The staff are wonderful and looked after us very well! Great food and pool area
We stayed as a family for 10 nights. The room was cleaned every day in the morning between 9-11am, which was great. The breakfast was great. We tended to eat the eggs, Pho soup and fruits each morning. We did not use the laundry service from the hotel but walked down the street to use the laundry service. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Delightful hotel in a quiet lane but only a few minutes walk to the main Street with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were large and clean, we stayed in a bungalow overlooking the lovely pool. The staff were friendly and helpful you were made to feel like one of the family, a special thank you to the girl on reception who was always smiling and turned her hand to everything from cooking eggs to carrying...
It's located on the second line, within walking distance of the sea (10 minutes) and the night market (20 minutes). The street is lined with massage parlors, a laundromat, and cafes. The hotel itself offers a good breakfast and a pool. Everything is basic but adequate. There's a hostel across the street from the hotel, and noise and din can be heard late into the night, but the hotel's double-glazed...
A little disappointed with the overall standard of amenities; the rooms are seriously in need of a refresh. While the staff were friendly, that alone isn't enough to justify a three-star rating. On the positive side, the location is good, right in the tourist district, and there's a plethora of dining options.
We stayed at the hotel for one night before departure. The room is clean, there are cosmetics. A very noisy refrigerator and outside air conditioning.

Beautiful resort. Staff was always so kind and ready to help. Clean rooms. Resort is close to many great restaurants in a prime location. Will definitely be returning to this resort. Best place to watch the sunset.
Great location, nice staff beach massage were fantastic. Room is very clean. Service is great. Will be back again.
The place is very convenient as it is very near the beach(300 meters away). The location is very near to the night market. Around the hotel are also many eateries and spa wellness centre. The breakfast can be improved with more choices and variety. The room may need to do a major revamp or renovation as some areas are quite rundown or old. Overall is a good experience to stay there.
Better than expected! Friendly staff. Quiet, beautiful environment. Great pool and beach! Fantastic rooms
Perfect location with near by restaurant and food availability hotel have gym, pool room, swimming pool with beach access staff are friendly and helpful I rent scooter for 150,000 Vnd and if you need to travel around 80Km so 50,000 Vnd is enough for petrol overall amazing place touch my heart next time sure I will come
it was a perfect stay. beautiful facility, beach with enough space, nice pool, good breakfast, and location close to dozens of restaurants. We we happy and would come back.

We had a wonderful morning at Sun World. We started our journey at the Hon Thom Cable Car Terminal, which was modern, clean, and efficiently managed. The terminal had comfortable waiting areas and offered stunning ocean views. The ticket included a complimentary beer, and the service staff at the restaurant and throughout the park were courteous and helpful. The washrooms were clean and well-maintained...
Visited Sun World Hon Thom Nature Park and overall it’s a solid half-day experience. The cable car is the highlight — stunning aerial views and a smooth 15–20 minute ride each way. Definitely worth doing at least once. Aquatopia Water Park is clean and fun, especially for families and kids, though not world-class if you’ve visited major international water parks. Food inside is average and slightly...
The Hon Thom Departure Terminal at Sun World Hon Thom Nature Park is an impressive gateway to one of Phú Quốc’s most iconic attractions. The terminal itself is clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. Despite the large number of visitors, the service remains smooth and efficient, ensuring that the experience is stress-free and well-organized. Stepping...
We spent a delightful afternoon at the Hon Thom Cable Car Terminal and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. We made the mistake of including this place in our island hopping tours whereas I feel it should be a full day spent here tour. The terminal is modern, clean, and efficiently run, offering comfortable waiting areas and great ocean views. The lunch buffet at Mango is mind boggling. They have...
Riding the Hon Thom Cable Car feels less like transportation and more like a quiet flight above paradise. The view is unreal — emerald sea below, scattered islands glowing under the sun, and fishing boats that look like tiny dots moving slowly through the blue. It’s the kind of sight that makes you forget to pull out your phone. The cabins are modern, smooth, and surprisingly quiet. You can feel the...
This resort has two sections , an old Antique Village Suite section and a Basic no nonsense no frills section which is great as a getaway on a sandy beach and next to the beautiful deep blue sea. Rooms are clean, staff generally are friendly with good English. There are two very mundane swimming pools and not much else except for the beach The lobby is an old temple, however this is the only artifact...

