come to Tashkent with our family, we will certainly stay at this hotel.
Good location, closer to the airport. Staff was great - one helped me to get a taxi to the airport for an early flight. Thr size of room is decent. My room faces the busy street and the window didn’t close tightly so I could hear the traffic noise.
The receptionists are very welcoming. It is best to go to breakfast quite early because the buffet is not replenished. The rooms are simple; we were surprised by the lamp above the bed (1.2 m diameter lamp which is phosphorescent and does not turn off). This is very annoying for people who like to sleep in the dark. The nearest metro station is Novza station: it is a 20 to 25 minute walk from the hotel...
WE SPENT A MONTH AT THIS HOTEL. BEAUTIFUL, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, GOOD LOCATION. THE STAFF , ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. 150% RECOMMENDED.
Room was fine, however it takes some 10-15 minutes by taxi to get to the city center.
Familiar behaviors my friends are there. Miss you all everyone for you kind respect and care . Hope i will come there soon 😍😍😍🥹 missing you all too much
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay. In a beautiful location not far from Tashkent international airport and also near to famous tourist places of Tashkent magic city . A very friendly family run hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast ! Highly recommend for groups and families looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Thank you so much for having us KARAMAN family , we'll be back
This hotel is very good and peaceful environment. When you plan to visit Uzbekistan u have to choose Karaman hotel.
The hotel is too good more then my aspection before i came here , the hospitality of the hotel members are outstanding . If anyboby arrive ubez please visit karaman hotel before leave , in upcoming days theese hotel gonna be a top of ubez ,
Thankyou karaman hotel and my friend a manager of this hotel mr. Shorukhx
Karaman is better than others budget hotel in Tashkent city. The hotel manger shohruh is very good & honestly guy. At that my view this hotel is best for slow traveller.
Everything was fine, the location, the room, and the cleanliness. The only thing was breakfast. We arrived at 9:30, since on vacation you don’t want to get up so early. There was already little food, apparently they weren’t fussing towards the end.
The Rekaz Khan Hotel was my first stop in Uzbekistan, and I stayed there for several days. I had a very pleasant experience. I was delighted to see Beijing time at the front desk. Thank you to the handsome young men at the front desk for their friendly hospitality! (Especially the one named Timur, whose English was excellent!) The Rekaz Khan Hotel has a great location, convenient for taxis and buses...
Although we have stayed here on two previous occasions, after our last visit, we will not stay here again, and we will not use Reikartz hotels. They do not honour longstanding bookings and will move guests to sister hotels in less convenient locations without notice. You can do better than book here. Uzbekistan is a great and hospitable country and Tashkent have .any great hotels. We hope to return

Perfect location to be in Tashkent for a few days, because it located center of the city, on a quiet street; spacious, quiet, cozy, clean rooms and it is comfortable to sleep. Buffet breakfast with lot of choice. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
Overall, this is a decent hotel for a short stay – our four-night stay left a pleasant impression. The hotel is in a great location – a bus stop is nearby, and the metro is no more than a 15-minute walk away. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and they diligently carry out their duties. The room is clean and serviced daily. It has everything you need: wardrobes, tea and coffee making facilities...
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — it felt like home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, peace, and...
The Staff in receptionist Abduloh was super friendly even they were sold out of standard room and Agoda didn't lete know about it, he not make me go cancel my booking and go different hotel and it would of been a bit of hassle to go find different places he upgraded me to lux room free of charge which is very generous from his side very friendly staff helped me allot and asked if I need anything else...
This hotel has potential but needs big improvements! Breakfast lounge and breakfast near to poor and terrible. The whole breakfast situation can be improved exponentially. The staff at the reception, the ones who could speak English were super welcoming and super nice. Definitely a great point for that. The rooms were not bad at all but bathrooms need renewal and better showers.
I stayed here one night, and it was a great hotel. I don’t understand the bad reviews because all of the staff members were very kind and friendly! They all spoke at least a little bit of English, and one even had a conversation with me whole I was getting checked in. The hotel is very clean and the rooms seem new as well. I also thought the bed was comfortable, and I fell right asleep. I would stay...
The best thing about my stay here was the help I recieved from Ibodilloh, the guy at reception. When I arrived I was flustered and needed to pay with a combination of currencies. He made that happen smoothly. Then I needed a cab at midnight for an early am flight. He coordinated that and had the cab roll up, right on time.
High 5 to Ibodilloh.
In my room the shower had plenty of water flow and hot...
Nice, quiet hotel. Children's mattress, but I like those. The water in the toilet cistern was a bit noisy, but maybe only in my room. Breakfasts did not seem particularly fresh, fruits and vegetables were a little stale, but overall you can eat something
The place for staying in Tashkent. The most kind people here. The landlord the most kind person and told us everything about Tashkent😍
This hotel is clean and nice! The stuff is friendly as well! Would recommend to anyone !
An exceptional hotel experience. The level of hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort was top-notch. The staff’s professionalism and attention to guest satisfaction truly stand out. A perfect place to relax and enjoy quality service. I would gladly return.
Clean and comfortable, they cook wonderfully, and most importantly, the price is reasonable than in other hotels in Tashkent, I definitely recommend
Hotel near Tashkent South Station.
I was planning to move from Tashkent soon, so it was easy to move, and I was looking for an economy hotel instead of a guesthouse or hostel, and this was the inn that met the conditions.
It's a very clean and comfortable inn, but I can't deny that the whole hotel is a little old, with a Tashkent-like interior decoration that feels like the former Soviet Union.
Perhaps...
Very cozy family hotel. Hospitable hosts. Delicious, homemade, hearty breakfast. Sweets, fruits, which conveys the national flavor. May success and prosperity accompany you.
It’s a very conveniently located hotel, and you actually get what you paid for. The staff are very helpful. Since it was so cheap I really did not have much expectation and I did not sleep at the place as I had a flight in on the same day.
The hotel people are kind and supportive, food is tasty; it is our fourth stay in this hotel.
Everything was perfect. The pool was clean and very suitable for children. The rooms are very clean. They bring new water, tea and coffee every morning. The cuisine is mostly Chinese (we loved it)
Thank you so much ❤️
Clean hotel and friendly receptionists and waiters. Breakfast are good and variety of choices. Unfortunately only room wifi are working and not in restaurant and kitchen. There is no balcony for twin bed as stated in the trip.com amenities.

The hotel is near to the airport. I arrived late at night and requested a Yandex to the hotel. Great hotel with Uzbek breakfast. Just enough!
Many thanks to the hotel staff for checking in during a controversial situation!
The location is excellent, many attractions were reached on foot, the metro is 15-20 minutes walk
Breakfast buffet
booked another night at the Garden hotel. thought about trying another hotel in the area but why change when it works. Only thing to metion is that they didnt make up the room for the extra night. But not something that ruins the stay.

Location - OK: 1 km walk to the metro. Quiet area. Room - everything is good. Breakfast is also not rich, but there is something to choose from, also OK. But! On the -1 floor there are washing machines that hum until about 2 am, or something else hums disgustingly. And if your room is on the 1st floor - you can't sleep normally until 2 am. I think if I came up and asked to change the room - they would...
The room is OK, but the hotel interior layout is average
Similar to a family hotel
Breakfast is not good
Good place, nice clean room and too much quiet peaceful place
