Staff are poorly trained, limited selection of breakfast. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Staff knock at every door really loudly at 9AM for room cleaning. We had breakfast in the restaurant and hours later when we came back for lunch, the dirty dishes and cups we had for breakfast were still not taken away. One staff brought us the food and forgot to serve many things for the meal like cutleries, tissue...
Great service and very tasty, affordable local and European food.
Nice affordable seafood restaurant.
If you are OK with squids, I recommend you Seafood Fried Rice and Stir Fried noodle.
I like this restaurant.
Anyway, many local people(?) was eating hotpot... It’s hot place but Why eating hot food ??
New hotel. Good view on the walking area. Need more care on the room.

Nice and clean. Good location right between the night market.
If you're looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Phu Quoc, Kim Huong Quang is a fantastic choice! It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s spotlessly clean, and the staff are absolutely fabulous—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Situated right in the heart of the famous Night Market, it’s a dream location for food lovers and explorers alike. Whether you prefer renting a scooter...
Best location, few steps to night market, staff very nice and welcome, great room, reasonable price.
No complaints. The staff is supper nice and helpful even called us a taxi when grab wasn't working for us.

If you want an authentic Vietnam experience with the comforts and “rustic luxury” of a resort this place is for you. Good AC! Clean! Comfy bed! Excellent bed! Pools! Service with a smile!!! I don’t know why anyone would come all this way and stay at one of the mega resorts. You have your own little sanctuary away from the hubbub and smells of the nearby fishing village. I would 100% recommend this...
Although it is not 5 stars resort, Peppercorn resort is the best place we've been so far. The place is quiet and gives You intimacy and calmness for enjoying the tropical surroundings of the resort. The fact it is situated in the north of Phu Quoc, helps escaping crowded and noisy south. The kitchen is delicous, the beach is clean. Unlike the Sao Beach the water and the Peppercorn Beach are clean....
The Beach Bungalows are really good. It's definitively a nice and relaxing place next to a charming and authentic village. The breakfast is outstanding and the service is one of the best I've seen so far in Vietnam. The beach is cleaned every day, kayaking is for free and there ist also a good snorkeling spot (weather dependant) very close. If you want to avoid some high cost for food or drinks in...
stayed 5 nights late November, beginning of the good season.
Lovely little beach resort 5 minutes walking from the village and the market.
Not fully booked, they kindly upgraded us to a beach front room.
Friendly and helpful staff, great food, especially the breakfast buffet.
They catered really well for my gluten free diet.
Tasteful decor.
Nice swimming pool. No real beach, but a large sandy border...
We spent a total of 5 nights at this beautiful resort — and we absolutely loved it! The place is idyllic, peaceful, and surrounded by nature — the perfect spot to truly relax.
We were traveling with our 5-month-old baby, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and caring — they made us feel completely at home. Everyone on the team was so kind, friendly, and genuinely warm-hearted. This resort is perfect...
This resort was the place where I finally felt like I could truly unwind and relax. Throughout our time on the island, we hadn't encountered such professional and attentive staff as we found here. Our only regret is that our stay was too short.
The resort has a truly wonderful and peaceful atmosphere. From sunrise until late into the night, we were able to enjoy the quiet beach and the soothing sound...

Had a bungalow room by the pool. This is a lot nicer location than the other rooms.
The bed was good. I liked the bathroom behind and outside.
The breakfast was fresh and good but smaller selection.
Great pancakes, egg station bacon fresh bead ham vagables and jam and boiled eggs and more. I rented a scooter so easy to get around.
The staff said yes offcause to every request I had.
Wonderful cozy hotel. We rented a scooter, so getting around was easy, even though it's located a little bit up a hill. It's about a 15-minute walk to the sea, or 5 minutes by scooter. The breakfasts are delicious, the pool is cleaned every day, and room cleaning and towel changes are daily. You can also get fresh beach towels every day. I recommend this hotel! 👍
The hotel is great, not new, but very charming. Be careful with the pool, the tiles are a bit sharp, but we didn't get cut. The dogs nearby are calm :) We caught an amazing view from the balcony.
Staying at this hotel during Chinese New Year for just over 300 a night was an absolute steal! The only downside is its location down an alley a little off the main street. There's a wider path accessible by car and a narrower one for pedestrians, but it only takes a few minutes to walk out. The hotel breakfast is a satisfying buffet, and you can order pho and omelets. The watermelon juice was incredibly...

