I came for holiday with my family here. The hotel is very nice. Rooms with AC, comfortable beds. The view is amazing- you wake up everyday looking at the sea. Bartender Erika is the best! Very talkative and kind :))

Great hotel! The meals are varied and of good quality, the pool is large (a big plus), and the rooms are very clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable

It showed the level the hotel are willing to go to in order to give their clients the best stay. The hotel was walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants

On the other hand, the location is excellent, only about 10 minutes from the city center

The food was good and the waitress in the red hair with black clothes was very good, the man so working in the parking lot was nice, the man with tattoos so work in the bar was very kind and nice, and 2 girls from Africa were very good and nice 👍🏼👏🏻

I recently stayed at Mediterrane Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay

Wonderful staff, employs at the reception were more than kind and very hospitality,, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Location is the best you can have it in Tirana.

The location is central and makes getting around super easy. Everyone staff member were really lovely, from the men and women at the reception to the ladies at the kitchen to the ladies cleaning

All the tourists attractions in Tirana are very close to this hotel. Hotel staffs are very good. Especially, Klejdi, who worked from 03-11 PM, was a nice person and very helpful.

Spacious, clean room with a lovely view; higher floors are preferable. The restaurant is rather dreary, the outdoor facilities need renovation, and there's a general lack of maintenance outside.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable , sorroundings are clean , staff are very nice and always with smile and hospitable. Very nice ocean infront and bar they have. We will surely come back again

The reception, rooms, restaurant and pool bar area were all spotless. We arrived by taxi and were dropped right outside the hotel and greeted by staff. The breakfast was of good quality and plentiful every morning

The location was excellent, just a quick walk into the harbour area of Saranda, and the sea is just at the front of the hotel, I loved diving into it off their private pier

This was a great stay in Korçë! Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful, great spa with large indoor pool, saunas and hot tub as well as a hammam. The breakfast is excellent with buffet and al a carte menu

Their dedication to excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable, especially for families. The hotel has a fantastic kids' area, which kept the little ones entertained and allowed us to relax

Excellent stay in Korce, the hotel's spa facilities were excellent and its location in town, easy to navigate. Plus free parking. Highly recommend

Lighting was good in the room. There was a little bedside lamp on the bedside table as well as lighting above the bed. Ample power sockets throughout the room, including 2 beside the bed to charge your phone

Capital Tirana Hotel (or Capital Hotel) is a good hotel, but there are several things that prevent this hotel from being superb. For easy reading, I will organize my review into pro and cons

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent! A 10 minute (maximum) walk from the main square and all major sightseeing attractions

​The location is a real highlight—it was very convenient for getting around. My room was perfectly clean and well-maintained, which is always the most important factor for a comfortable stay

Excellent hotel not far from the city centre. Staff members were very helpful. Good breakfast.

Areas for improvement: the rooms were clean but I could smell smoke were previous occupants had smoked in the room

very practical location. Parking just outside the hotel. Good for a weekend visit. Breakfast simple. Staff reserved to begin but warmed up when spoken to kindly. Rooms small, bed comfortable.

Fantastic stay - highly recommend as a base for exploring Tirana. It was great the hotel had car parking and the reception staff even helped park it for me as the space was pretty tight

The hotel has a restaurant with a simple menu but serving at extended hours and accepts credit card. Nice variety of food and drinks and also in front of two small markets

Great hotel, great staff, clean, cozy - pool! 😎 and very good breakfasts. Rooms with air conditioning and a balcony, where there is a dryer for clothes. Underground parking, elevator.

Erta, Miki and Martina at the reception were very helpful, always kind and smiling and guided us to the most beautiful beaches nearby or anything we needed; the waiter, Alexander always smiling and always ready to help on anything we needed

Rooms super clean, every day clean towels and every second day clean sheets and they also washed our beach towels and gave us their owns. It will take me a week to write about this hotel, therefore I would give 7 stars

They seem to be on hand 24/7 and always ask how your day was and if they can do anything for you. It puts big 5* hotels to shame when you see a hotel like this and they really know how to make guests feel special

Lovely modern, clean and spacious hotel. Stayed 2 nights in family apartment, which sleeps 4 in 2 rooms (1 double bed and 1 with twin beds). Small fridge but no kitchenette

First of all, I want to mention the staff. Every single one if the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and in a modern design. The room size is good and the beds are comfortable

Overall I think it probably is nice if you’re given a good room and the aircon would work! Overall short walk into town etc and some nice places around

We must have come at the wrong time because the aircon did not work in our room making for a very uncomfortable stay, the room also had some mould in the bathroom and stained walls from old aircon unit

Hotel Senator is the best option to stay n Tirana. Excellent location, service, good food and especially the front desk. We are staying here for the second time and will come again

Very good location and nice and friendly staff. The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. It was a little bit noisy at times but it was fine

Good hotel Good breakfast, specious clean room, clean but weird bath though. Good internet, close to the main square (7-8 minutes walking). First time I saw hotel to promote Islam (see picture).

Service: The person who checked in was an old man who was very friendly. Facilities: Pretty good for Albania. Hygiene: no merit or demerit

There were free toiletries in the bathroom and the shower looked good but unfortunately the water came out everywhere when having a shower as there is no shower wall which left the floor being all wet

I had a really good stay at Kraal. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The recepsionist at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to

The fredo cappuccino is delicious and the pasta with shrimp was tasty as well. There is a beautiful lobby there that is huge and there are lots of chairs and couches to sit at as well as outside chairs and couches
