The hotel comprise of 2-4 bedroom villas and the landscaping has a tv drama suburban vibe to it. The villas are spacious but the hygiene was just fair. Our kids developed rashes after frequent contact with the couches, which looked quite dated. The amenities were also so so, no body lotion / insect repellent as most hotels would have provided. Me and my wife absolutely loved our honeymoon stay at the Mövenpick Villa and resorts in Phu Quoc, got a lovely sea view room on a higher floor thanks to my Accor gold. Enjoyed the food a lot, buffet’s were exquisite. Special mention to a relaxing couple spa experience provided by Ms Oanh and Ms. Nhi. The hotel is right in the bustling downtown area, next to the popular K-Mart supermarket. All the shops nearby are owned by Korean proprietors, so if you speak Korean, you won't even need English for dining or massages around here. The room's hygiene and the convenience of the location aren't great, but I really enjoyed the relaxed and quiet atmosphere, and the pool's condition was good. The large bed was also a plus. It would be great if they could improve a few things like the bathroom faucets and the slippers. The breakfast was delicious too! 😊

The service is very good, the only drawback is the location is remote in the rural area, starting at 4 am the next door neighbor raised chickens started to crow until noon are still crowing, get poor sleep quality. The coffee for breakfast was very fragrant and special.

The environmental hygiene needs improvement.

The hotel is set back quite far away from the main road. So prepare to walk. It seems there are limited staff available. I wouldn't stay again.

We stayed as a family for 10 nights. The room was cleaned every day in the morning between 9-11am, which was great. The breakfast was great. We tended to eat the eggs, Pho soup and fruits each morning. We did not use the laundry service from the hotel but walked down the street to use the laundry service. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Delightful hotel in a quiet lane but only a few minutes walk to the main Street with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were large and clean, we stayed in a bungalow overlooking the lovely pool. It's located on the second line, within walking distance of the sea (10 minutes) and the night market (20 minutes). The street is lined with massage parlors, a laundromat, and cafes. The hotel itself offers a good breakfast and a pool. Everything is basic but adequate. There's a hostel across the street from the hotel, and noise and din can be heard late into the night, but the hotel's double-glazed...

A little disappointed with the overall standard of amenities; the rooms are seriously in need of a refresh. While the staff were friendly, that alone isn't enough to justify a three-star rating. On the positive side, the location is good, right in the tourist district, and there's a plethora of dining options.

We stayed at the hotel for one night before departure. The room is clean, there are cosmetics. A very noisy refrigerator and outside air conditioning.
