The fridge door can't open fully and the air-conditioning was lame. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Only because of it's close proximity to the best restaurant in Velipoje, Norma Restaurant

Family had an excellent experience. Staff and service were next to none and very accommodating. Rooms and the resort very clean. Breakfast buffet was best ever had at any other hotel

A lot of soft sun beds with umbrellas, the steps to the slides are not slippery, there are many towns for small children and older, entertainment for the whole family:) We were satisfied with the water park, the prices are acceptable :)))

The water park is open from 9 to 18, but the slides are turned off at 17. We went to the local water park at the hotel today. Admission costs 12 euros (1200L), for small children 10 (1000L)

Unexpectedly, one of the slides (blue) turned out to be completely unlit, driving in the dark, an unusual experiment :) There is a shower, toilet, everything is in order

The only negative is that the seams on the slides are very painful when you roll down :( Also, you can't buy food there, because you're not a hotel guest

Staying at El Mar Hotel was an excellent experience. The location along Lungomare is perfect, offering stunning sea views and easy access to the beach and local attractions

Lovely hotel and location but please note it’s a 3 star not 4 as stated on some of the websites. There was a bad smell in the room which could’ve been from the bathroom but air con wasn’t helping get rid of it

Staff offered us a change of room. Room was big and spacious but they provide light duvets and have bedsheets instead. Previous owners left clothing items behind which remained there

Very spacious rooms and a lovely pool. Note that you have to pay extra for the pool. Very friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast, and conveniently close to the city center

Very nice and clean hotel. A little bit old but otherwise room was spacious and clean. Convenient hotel and very easy to spot as it’s probably the biggest building in Berat. Have a pool for €10 per person for use.

We loved our room at Hotel Colombo. The hotel is viewable from most of the city areas. We were sad that the spa wasn’t open during the month we were there but we would visit again! The staff were lovely!

Albanian road trip 2025 We had a one night stay at Hotel Onufri, location was excellent, close to everything, beautiful views from the Terrace

There was only one negative, that was not part of the hotel; many homes near the hotel own roosters, and the roosters were making non-stop noise close to our window starting from the middle of the night through the morning

Because of the hotel’s perfect position on the hill, our room provided a stunning, panoramic view of the famous "City of a Thousand Windows" and the river valley below. Waking up to that view was unforgettable

If you are looking for an authentic atmosphere, caring staff, spotless accommodations, and some of the best sights in Berat, you should definitely stay here. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat!

The pools were great for both adults and kids, and the kids club was perfect with different activities every day. Everything was very clean, our room was excellent, and the staff were efficient and friendly

The facilities (two outdoor swimming pools and a large indoor pool) are great and kept in perfect condition. Really good for kids, with a nice and big indoor play area and an outdoor playground

The rooms are clean, and the staff provide everything necessary for your stay, there is plenty of space in the hall and the lounge to simply chill and enjoy a drink

What I appreciate the most is the variety of entertainment and that this place grants, you can either enjoy yourself by one of the pools (in winter time they have an indoor pool) or spend some time with your friends at the beach bar, and even have some alone time at the gym in case you don’t want to skip your daily gym session

I'm already planning my next trip - if I win tickets for two, I'll definitely be back for another round! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends or family

I appreciated the peculiar dishes of the buffet, especially the traditional albanian food (there also are many other choices provided) and I also got to try the small restaurant

It was and amazing experience we felt very at home and comfortable with the staffing and our waiter Denis he was a very great waiter and we stayed for about a month and they have very good prices and we had complimentary breakfast every morning and very kid friendly with a playground nearby and they have a great beach view

In the hotel restaurant has very good food. The pasta with shrimp and white sauce was delicious🤩😋 Big applause for the chef👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every dish exceeded our expectations! A special shout-out goes to Klajdi from Berat — an amazing young man who greeted us every time with a big smile and unmatched kindness

Chef Atilla was always on top of his work, he made sure that the food served was to a good standard, he was very friendly and constantly asked how I was doing and made sure I was happy with the food

We had a good time at Klajdi Resort, we chose the all inclusive option and it was quite good, the self service restaurant is well organized many options and tasty food, also the drinks at the all inclusive bar were better than we expected

Very nice hotel with free airport pick up/drop off which is a real plus as airport taxis try to charge you €20 for a 2km drive, plus hotel has deal for €12 (1200lek)for taxi into Tirana (17km) so well worth using this service if going into the city,Elvis on reception was a great help and suggested good places to visit

Hotel Liss in Lezhë is a well-located hotel offering more than just rooms. Guests have access to conference rooms, a bar/café, a restaurant, and free parking when staying at the hotel

The location is in the center and the restaurant, rooms and the staff were all honestly great. Loved the food and I thank the staff for the welcome and the great time a had there.

We needed a phone number for verification code to login to our Kakaotalk (A korean app that is similar to whatsapp). But because our phone was stolen, we couldn't get the code

This hotel offers good value for money, with friendly staff and underground parking. However, the soundproofing needs improvement; you can hear everything happening in the corridors and outside.

It’s far from the touristic town centre but the neighbourhood gives it a more local area experience. Restaurants and markets in the area. Hotel seems to be best for families of people traveling with a car

We spend one night in the roof top deluxe jacuzzi suite. May be a little dark in deco. You can see the sea but it‘s about 20 minutes by foot

This isn‘t a beach resort although offering 2 large outside pools that are not heated. Unfortunately you have to reserve the use of the indoorpool??which is difficult to understand

That is the first indication to us how popular the villa is. Regarding accommodations , yes ,rooms are good size, walk in shower, bath robes, his and her sinks, fancy painted ceilings

Air conditioning in the room is pre set at 23C , and you cant adjust it either way, contrary to the list of available services in the room that states AC can be adjusted 3 degrees up or down

Disgusting, I do not recommend it at all(( But the Royal G hotel itself left only pleasant impressions, and despite my love to vacation in a new country, city and hotel every time, I will choose this hotel with pleasure if I come to Albania again)

We did not stay at the hotel, but have had some excellent meals at their restaurant. I kicked off my weekend-long birthday celebration with the seafood platter for four, and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly
