This place is amazing, the room are comfy and with AC. The upper room even has access to the balcony with a spectacular view on the city walls. The breakfast is included and very tasty. It’s possible to make a laundry (for 5 $…). We can communicate with the staff via WhatsApp. The only issue is the peacock singing early in the morning.

It's close to the south gate of Ichankara, so it's a good location for sightseeing. The breakfast was filling and satisfying. There are peacocks, so those who are sensitive may find their cries annoying.

If I could, I would give 10 starts to this clean, well manged and lovely guest house. Apart from the organized management, the vibe is so peaceful, although it's hosting many backpackers. In just 3 minutes walking distance from old Khiva, you can access this historical.sotes without a hassle. Moreover, I loved the breakfast in a common dining area set in a traditional way. Also, our room that had a private bathroom was so clean and equipped with AC.

Conveniently located near the railway station and major attractions like Ichan Qala, it offered spotless rooms, a delightful kitchen facility, and delicious breakfasts. But the highlight was the hosts - incredibly friendly, helpful, and fluent in English. They treated me like family, making my stay feel personal and comfortable. Whether you're traveling solo or with a group, Deshom Kala Guest House is an excellent choice, offering both private rooms and hostel options. Highly recommended!

A great value hostel located right by South gate. Even though it is outside of old city, it is so close that it doesn't matter. In the off season, there was no one checking for tickets at the gate, so you are free to enter and exit as you please.

Breakfast is included, and the rooms are clean. They also provide towels which is always a plus. Staff is friendly, speak great English, and keen to hang out and share their culture.

Great guesthouse! The owners were very friendly and let us check in early. The breakfast was tasty and filling! The guesthouse is located right next to the south gate so it's very easy to walk to all the main sights in the walled city. I'd definitely stay here again!
