Great hotel, perfect location staff are unbelievable helpful. I didn't get the older mans name at the pool but he is the best! He kept a bed free for us every day. We stayed at the garden bungalow and could do with a lick of paint but that's nothing major. The beds are hard as a rock compared to where weve all been traveling around Veitnam.

The property is right beside the sea with a decent swimming pool. There are various categories of rooms including sea view rooms which are bang on the sea shore. The place has a great ambience. Wonderful to sit by the beach in the evening or late night to spend time in solitude. The breakfast buffet is not that great though (For Indian food). The spread is ditto 😅 everyday.

I stayed in the beach front hotel and absolutely loved the location, right on the beach and next to awesome beach bars and clubs. I had a really good stay at Brenta Hotel Phu Quoc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. Friendly and helpful staff. They had a nice scooter available for me when I needed it and got good prices for me on the cable car. It's a good location, close to (not on) the beach but with many good restaurants and clubs nearby. They have a really nice pool and good gym. Note that the restaurant was not available during covid. Very nice hotel. Super clean and quiet at night. I felt so relaxed! It's ideal place if you live and work in a big city. We actually booked another accommodation for our trip but that place had problem with the booking agent and did not welcome us, finally the booking agent moved us to Old Town Resort. The design is really great, woody and classic. There is a large swimming pool with sunbathe chair, good breakfast (the coffee is highly recommended), closed to a public beach that is quiet and has nice view.

Staff are so helpful with booking trips and helping you find your way around and when it rained they even gave me a rain jacket and hat! So sweet! The hotel was taken over, so I had a hard time confirming my reservation. There were bugs, there was no hot water, and when I pulled out the key, the power went out, so the refrigerator didn't work, so drinks I had previously placed in the room weren't cold.

An affordable bungalow with a clean pool. The beach is two minutes away. You can't hear the neighbors. The only thing is the mattress is hard. The bedding is clean. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

During the day, they're quiet and almost invisible, but after dark and at night, it's very scary to walk around the grounds; the dogs are aggressive, which was both scary and unpleasant.