Super dacha! My eyes and soul got a real rest. Everything was great, except for the pool which was just so-so. Didn't swim, didn't even feel like it. But overall, it's green, just drowning in greenery.
If you're used to good hotels, this one isn't for you. We wanted to stay in a bungalow with our family, and after reading reviews, I booked this hotel. People wrote about a clean pool, but that's not true. My kids swam in it and were sick all night. Breakfast was also terrible. The beach is accessed through a construction site and is very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.
Every thing is as it should be in a hotel. It's a little expensive to stay here well it is for me because IAM traveling for 4 months and have a budget of 25 pound max for hotel a night . I could not find any thing in this location so had to pay . breakfast ok not the best but ok . Would stay here again. Staff friendly and willing to help you just ask.
The hotel has a great location, with everything you need nearby, and the sea is just a 15-minute walk away.
Everything was great! The breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooms are spacious, and they clean daily, changing towels and disposable toothbrushes. We also got two bottles of water every day. The only downside was that the bed linen wasn't changed once during our 11-night stay. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby, and the beach is close too.
I stayed here with my family and had a great experience. We rented a motorbike directly from the hotel, which made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. There are several restaurants and shops nearby, and although the area is not very crowded, it feels calm and comfortable. The location is excellent—close to everything—and the price is very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay and would...

Very nice hotel.
Staff warm and welcoming.
Good position near many animated places
A budget-friendly hotel with a convenient location. The staff was friendly.
I stayed for one night. Everything was fine. Geckos were running along the wall, adding to the ambiance but not causing any disturbance, so those who don't like critters should take note.
The room we were assigned to was full of trash and had a broken air conditioner, some of the furniture was broken, and the Wi-Fi in the room didn't work; we connected to the room next door. They apologized for the mess and moved us to a clean room with working air conditioning, but the Wi-Fi in that room didn't work either. They promised to fix it the next day (they didn't). We connected to another...
The location is good, across from Long Beach Center. The bungalow is quite far from reception. The room is large, as is the bathroom. On the downside, the bed linens seem stale, and there are insects everywhere.
The location is good because it's in the central part of the country...
But the hotel facilities and cleanliness are really... ugh... I don't want to go there again...
I booked this place because I had some time to spare before my departure, so I wanted to let the kids rest, but first, you have to climb a hill from the reception to the room, and when you enter the room, there's a peculiar smell and...

After reading the positive reviews, we decided to stay for a few nights. The location is excellent – there are plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby, but that's probably where the positives end. We were met by a not-so-friendly girl at the reception, although check-in was quick. Our room was on the 3rd floor. If you don't look too closely, it's a perfectly bearable room. But on closer inspection...
I thought cleaning the room included changing the sheets at least once every 3 days, but it turns out it didn't. The sheets weren't changed once during my 6-night stay; they just neatly made the bed. But I was so tired returning each day that I didn't have the energy to complain. The people at the reception desk are very responsive and helpful. The pool is excellent, especially for a night swim with...
This hotel is centrally located in Phu Quoc, making it a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the airport. There are plenty of restaurants, spas, and even a King Kong Mart nearby, so you'll have lots to do. The room was clean, and the bed sheets were spotless. My only minor complaint is that there's no door between the shower and the toilet, so the floor tends to get quite wet.
This hotel was a half-day stopover for me as I had a late flight back to Korea. I was very satisfied with its high value for money and the availability of a swimming pool. Plus, its proximity to downtown attractions like King Kong Mart was a huge bonus.
The room itself is decent, but it's incredibly noisy. You can hear everything – the neighbors, the street... it's really hard to get a good night's sleep. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, this definitely isn't the place for you.
The hotel service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. If you need to book water park tickets, you can ask the staff for assistance, saving you the hassle of queuing. The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with clean, tidy, and well-equipped rooms. The only minor drawback is that the pool is located on the rooftop of a separate building, which...

