Nice clean rooms, quite warm in the middle of the winter, although fairly small. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is in the center of the "inner city", therefore you can reach every monument within minutes on foot. Service is good. There is a nice terrace which looks over the town. Good breakfast. Reception is open 24/7.

good location near North gate which is easily access. Room is very comforatble and everything is there.

Although it was a little far from the tourist center, the host was kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The room was clean and warm, and the breakfast was good. Gave me sour milk but quickly replaced it with new one. The boss is very enthusiastic and the restaurant he recommended is also delicious!

Well-located, quiet hotel, with a rooftop terrace that deserves to be a little more furnished and cozy. Decent breakfast. Very friendly and attentive owner. But, big downside, an ultra-hard bed, like a board and very high pillows. In short, it's uncomfortable. It's a shame.

The hotel is new, so the beds and facilities are excellent. The staff are very welcoming, even though they don't speak English fluently. The hotel is very well located, in the central area of Khiva. The breakfast (traditional Uzbek) is excellent and plentiful. The room is quiet and the air conditioning is also quiet.

Great hotel just after renovation. Very good location. Clean and tidy. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Very good coffee from an espresso machine - something unique in Uzbekistan.
