Phu Quoc Island, 127D, Tran Hung Dao St. 🧭 Map
After reading the positive reviews, we decided to stay for a few nights. The location is excellent – there are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby, but that's probably where the positives end. We were met by a not-so-friendly girl at the reception, although check-in was quick. Our room was on the 3rd floor. If you don't look too closely, it's a perfectly bearable room. But on closer inspection...
I thought cleaning the room included changing the sheets at least once every 3 days, but it turns out it didn't. The sheets weren't changed once during my 6-night stay; they just neatly made the bed. But I was so tired returning each day that I didn't have the energy to complain. The people at the reception desk are very responsive and helpful. The pool is excellent, especially for a night swim with...
This hotel is centrally located in Phu Quoc, making it a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, spas, and even a King Kong Mart nearby, so you'll have lots to do. The room was clean, and the bed sheets were spotless. My only minor complaint is that there's no door between the shower and the toilet, so the floor tends to get quite wet.
This hotel was a half-day stopover for me as I had a late flight back to Korea. I was very satisfied with its high value for money and the availability of a swimming pool. Plus, its proximity to downtown attractions like King Kong Mart was a huge bonus.
The room itself is decent, but it's incredibly noisy. You can hear everything – the neighbors, the street... it's really hard to get a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, this definitely isn't the place for you.
The hotel service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you need to book water park tickets, you can ask the staff for assistance, saving you the hassle of queuing. The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with clean, tidy, and well-equipped rooms. The only minor drawback is that the pool is located on the rooftop of a separate building, which...

Its close to the beach and the rooms are clean spacious. There's a fan and AC that worked well. It's a bit dated but was sufficient for sleeping after a long day of sightseeing. You have to go up down a narrow and steep hill to get to it
My wife and I stayed here for a couple days and overall the experience was wonderful. The staff are very sweet and personable if you take a moment to stop and chat. Particularly, we made friends with the woman at the front desk who was very helpful and nice to us. The location itself is good. It’s close to a lot of things on the island, and of course it’s right on beach which is the main selling...
I had a great experience, the room was very clean, airy, the staff was very enthusiastic and friendly . Very good breakfast and amazing beach
The hotel is old. Rats run around in the attic all night. The beach is no good. The sun loungers are old and broken. Breakfast: egg, bun, three cucumber slices, half a cup of instant coffee 3 in 1, a slice of watermelon. Towels are changed every day.
A small budget hotel on the first line. Cozy and quiet, a lot of cafes, shops and a supermarket King Kong nearby. Spacious rooms, the room has everything you need: air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, hot water. Breakfasts are a la carte, if you need a buffet and variety for breakfast, then this is not the hotel for you. Private beach with sun loungers, sun loungers and umbrellas. The...
I can’t recommend this place enough. Very good value. Right on the beach. The bungalow rooms are large and well appointed with balconies overlooking the lush well maintained absolutely beautiful gardens. The restaurant is right over the water with fabulous sunset views. Extensive well priced menu.

It was a great experience to stay here. the staffs so friendly and very helpful. I like the vibe there, quiet and old fashion of building full with the plants.
New but nice hotel for those who like old fashions like it’s name Hoi an . Not luxurious but basis and clean room. Feel comfortable during stay. It is located a bit inside far from the main road. But can find many good restaurants and coffee shops with 15-20 minutes walk
Super cool place, we wished we could have stayed longer but unfortunately, there were no more available dates. The direct access to the pool was especially great, and having YouTube on the TV was a nice touch! 🇻🇳❤️
Came here for the year-end, and it's clean with a reasonable price. The staff are friendly.

Great location, good value for money for a half-day stay. It was good for a family trip since we were out and about spending money anyway.
This accommodation is in a great location. Nearby, King Kong Mart is within walking distance, which is a huge plus. However, the facilities aren't that great.
There is a good rice noodle shop across the road from the hotel, a good coffee shop in the opposite direction, a massage parlor nearby, and close to King Kong market! Breakfast time 7:00-10:00, our group of three people 9:30 to have collected everything, it seems that there is no food, but the chef immediately cooked three breakfasts for us, here is very praise! If you are thinking of staying for a...
Located in a bustling area of Phu Quoc Island, yet tucked away in an alley, it makes everything convenient and wonderful. Living functions are convenient, yet there's no noise. The rooftop swimming pool is also wonderful, and breakfast is included. It's a great place at a reasonable and value-for-money price.
The facilities are good and the location is good. It's just that I was not familiar with the road at the beginning and it was easy to go to the wrong place. But the breakfast + room + scenery are all very good. I hope it will be better next time.
Good for the money. Pool is very small that we didn’t enjoy. Good for just a short stay.