I switched to this resort from another hotel and quite very satisfied with this place. The staff is very friendly, dedicated and supportive. The breakfast is very tasty, especially fried rice. Just it is a bit far from the center but it does not bother me much. The furniture is just fine. Bed is hard a bit, pillow is too low. Overall, its very nice place to spend time with friends and family.
This is a very good property located 15-20 mins drive from Airport. The location is quite & peaceful & ever so slightly away from the hustle bustle of main area. The staff is extremely polite & helpful. You can reach anywhere from the property by using Grab, the cabs usually come within 3-4 mins. We had our return flight at 7am in the morning & the staff offered us to pack our breakfast at 4:3...
We stayed at Santa Garden Resort during our Vietnam trip, and it was by far our favorite place. The garden is beautiful and well cared for, and the small bungalows are set in a peaceful, green environment. The pool is large and clean, and our room was nice with a big bathroom. Santa Garden Resort is simply amazing! The rooms are spotless and cleaned every single day — everything feels fresh and well taken care of. I really liked it, the room was clean, and the service was friendly. The bus stop is 500 meters away from the resort. The swimming pool is suitable for adults, but the water caused an allergic reaction on my child’s skin, so we didn't let them swim. Everything else was great.
I sat on the reclining chair at the door and didn't want to get up. It was so comfortable facing the swimming pool. Just staring blankly was enough. All the guests were foreigners and Koreans. The breakfast was very good and you could prepare your own dishes.

Phu Quoc Island, V07–SV06, Sonasea Villas & Resort Complex 2, Duong Bao Hamlet,Duong To Commune 🧭 Map
This room type was advertised as a standalone villa, but it's incredibly small! Four people couldn't even turn around in the living room. I've never written a bad review before, but I really have to complain about this. The resort environment is decent, and the house seems newly built, as there was a strong formaldehyde smell. All in all, the room is just too small.
Great location, next to beach, easy 20 minutes grab ride to Sunset Town. 1 bedroom villa extremely spacious. 10 minutes fromm Airport
The hotel is generally clean, but one of our kids developed a rash after sleeping on one of the beds, leading us to suspect bed bugs. Fortunately, our butler, Henry, responded promptly and arranged for the bed to be cleaned. Despite the name "Andochine Villas Resort and Spa," we were surprised to find no on-site spa services available. That said, nearby massage parlors are just a convenient 5-10 minute...
There were so many positive comments about their kindness, and I genuinely felt like all the friendliest people in Vietnam must work at An Do Chin! Everyone was incredibly kind and always eager to help. Our room was excellent and spotlessly clean! Marble floors can easily show dust even after cleaning, but there wasn't a single speck, and we didn't spot any bugs. Perhaps because we were just one family...
The staff were all incredibly friendly, and our butler was exceptionally attentive and helpful with every request, from buggy arrangements to restaurant recommendations. A cozy hotel with a good location - the beach is three minutes from the Coco Palm hotel or you can walk to the beach from Mango Bay, where we swam. Upon arrival we were given the wrong rooms. We had to spend one night in a room without windows with a loudly rattling compressor behind the wall. Pros of the hotel: good tasty breakfasts, nice pool, close location...
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We liked everything, the room, the delicious, hearty breakfasts, the pool where you can splash in the evening, the location. Is a great place to unwind — peaceful, clean, and with a really nice, relaxing atmosphere. It feels well kept and calm, perfect if you want a quiet beach stay. The only downside is the location: there isn’t much around nearby, so if you want restaurants or more things to do, you’ll usually need to take a taxi or rent a motorbike.
Beautiful location and a very grounding atmosphere. I stayed five nights in a waterfront bungalow and loved the natural surroundings, the peaceful beach, and the raw wooden architecture. A decent budget hotel with a great location. There's a bus stop right outside, offering free rides around the city and to the airport. King Kong supermarket is nearby, and the night market isn't far either. The room was quite clean, and towels were changed daily. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive and didn't offer much variety, but we never went hungry.
Good hotel. Everything you need is nearby. The rooms are clean and new.
Location was great. Everything needed was within walking distance. Centrally located to be able to go see the main sites without having to be from one end to the other.
The hotel is new and in a good location.
The price/quality ratio is 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is excellent. We stayed in different parts of the island and still came back here.

We spent the second part of our vacation in a different room. Of course, from my perspective, the hotel has some drawbacks. First and foremost, its distance from places to eat and shops. The lock in our room wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately upon our first request. Housekeeping...

The breakfasts are the best on the island (we stayed at 5 hotels in different areas). You order from a menu, and...
Despite the mosquitoes, the hotel's ambiance was fantastic, offering a unique, 'back-to-nature' feel, almost like a primitive retreat. We had breakfast with stunning sea views, and the coffee was exceptionally rich and delicious!

What I liked was the very picturesque grounds and a good breakfast. The downsides were the hotel's location; it's far from the road where the bus runs, and it's in a private sector with dogs. It's perfect if you want to get away a bit from the noise, quiet hotel with decent breakfast, perfect for a family or couple, some restaurants are still walking distance
I liked the location, surrounded by jungle. The hotel itself is cute. Breakfasts are standard, but the beach is very far, so you definitely need to rent a scooter.
An excellent place that makes you want to return! The first impression of a country is always the most important, and this hotel did not disappoint us. We were greeted by a friendly administrator at the cozy reception. After checking in, we exchanged contacts and WhatsApp info, and he then escorted us to our bungalow. The grounds are beautiful, like our own little piece of jungle. There's a lot of...
We decided to visit Phu Quoc. I decided to stay a little further out from the busy downtown area. After reading a few reviews for this location, I booked 3 nights at the resort. We arrived a few hours early. The resort manager (Huu Anh) greeted us at the front desk with a friendly smile. He quickly checked us in without any problem. He upgraded us to a pool side room with no additional charge...
What can we say about Bambusa.... it was a big part of the joy that we had in Phu Quoc. Location seems distant, but it's actually very good. It's away from noise and busy roads, has a wonderful restaurant terrace and swimming pool. The breakfast was great, room very spacious too (photo is of the swimming pool and restaurant/bar terrace from our room). I've seen other reviews indicating that the hotel...
The vibes at Bambusa Resort were incredibly chill and the service very helpful. The resort was quiet and off the beaten path, away from some of the louder tycoon resorts, which was a huge plus for us. It’s located not far from the ocean, however still a little trek if you’re looking for beach front. That being said it is peaceful due to its location further afield yet still close to many places to...

This was such a fantastic stay! Both our rooms were clean and comfortable (we upgraded to a bungalow which was so worth it!) The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was yummy and fresh every morning. We ate there most of the time as the food and drinks at their restaurant are so good and the view is amazing. The private beach was always clean and relaxing on the loungers...
This is not a place designed to impress at first glance. Its true value only reveals itself after you've spent some time here. The journey in is deliberately slow. You first encounter a small courtyard — not huge, but large enough to create a distinct boundary. The outside world is muted here; sounds, pace, and emotions are all filtered. Push open the door, and you're in the living room. Leather...
The hotel's location is great, right by the main road. You can easily catch the Vinbus, and it's a short walk to King Kong Supermarket and various lively snack stalls. The paddleboarding at the hotel is excellent value for money, costing about 22 RMB for an hour. The beach is also a nice spot to relax. Service was just okay; only two bottles of water were provided per room. Breakfast was decent...
Great Services, nice breakfast, thank you.
The room has a small balcony next to the pool with a direct sea view. The overall facilities in the resort are excellent, and you can enjoy dinner right on the beach. Plus, there's a popular bar right next door.
Great convenient location, very decent breakfasts, excellent coffee, helpful staff. Drawbacks- no room for drying clothes (swimsuits in particular) if you have a room, not a bungalow and only one person could understand and speak English in the restaurant.
