Our beautiful hotel, we had a lovely stay, the service was excellent. Thanks so much for having us and making our stay wonderful.

What really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive at all times. You could really tell they cared about making sure we had the best possible stay. Every request was met with a smile

When I mentioned it the next morning, I was told the blankets were there, but they weren’t. Aside from that, everything else was good

A large well-located property in Vlore. You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used to review Western hotels. This hotel has an accommodating staff

The whole place lacks atmosphere in public areas. Website says it has a restaurant but fails to tell you it is only for pre booked groups. Laundry service is expensive and poor quality

The hotel is in a great location. I would have appreciated having extra blankets already in the room, as I was cold for two nights

Good hotel right in the city center. Large room, delicious breakfast. Cons: hard mattress, no hooks in the bathroom - no place to dry beach clothes.

Stayed here as part of an Albanian tour experience. Very clean, safe and location was perfect. Amenities were nice as well with good breakfast

Notice must be given to turn both on. There is an area for massage but on a rainy Saturday, I asked what the possibility of arranging a massage was and was told the masseur didn't live locally, so not possible

We only had two nights here but couldn’t complain about anything. Informative and very helpful reception staff that steered us to some great eating options, as well as telling us where to avoid

Rooftop bar and pool which makes a spot to kick back and catch up. Really close the the beach and what I would regard as the better end of the promenade

Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times

The hotel had nice staff and can see is new. The parking needs to be addressed as you get blocked in so easier to walk than attempt to move. Breakfast warm stuff is only warm not hot but good variety

It was a bit disappointing that bottled water was not provided free of charge, however. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was freshly cooked and tasty

The room itself was so spacious, with lots of luggage storage, an enormous bed and sitting area. The wardrobe included robes and a safe. There was also a desk that provided a suitable working space

Spacious and Luxurious! Absolutely loved my stay at Unik Hotel. The room was so large and comfortable that I genuinely didn't want to leave and extended my stay

Oh, and the bed was so soft and comfortable! The mini bar was well-stocked, although the prices were very high (as tends to be typical of hotel mini bars)

The vanity separated the bathroom area and was well stocked with toiletries and amenities. On the other side was the toilet room that included a bidet

Lovely hotel. Huge rooms, very big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything is new. Only problem is one tiny lift/elevator.

Arrived in January at Hotel Demi to be welcomed by extremely friendly and professional staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure I found the best room that balanced beautiful location/view with a friendly price

The hotel is new and generously appointed. The sunset view from my balcony over the Adriatic and Corfu was stunning, and the bed was very comfortable after days of inland castle adventures

In all honesty, I would score this hotel 11 out of 10! From every aspect of the friendly and helpful staff, wonderful facilities, quality comfort, well appointed spacious rooms and bathrooms, spotlessly clean, fabulous restaurant & bar facilities, reasonable cost, fantastic beach chairs and beach service, perfect location, overall, this hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed

The location is perfect, easy to find. The beach is very quiet and relaxing and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. It’s very, very clean. The food and service is amazing and all of the staff is very kind :)

For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city

I really confused about if it's 4 stars hotel 🙄 The best thing is the room cleanness Breakfast of few options The AC was not working for 2 days 😓 The roof with very nice view, unfortunately it was not open, why they lose such edge?! The location is slightly far from the nearest center but OK No options for snacks or drinks

My room was on the 3rd floor on the backside which had a small balcony, a comfy bed, good aircon, plenty of storage and electrical outlets. Wifi was good and reliable and tv with many channels

Breakfast is served from 7-10AM, with a good selection, fresh bread and fruits. I had some meals from the restaurant which was of good quality and reasonably priced

Ornate lobby with many comfy couches and upholstered chairs. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water in large bathroom. Friendly staff at Reception Desk

This hotel was very dim and gloomy, felt a bit sad and dated. The location is excellent and the rooms relatively clean and comfortable

This is a very good hotel overall. While the hotel doesn’t currently have a restaurant, there’s no need to worry. The best restaurant in Albania is just a four-minute walk down a relatively steep lane

This place is a perfect designation to relax with your family. It is sea front. Not too many of this kind in Albania. Rooms are clan and staff is friendly. Highly recommended. We have been last year and this year.

Excellent hotel. Room was awesome, spacious and perfect on every detail. Staff was also friendly and very supportive. It does not have its own beach but you can always use several beaches nearby.

However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Suela and Dona. Their warm hospitality and genuine desire to ensure we had a wonderful stay made all the difference

Room service is excellent!!! Stuff is polite and at service as well. I recommend at least one meal in the Berlin restaurant just next door. Breakfast, decent! Liked the sweets. Coffee is a real one at breakfast

Green House Restaurant: the outdoor patio atmosphere is great on a nice night and the service is quite good, but the food was flavorless.

The bed in our room had a wonderful mattress and we slept like we haven’t slept in forever! The staff were kind, friendly and go out of their way to please. We can highly recommend Green House

No worries about the city noise though, the soundproof windows are perfect to cut all the city noise, and you will have the perfect night sleep. Supper friendly and very accommodating staff

I had a lovely breakfast and a wonderful soul Adriana took care of me. She was my first interaction in the hotel and town she is such a comforting warm person. Am grateful to have my first morning chat with her

You can walk to the city center 40 min, or you will always find a taxi outside the hotel, it will cost you about 5 EURO to Skanderbeg Square for example, the garden at the hotel is so nice and there is at least 1 person working with it on a daily bases

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic

The attitude of the chap at the desk who claimed he was the manager was very dismissive and think one should just bear with the situation although he must have been aware of the situation before our arrival because while trying to check into the room someone suspected to be an engineer was just exiting the room

The massage service I received was excellent and a really good experience. The best asset to the hotel is Oni (not sure how to spell his name) who works on Reception and does other duties in the hotel bar

The shower was slow to drain, the vanity sink drain was broken, there was debris on the floor in the entry foyer. We had dinner here and the food was quite good

Perfect place to stay in Kruje We had great rooms with balconies overlooking the bazaar. We had a couple of issues - neither room had any cold water at the basin which made cleaning teeth unpleasant