It's not as fancy as the pictures suggest, but the staff are friendly. It's a bit pricey for 60,000 won though.
Everything was wonderful, just like home! It's surrounded by lush greenery, and the pool is fantastic. We rarely went for breakfast. Prices everywhere are affordable. Everything you need is right at hand.
The grounds are very lush, a little off the main road. The breakfasts are terrible: you get one dish and one drink, but besides scrambled eggs, there's not much else to choose from. It's instant 3-in-1 coffee, tea bags, and juice that's mostly ice and water with a tiny bit of orange flavoring. The pool is clean, but everything else is run-down. Everything worked, and there was hot water. Housekeeping...
The hotel is quite old and doesn't quite live up to its advertised 3 stars. The breakfasts weren't tasty; we went twice and then either cooked for ourselves or ate out at a cafe. On the positive side, it's in a good location – shops, cafes, and a bus stop are all nearby. There's a pool, towels are changed daily, and there's a shared kitchen where people cook. Our room was large, with two bedrooms,...
The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from King Kong. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the breakfast... You only get to choose one dish and one drink from the menu, which is pretty ridiculous, especially for men. My husband and I had to go find more food an hour later.
An inexpensive, very green hotel with polite and friendly staff. The breakfasts are modest but tasty. The furniture and rooms are a bit worn and in need of renovation. The pool is decent. Overall, I recommend it.

Good value, clean, and convenient location.
A quiet place to relax. There's a nice beach and pool nearby. There are cafes, shops, and a night market nearby. The hot water comes in waves, sometimes boiling, sometimes cold. Cleanliness, as elsewhere in Asia, is highly questionable.
It was ok. Cleanliness was acceptable and WiFi was very clean. The extra bed they have me was weird but I was only one person so I slept fine on the king bed. Room is very typical for SE Asia.
First, the cons. The hotel photos on the website are years out of date; the place now looks abandoned and dismal. Perhaps it was a good hotel once upon a time. If the owners had maintained it in a functional, clean state, it might have kept its standards. But now it looks like an old, derelict building. The sole receptionist (who doesn't speak English!!!) is rarely at their post, more often found sleeping...
Pros: Great location, within walking distance to the beach. There's a night market right outside the hotel. It's a 10-minute drive to the airport. The view from the window is beautiful (if not facing the market). The price is also decent. Cons: The hotel is quite old. While the furniture is sturdy, some pieces need replacement or serious repair. The entrance door doesn't close properly and requires...
Overall a good hotel, but the bed linen is rarely changed. Nearby is the night market, King Kong and everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are also buses for convenience. The staff is always on site.

A great hotel in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the main market and on a street surrounded by nice local restaurants. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was nice and simple. Only downside is the traffic noise, but that is pretty standard in a hotel in this area. Would stay again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Such an amazing boutique hotel in Duong Dong, located within walking distance to the night market. The approach or entry itself is already elevated with set in for landscaping to invite and draw one in, in contrast with the harsh concrete built up streetscape. It is even more ethereal at night with mood lighting. At check in, the staff were friendly and helpful. They also have counters for booking...

Wonderfull place for long term accomodation. Has a lovely pool and great rooms with a/c, fridge and a modern bathroom. The property borders the forest and has a beautiful garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Super friendly and welcoming hosts, close to restaurants, bars and the beach but up a quiet lane so very peaceful at night. Pristine garden and lovely wee pool. Would highly recommend.
This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our whole trip. Driving up to it we were a little concerned that it was too far from the beach. But I’m actuality it was barely a five minute walk to the beach, so totally fine! The owner was very accommodating and kind. On our last day we needed to wait a while in the lobby for our driver to come, and while we did so we drank a few of the cold beers they...
This place is up a small hill in a quiet part of Duong Dong (no karaoke!) but only a few minutes walk to restaurants and nightlife. Had 10 nights here. Family run business. Small hotel with approx 20 rooms. Spacious and clean, very comfy bed. Small pool. Staff very helpful and hard working. Great views from balcony from the upstairs rooms.

At first, I couldn't find the hotel, as it's actually signposted on the road under the name Le Garden Resort. The old sign for Countryside is on the left side of the driveway, looking rather dilapidated. My first impression was already pretty bad... Nice hotel, stayed for a night)) The beds are luxurious and new) Clean and cozy
The hosts are great, welcoming, and quick to resolve any issues! The breakfasts aren't great, but you won't go hungry—eggs, bread, corn, potatoes, and pasta. It's okay for the price! The kids swam in the pool until late, and no one chased them away.
Pros: The location is excellent. It’s close to all key amenities such as beach line, supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus station, yet still pleasantly tucked away in the shade of lush greenery. The blue pools surrounded by palms, banana trees, and dense foliage create a serene atmosphere, and the cozy houses are well equipped. The staff is extremely attentive, speaks good English, and responds quickly...
This place (M Village Tropical) is something hard to recommend. We stayed only one night but it was the worst. All the more we stayed 6 nights before in the resort next M Village Exotic which was perfectly amazing stay (we were staying in the island 7 nights but M Village Exotic was sold out for the 7th night, so we booked one night in M Village Tropical). I spent around two weeks in a village during my stay in Phu Quoc, and overall, it was a nice experience. The cleanliness, environment and breakfast were excellent. However, when we checked out of the resort, some staff members treated us badly. They charged us additional money for items we did not use. I suggest that if you stay there, you should return the room during the day shift.
It's a budget hotel, so we didn't have high expectations. The plumbing was old, the water pressure was weak, and there was no hot water periodically. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and throughout the hotel grounds, but no mosquito repellent was provided. Ants and lizards crawled into the room. The ceiling was covered in spiders, and we found a centipede on the floor (pictured). But the...

