We must have come at the wrong time because the aircon did not work in our room making for a very uncomfortable stay, the room also had some mould in the bathroom and stained walls from old aircon unit

My room was big, spotless, and felt brand new with luxurious bathroom. The location is perfect ,the castle and lake are close by, the city center only about a 15-minute walk, and it’s a very nice area

Where do I even start from?? This place is the best place have ever been in my life, service is top notch and their staffs are so nice and calm, I never regret every bit of my stay in this place, even when I am supposed to check out at 11am they were so calm till my cab came at 5pm

Improvements can be made for room 320 were on things like extra rubbish bin, coathangers, bathroom door opening without banging the sink, working extending shower head, better plumbing to prevent the sweage and drain smell coming up and bigger bath towels

The location was far from Tirana city centre, this made it cost consuming as we spend more money on transportation to Tirana city centre everyday.

We thought it was close to the bus terminal which is why we book the stay here, yet there is no way to walk to/from the bus terminal to reach this hotel as there is a highway to cross

It is a good hotel but if you have car, mind this. Without car there is no way to get anyway from hotel. There is no shops or restaurants around

The pool area was very clean and inviting and your only a stone throw away from the beach. Your a 5 minutes walk from the very central part of sarande were you have all the bars and restaurants with a lovely chilled vibe
