A good hotel with friendly staff. A few downsides: a strong moldy smell in the rooms. One of the rooms was uninhabitable, but the hotel staff arranged a room change without any hassle. Very convenient location, close to all the top bars and the sea.

An exceptional service of the staff, very charming place where chilling All was 100% clean. We bought some fishes and swamps in the market and the hostel lent us its kitchen to cook them. A very secluded and comfortable place, close to the beach. The staff are wonderful and the rooms reasonably large with fridge, aircon and verandah. The rooms are set in a tropical garden and there is a large pool (not full when we stayed), however the beach is only a 10 minute walk.

Great place to be on phu Quoc. Quiet, nature, not to many people. The bungalo (no7 coconut) was great. Big and comfortable bed, nice shower, good working a/c. Wifi was not so good but we had great reception with virtnammobile so not a big deal. The pool was great and clean - its a shame that floor is falling off. It's really a great place and you can get an outstanding monthly rate right now but for some reason someone keeps moving the location on Google Maps. It's very near the rabbit hole restaurant Saloon Pub. So if you can't find it on the map look for that and it's very nearby

Everything is fine except : They give only 350 ml water for the whole day for drinking. Thereafter charges excessively high amount for each 500ml bottle of water. The light in the room is very very dim.

If you want to find the tranquil resort, near the beach, Terrace Resort is the right place. Although being three stars Resort, the warm hospitality that you will receive is out of the scale. A very young service team, always available and helpful. Personally, I missed having a poolside bar. Shopping facilities are a few kilometers away. However, everything is easily accessible with a rented scooter.

The Pier Resort staff was great and made our stay special. The resort grounds are beautiful and the room was fantastic. Breakfast each morning was very nice. I highly recommend starting at the Pier Resort off you have the chance.

Amazing Trip This is my first time to come to Phu Quoc and i am very impressed with the weather and the beach here. The sunny day , nice weather , beautiful beach and lovely food. It’s quite far from the city but you can enjoy the peaceful day by lying at the beach, see the sun and hear the voice of the waves. Hope to be back soon

The best place where couples can spend time together. We spent our first anniversary together here. The staff I super friendly and very accommodating!! It's quiet and peaceful, right on a private beach. We went snorkeling on a nearby coral reef and fishing. The staff is excellent and so kind and helpful with excellent English. I stayed at Thi Long Phung 2 Hotel during the peak season in December. The price felt a little high, but that’s understandable considering the season. We booked Rum Resort for 5 nights at first, but because of the service, kind staff and great location we decided to stay 5 more days. The owner and her staff is really helpful. Helped us with whatever we needed or asked for. We rented a motorbike and got our laundry done at the resort. We would really recommend this resort if you are visiting Phu Quoc. Golden Phu Quoc is far from the center around 8km. It is near Phu Quoc Airport. I booked a standard room in 3 days. The price is cheap cause I booked through Traveloka application. Breakfast is included in your payment. The service is so wonderful. The staffs are friendly. I had a good experience there. I definitely recommend my family and friends come there again.

We stopped by chance at this hotel, and did not regret it, excellent hosts, they speak Russian, clean rooms and made a discount from the price of Agoda .. they can tell you where to be, and generally help with various questions, 5 minutes from the sea along a direct walking road through cafes , next to the night market with many cafes ..

Was a very entertaining 5 days, we a family of 3, thou my son is with Austims they understood his behaviour and made our stay very pleasant. Over all it was a decent experience. They tend to care more about the restaurant and the bar, both of wich are great, then about the accomodation area. Things do not work when you need them, such as hot water keg, printer at the reception, POS etc. The lady manager is nice, well intended and speaks good English. The rooms are nice, big and clean, all looks like new. The breakfast is served on the 7th floor and you choose one from the drink and one from the food list, the quality of the food was good, the view from there is nice, specially if you have your breakfast on the balcony. Wifi is ok. You are not on the beach, you have to walk 200 meter to the right until you find a street that leads you to the beach...

A good hotel. We didn't use the breakfast. It's not brand new, but everything is well-made and functional. We stayed in a room with a corner window.

The hotel itself isn't bad; the rooms are clean, and the toiletries even included face masks and glitter body wash. The air conditioning works silently. However, the location isn't ideal. The hotel is right by the road, and loud music starts in the evening. Earplugs were the only thing that helped. 😄

A family-run local hotel. Kingkong Mart is less than a 10-minute walk away. You can walk to Long Beach for a swim and then walk back. The hotel's massage shop is cheap and good.

A night with small flying bugs. I was worried about being bitten by a mosquito, but I slept better than I thought. It was cleaner than expected and the bedding was clean, but the bed was very damp.. It was humid. Acceptable accommodation, in need of a refurbishment. Room had a constant smell that would stagnate throughout the day. And felt damp to the point my clothes would feel damp not due to the humidity. Decent location if using a motorbike.

One of the most hospitable places I’ve been in Vietnam. Not only they provided with free breakfasts, coffee and tea (even though the price for the hostel is already cheap), but also the owners were supportive enough to offer me the terrace to practice and teach yoga. Cali Hill is located in between two major areas, and walkable for both. The room was good with basic amenities, tv, A/C, storage, and coffee for the opening, albeit make sure you get the water heater from the front desk. The best were very hard and thin, so if you are used to a plush mattress that you sink into this isn’t for you. The A/C was very nice and got cold. Also the bathroom is a toilet/sink...

The reason I stayed in this hotel is because the location is good. You can take Free vinbus from the airport. The vinbus will stop in front of the hotel. You can also take the vinbus to many places such as the night market, jetty, the Grandworld, vin wonder and vinpearl safari.

With ks Dong Xuan pink 1 owner, so there is a swimming pool and breakfast + vat = room rate. Check out the test !!!!

Great 2 star hotel , with everything you need nice owners very helpfull. In middle of day market and few minutes from tourist areas. Even explaining tet holiday and gave me vietnamese snacks to try. Loved it here. I extended my stay for 2 weeks. The pool is great. The gardens are beautiful. Quiet area away from the main road. Bungalows set in gardens around a large swimming pool. Kindly and efficient staff. Laundry service, scooter hire, and food delivery. Rooms have air-conditioning, kettles, and tv, plus a small fridge. There is also a communal self-catering kitchen close to the accommodation. About a 10 minute walk to the village street and another 5 to the main coastal road. Recommended.

Best place I stayed on the island. Firstly the bungalow’s are detached so you don’t get woken up or disturbed by neighbours easily. The rooms are nice and spacious. Spent 4 nights here. Although it's far away from the beach (about 1 mile), but the atmosphere was wonderful, seemed like you are sleeping in the silent forest. The resort is new, the bed is quite comfortable. I had the good time here.

I stayed 4 nights in this resort as I had to move after a scooter accident.. There where no reviews on tripadvisor, but I wanted to give it a go as it looked really nice and for the price it could be perfect!