I had a really good stay at Brenta Hotel Phu Quoc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was peaceful but still close to the beach, which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was nice and lot of options. The whole place felt well maintained. A slightly old wooden finish. Overall, it was a good value hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at Brenta Phu Quoc Hotel! 🌴 The room was spotless and well-maintained — the housekeeping team ensured it stayed perfectly clean every single day. Although the AC had a minor issue initially, it was manageable and didn’t affect our comfort. The breakfast spread was absolutely top-class — delicious, fresh, and something we looked forward to every morning! What truly made our...
Really nice hotel. Got a family room with seaside view and two balconies 😍 Location is great. Plenty restaurants around and the massive shopping center King mart. The Rabbit hole, an Irish bar within 100m serves great Irish dishes if you ever tire from the vietnamese cuisine! Brenta poolside is also very nice.
Proximity to the beach is great, just a minutes walk. And several restaurants nearby. Room cleaning could use some help, housekeeping not great at removing the dust. The room itself is fine with blackout curtains, comfortable bed , cold AC and plenty of hot water. The only downside were the unattended children at the pool. It would be great if management would enforce the pool rules. Other than that...
Friendly and helpful staff. They had a nice scooter available for me when I needed it and got good prices for me on the cable car. It's a good location, close to (not on) the beach but with many good restaurants and clubs nearby. They have a really nice pool and good gym. Note that the restaurant was not available during covid. Overall a great place.
The room is basic and clean. The hotel is not near the beach. Perhaps about 300m to the beach. There are other hotels or buildings blocking the sea view. But our room had sea view because we were on the highest floor. Breakfast was lean but just nice for the price perhaps. Swimming pool and lift facility available. Friendly people . We enjoyed our stay.

A place worth recommending. Breakfast was a bit average, and the cottages were a bit dated, but it's right on the beach, and the service was friendly. I recommend it. I'll definitely be back :)
Rustic spacious rooms with huge balcony in garden settings. I loved the night sounds of rain and insects chirping. Very good place for very reasonable price.
For those who need a house by the sea and quiet. The price/quality is good. Bar on the terrace by the sea. I liked the view. You won't be able to swim here. The bottom is in rocks.
We stayed in a bungalow, and overall, it was fine. However, the bungalows could definitely use some refreshing. This wasn’t the main issue, though. The biggest problem is the road leading to the hotel. There isn’t a single light along the way, which makes it genuinely dangerous—you could easily twist your ankle or fall. Of course, using a phone light works, and that’s what we did, but adding a couple...
Amazing location just on the beach. We booked a Beachfront bungalow. It's the best choice in this resort. Room amenities are not enough. They do not provide toiletries. They do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc. so you must carry your own toiletries. The property is old and not maintained well. The owner may be a miser person or he does not have enough money to renovate his property. The location...

The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is very old. Really old. Instead of a window, there was a view of a brick wall. It was practically no window. It was too noisy in the morning. I don't recommend this hotel. You can get a better one for the money.
The location is great, in Yangdong Township. From the airport, take Route 17 and walk for about 5 minutes to the hotel. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and is not far from either the north or south. There is the Yangdong Night Market nearby, which is lively but doesn't disturb the hotel. The hotel is very quiet.
I just stayed in this hotel for one night in transit. There are no facilities and facilities. You are very close. At this price, you can't ask for too much. Yangdong Night Market is average, so you won’t feel a loss if you don’t go there.

Stayed here for 4 nights in early January despite a really barren Air Bnb description. The location might be the best feature. The service is great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is ok, 200m away from the ocean. The only thing they need to improve is improving their facilities, especially inside the bathroom.
Lovely spacious room in very well kept surroundings. The wood is warm and inviting. The only complaint is the bed is a little hard for my taste but I did sleep well. Service was wonderful and staff very accommodating and friendly. On my next trip to Phu Quoc this is where I'm staying
We actually booked another accommodation for our trip but that place had problem with the booking agent and did not welcome us, finally the booking agent moved us to Old Town Resort.
