Very nice hotel with free airport pick up/drop off which is a real plus as airport taxis try to charge you €20 for a 2km drive, plus hotel has deal for €12 (1200lek)for taxi into Tirana (17km) so well worth using this service if going into the city,Elvis on reception was a great help and suggested good places to visit

clean room and bathroom, good hotel for overnight stay before early flight, a bit far from the airport so it is quieter

Having worked in the hospitality industry for 6 years I was immensely impressed by the professionalism and upgrade they offered me. I wish I had a chance to stay with them longer. 10/10 would recommend, well worth it!

Although this hotel has free-shuttle service from/to Tirana Airport, I didn't know how to order this service, so I took a taxi from airport:( However, the next day I could get to the airport by this service

the ladies that I delt with on reception was great spoke good English they have also said its a (great breakfast) its far from its so basic with very little on offer eggs that look stale if you like toast and jam then its nice even juice options only one!!!for the money I paid I would not say its great value as I was having to eat breakfast outside of the hotel even though I had paid nearly £500 would...

We just checked into Hotel Rozafa with my doughter abd partner and it was a fantastic choice. The room was very comfortable and perfectly clean — I genuinely felt at ease

I loved that the hotel has a restaurant with traditional dishes, and the whole atmosphere feels warm and inviting. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shkodra

The location is amazing: right in the heart of Shkodra and close to everything. The staff is very friendly and welcoming

Reception staff lovely, got room straightaway. Room rather small and cramped so this let it down but clean. Breakfast could have been better and coffee a let down as very weak so ordered and paid for a stronger one

The room was very large and had 2 balconies available

The quality of food was very very good and entirely was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! The bed was comfortable and the unexpected additional sofa bed meant that we each had our space to sleep

The location of the hotel was quite nice. It was clean and tidy. The rooms were good. Had some trouble with the airport pickup, would rather advice to book a taxi online on Speed taxi Albania. No halal food options.

The Mondial Hotel is a gem of an experience. It is very clean, attractive and inviting. The rooftop bar and pool are delightful, with great views. The lobby bar and restaurant are very nice, with an excellent menu

We also enjoyed the rooftop bar on both nights and the pool. The breakfast was good quality. Within walking distance to some nice cafes and restaurants. We walked to the main square in 30 mins

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel and good location.

The stay was not bad even if at the beginning there was a misunderstanding regarding the reservation I made on the site. So I paid again on site then the second day I went to see reception and they refunded me

This hotel is lovely and very clean but is a long way out of town. It is on the main road to Durres - this is not a problem if you arrive during the day and are happy to get the public bus or a taxi into the city

Half hour taxi to tirana central but area is quiet. Bed was very comfy I slept good!

However, do take care should you arrive late as there are no shops open (so bring food with you and drinks) and it the pavements are rubble - so walking can be hazardous. If you have a car it’s a great option

The location was quite ok/Not quite central to the city center but still easy to reach by bus/Hotel room looks as advertised

We were pleasantly surprised that Sarande Palace was an exception, the building is situated towards the end of the boulevard which gives the most beautiful sunset view and quietness, as the busy section of Sarande is very noisy

Very clean and new hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool is big. But the entire atmosphere was a bit odd - just a feeling. The cots at the pool were dirty

We came originally for a friend’s wedding in Tirana, but decided to do a little vacation for ourselves, since we came to Albania. The drive was spectacular, Albania and the roads scenery are absolutely gorgeous

The pool was clean and big, they have plenty of beds and cabanas available for guests in the beach area. The restaurant and the bars provided very good food and cocktails

Recommended for your stay in Sarande Great hotel if youre staying in Sarande. Great area and pool and right on the beach. Good breakfast. Nice and clean room.

Ory - the receptionist went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and perfect. She seriously runs the place and cares for the service they provide to guests

Parking was good however dinner time a lot of guests come and take up the parking spots so avoid using car at that time otherwise you could miss out finding a parking spot. Staff were easy going besides

I recently stayed at the Regina Garden Hotel in Vlore this September, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps away from the beach, with easy access to local attractions

The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. My experience at Regina Garden was wonderful. The staff’s hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable

Also breakfast was disappointing but that's probably because we are English and enjoy an English breakfast which was not available. There was a good continental selection however

It has a fairytale charm to it. The hotel is spread across a beautiful field, with an extremely large swimming pool, separate kid's pool and playgrounds and green spaces scattered around the grounds

An oasis right in the middle of nowhere of Albania. You wouldn’t expect such a nice hotel/camping area when you take off the bumpy main road and follow a not so trustworthy road to the resort

The restaurants serve quality food and our family were treated with care and attention from beginning till end. If you are driving through this part of the world, don't hesitate to stay here

Beautiful hôtel and spacious room. Localisation is perfect for close visits (Berat castle), not far from a lot of restaurants, and supermarket connected with the hôtel. Breakfast was good with choice

We booked the day before our stay and were not disappointed. Place was on a main street and has its own parking. Next to a beautiful local mosque

We had room 101- so could hear alot of people checking out (lots of luggage rolling on tiled floors) in the morning. Try and get a room at the end of the corridor!

Stayed here for one night with the family as part of our Balkan tour. Our tour company arranged for the hotel so not sure of the price. We found the hotel to be good for a one-night stay

Best view The view was impeccable. A bit far to the nearest restaurant, with some very steep hills. So steep that they were a bit scary to drive. Nice staff and very nice hotel.

The couple who own the place were really welcoming and made sure to help us out with even minute things like a charging plug. The road to the hotel is steep and scary but the views are definitely worth it all

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Overall a very good stay. Close to the beach, beds comfortable, good breakfast selection, clean and location good. Areas for improvement - tv reception and tv settings.

The pool area was very clean and inviting and your only a stone throw away from the beach. Your a 5 minutes walk from the very central part of sarande were you have all the bars and restaurants with a lovely chilled vibe

A bit far (30 min walking) to the center of Tirana, but there's a bus in front (40 lek). A very tiny reception, like the one in apartments. Breakfast is good, but no warm milk we saw

A modern, very clean hotel run by a very nice family. They were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They had a big garage for my bike, good wifi, air conditioning/heating, and a communal outdoor terrace

Beautiful, new, modern hotel. Staff were excellent and tried hard to use English for us. Food at the restaurant was excellent and well priced. They seemed very focused on customer service. A definite stay here.

Room was clean and huge, but the bright red carpets were dated and very worn, with dated furniture, so the rooms could do with a refresh

From the moment we arrived to the time we sadly had to leave all the staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and spoke very good English. The food at breakfast was very good, so many foods to choose from

For the evenings our dietary needs were met and the staff went over and above to ensure we were totally satisfied. We also made full use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. I had a very good massage during our stay

We were in Tirana for 3 nights and found the Doanesia Premium Hotel & Spa. It is a beautiful hotel with decent rooms, and a great spa and an excellent restaurant, whose food you have to eat to believe

A special mention for Sinan who went out of his way to help. My car tyres were low in pressure, and he volunteered to bring his own air compressor and filled my tyres with air. He also checked them again twice

All staff are welcoming & friendly. They are ready to help and advice whenever needed. Arranged airport pick and gave us the best price. Were met by a welcoming juice and a smile on everyone’s face

The room not the biggest one, however comfortable with twin of king bed. In the room also is small work desk. The room is not provided with the coffee facilities, however the cattle is available as well as small fridge
