The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the staff were all very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The breakfast was also delicious. The swimming pool was beautiful and really gave us a vacation vibe. The only downside was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.

One of my favorite services was the airport shuttle. The hotel has its own beach and great amenities overall. Jet skis were significantly cheaper than at tourist attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and the service was attentive.

Me and my wife absolutely loved our honeymoon stay at the Mövenpick Villa and resorts in Phu Quoc, got a lovely sea view room on a higher floor thanks to my Accor gold. Enjoyed the food a lot, buffet’s were exquisite. Special mention to a relaxing couple spa experience provided by Ms Oanh and Ms. Nhi. Delicious breakfasts, a large but cold pool. There's no real grounds to speak of (just two buildings and the pool). The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away (towels are provided by the hotel), but sun loungers cost extra. There are many diverse cafes and restaurants nearby.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were greet by them as soon as we drop off from grab and served with their welcome drink, we were so happy to be allowed check-in much earlier. The hotel is right in the bustling downtown area, next to the popular K-Mart supermarket. All the shops nearby are owned by Korean proprietors, so if you speak Korean, you won't even need English for dining or massages around here. A very comfortable and chill resort. The breakfast every day was great, with a variety of food choices. They take good care of people from different cultures and backgrounds. The location is convenient: the sea, the city center, and cafes are all within walking distance. Cleaning is daily. Overall good experience, good hotel and well maintained. The check in process was slow (we had to wait more than 30 mins) so that can be improved. Also they were very particular about any items and damage (since we did not have enough time when checking out due to flight time, they charged us the cost of new items for small damages).