The hotel is located not far from the main road. It has a nice small area with a swimming pool. The room itself was quite decent, with towels, slippers, bathrobes, and toiletries provided. The towels were the whitest we've seen in all the hotels we've visited. We stayed with friends in rooms 19 and 21 on the second floor, in a 4-room cottage. In the evening, you could sit out on the small balcony....
I had a wonderful 1.5 months at this hotel; everything about it was excellent.
The staff was so kind and helpful! It is located in a private street right off the main street so you are close to everything without having the noise of the main street !
A very pleasant place, surrounded by lush greenery, with a nice swimming pool. It's located close to the road, but you can't hear any noise at all. The staff are always ready to help with any issues. Right opposite are a couple of delicious restaurants with reasonable prices.
Really liked the hotel! The grounds were very clean too!
Excellent location! It's a leisurely 3-minute walk to the main street with cafes and shops. There are massage parlors and a laundry service nearby. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Mosquitoes quite a lot. Shampoo & body soap only give small 2 package daily each. B careful to open the toilet door, the handle u have to push up & not down, I stick in the toilet almost 20 mins. Good value for money. Best it is the people who work there, reality gentle and helpful. Bed is comfortable, there is no noise. Near night market.
They have mold problem in some rooms. Mold is very dangerous for health. You should not accept a room with mold. They didn't get my point, but they were super gentle finding another room for me.
They also helped me to get a taxi and print my visa.
The location is super convenient. After arriving at the airport at night, we checked into the hotel, dropped off our luggage, and then just walked a few minutes downstairs to the night market. There are also currency exchange shops with good rates nearby. Check-in was very fast. The downside is the poor soundproofing; every noise is incredibly clear. The hotel has a very good location. The staff are friendly and helpful with everything. Bikes can be parked in front of the hotel and are moved indoors to the ground floor at night. The hotel is clean, but there are some issues with housekeeping. There are no 'do not disturb' signs or 'please clean my room' signs. Around 8-9 AM, they'll knock on your door and wake you up to clean. Also, the bathmat...
It was good but night it was noisy because location is right in front of the local night market
Thuan Hai Hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Phu Quoc, just next to the Night Market. This is definitely a big advantage if you want to be close to everything, but it also means that it can get quite noisy in the evenings. The music, street shows, and singing outside often go on until late at night, so light sleepers might find it challenging.

The location is fantastic; you're right in the city center but not too crowded, and you can enjoy cross-country skiing in the evenings. It is at good location just 100 mtrs inside main road. Indian restaurants, public transport nearby. Rooms are good, rooms & hotel is open, spavious, swimming pool. Clean room, good pool to use and the staff were friendly and helpful, even upgraded our room for us! The location is pretty good close to all the restaurants on the main strip. The beach is not too far away either.
Wow, great quiet location. Staff and breakfast was amazing.
Great value! Rooms are basic but the owner was extremely accommodating for our 10 person group. For breakfast, they went out of their way to make us several vegetarian options and packed the remainder for us for the road. Highly recommend!
We stayed at Vanda Hotel for a week and enjoyed our stay inspite of the construction work that was done on the premises and in the hotel itself. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in early February. The hotel is a 5-7 minute drive from Grand World. They have their own free tuk-tuk service that takes guests there in the mornings and evenings. On the way, you might spot monkeys, and unfortunately, a lot of trash. Going there in the dark isn't very pleasant; it's better to take a taxi. Located in a bustling area of Phu Quoc Island, yet tucked away in an alley, it makes everything convenient and wonderful. Living functions are convenient, yet there's no noise. A bit bumpy at check in, but the stay was overall comfy and quiet. Pool.was nice. Breakfast was acceptable.

It's not as fancy as the pictures suggest, but the staff are friendly. It's a bit pricey for 60,000 won though.
Everything was wonderful, just like home! It's surrounded by lush greenery, and the pool is fantastic. We rarely went for breakfast. Prices everywhere are affordable. Everything you need is right at hand.
The grounds are very lush, a little off the main road. The breakfasts are terrible: you get one dish and one drink, but besides scrambled eggs, there's not much else to choose from. It's instant 3-in-1 coffee, tea bags, and juice that's mostly ice and water with a tiny bit of orange flavoring. The pool is clean, but everything else is run-down. The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from King Kong. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the breakfast... You only get to choose one dish and one drink from the menu, which is pretty ridiculous, especially for men. My husband and I had to go find more food an hour later.
