Chef Atilla was always on top of his work, he made sure that the food served was to a good standard, he was very friendly and constantly asked how I was doing and made sure I was happy with the food

We had a good time at Klajdi Resort, we chose the all inclusive option and it was quite good, the self service restaurant is well organized many options and tasty food, also the drinks at the all inclusive bar were better than we expected

The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. Considering the comfort, services and beachfront location, we found the value for money to be very good

Nice and clean hotel. Cozy restaurant. Friendly staff. They helped us renting an Atv an offered some good itineraries. Not so quiet especially in the morning but it has beautiful views.

Very nice hotel with free airport pick up/drop off which is a real plus as airport taxis try to charge you €20 for a 2km drive, plus hotel has deal for €12 (1200lek)for taxi into Tirana (17km) so well worth using this service if going into the city,Elvis on reception was a great help and suggested good places to visit

You also shouldnt drink at the bar here because for some reason 50% of the time you get a warm drink, when you conplain about it you will here next time better (if somebody came to me i will just give a cold drink and dont charge it)

The breakfast is really acceptable and worth going too tho, the hotel is located just outside Tirana but the centrum is 10 minuts wity a taxi so its a fine hotel for couples who are just there to sleep and eat breakfast

The Hotel is a modern and comfortable place to stay with exceptional staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is perfect and the walk to the centre and beaches easy. Would definitely recommend.

The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected

We needed a phone number for verification code to login to our Kakaotalk (A korean app that is similar to whatsapp). But because our phone was stolen, we couldn't get the code

This hotel offers good value for money, with friendly staff and underground parking. However, the soundproofing needs improvement; you can hear everything happening in the corridors and outside.

It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car

We spend one night in the roof top deluxe jacuzzi suite. May be a little dark in deco. You can see the sea but it‘s about 20 minutes by foot

This isn‘t a beach resort although offering 2 large outside pools that are not heated. Unfortunately you have to reserve the use of the indoorpool??which is difficult to understand

That is the first indication to us how popular the villa is. Regarding accommodations , yes ,rooms are good size, walk in shower, bath robes, his and her sinks, fancy painted ceilings

Air conditioning in the room is pre set at 23C , and you cant adjust it either way, contrary to the list of available services in the room that states AC can be adjusted 3 degrees up or down

Disgusting, I do not recommend it at all(( But the Royal G hotel itself left only pleasant impressions, and despite my love to vacation in a new country, city and hotel every time, I will choose this hotel with pleasure if I come to Albania again)

We did not stay at the hotel, but have had some excellent meals at their restaurant. I kicked off my weekend-long birthday celebration with the seafood platter for four, and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast served outside was excellent, with eggs & selection of fruit, pastries and jam

Only problem was the AC had a strange smell blowing out when you turn it on initially but apparently no one else could smell it so maybe it was just me? We happened to be there during a check-in festival and the music was going live from famous Albanian artists right in front of our room but we really enjoyed it! Never expected a free concert going to this old town

Located at the edge of the town within easy reach of the centre, restaurants and bars. Our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful using local produce with the option of eating in or out

We had a perfect stay at Kastro Hotel in Gjirokaster. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and the breakfast buffet offered a great choice

It’s on a road, but not on a big main road, so evenings are noticeably quieter and early mornings pass without much traffic. For me, that’s a good balance: close enough to be handy, far enough to sleep

The 360-degree views are genuinely excellent and clearly attract plenty of evening visitors as well. At times this meant queues for the single lift — not a major issue, but worth knowing

My customer was about a 30-minute walk away, which I didn’t mind at all — early mornings and evening rush hour are good times to take in the city’s atmosphere

Wi-Fi worked well throughout, which is important here as mobile data can become expensive depending on your provider — especially if you rely on connectivity for work

This airport is quite good and maintained. There were 3 currency exchange desks to which you could give any currency you have in cash and they will provide you Lek

Although it is very close to the terminal building and should only be a few minutes to walk to, due to extensive road works going on and a wire fence between the terminal building and the hotel, it was a bit tricky walking to it

There were multiple atms to withdraw the local currency and 1 atm for withdrawing Euro. Lot of food joints were there. Some of them even having traditional desserts of Tirana. The security check was also smooth

Stayed for one night for convenience as our flight arrival was 23. The room was extremely clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is light, bright and airy. The breakfast was fine, enough choice

even though it looked chaotic and overcrowded when i first landed, not exactly the best first impression, i still managed to get out quickly, exchange some cash, and hop on the bus to the city

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Have stayed 4 times in the last 18 months and we are already planning our visit next year! Additionally, the shower does not have a door, and since the shower area is completely open, it is almost impossible to avoid getting water outside and making a bit of a mess

Rooms are great I guess, kitchen good size but the equipment is looking a little too well used to cook with. Pool we was able to use, a little cloudy, the views isn't great either of a carpark

Well designed hotel, really clean room. It is located next to the beach 2 min with free access to a beach club which is nice because beach club are expensive. This hotel was the best part of my trip in Ksamil
