B Stay Hotel in Phu Quoc Island

We arrived on December 31st and were all booked into this section. The location is not particularly good, so you don't need to choose the center. The hostess was very responsive and did everything we asked. The linens were clean and white, and I didn't see any cockroaches. I wish the hostess prosperity and that she cleans up the area! There were Europeans there, and more than one couple. If you're just sleeping there, you can choose. If you have children or are very picky, you need to be more careful. The room was clean.

The rooms smelled musty, the TVs didn't work, and the Wi-Fi barely reached our room. Initially, we were put in a very dark room with literally one lightbulb out. The sink was leaking, and the toilet didn't flush. The button was sticking and the water was constantly running, making the room very humid. We were offered a room with a broken lock, then offered a room at no extra charge, but it needed cleaning. They said everything would be ready by evening and we could move in. When it was time to move, the receptionist informed us that the owner hadn't approved the free move and we'd have to pay extra. We ended up staying one night for an extra charge and then moved out. Before that, we contacted customer support about a refund. The refund was approved, but not immediately.

The receptionists were nice Vietnamese ladies and tried to resolve the issues. However, all decisions at the hotel are made by the owner, who couldn't care less about the guests.
The hotel is generally clean, but everything is very old and out of order. The bed linens are all synthetic, which isn't very pleasant to sleep under because everything sweats.
