The hotel is clean a bit worn definitely not a 5 star but the staff are lovely especially the reception staff extremely helpful. Location is perfect, breakfast could do with more variety as if you have any allergies then you are going to struggle.

Allocated a room here after ******* messed up our reservation at the Metro hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable and centrally located. Room let down a bit by minor things - missing plug in basin, missing handle on shower door but fine for one night. The room was in an annex, away from the main building. It was located on the first floor above the breakfast and pizza restaurant there is no lift to the first floor, so you have to use the stairs. Hotel was nice but the shower is by the toilet and there is no barrier so everytime you shower you have to dry everything and all your towels will be very wet. You can't kkep the toilet paper roll near toilet. Also, the music is very loud and never turns off.

From all the restaurants I’ve been to in Dürres, Belconti has honestly been the best. The Greek salad was amazing, the vegetables were super fresh and you could really taste the difference. Rooms very good standard, spacious and clean, with air conditioning. During our 10 days stay, there was 1 power outage for 2 hours, and 3-4 times there was no water for 1-2 hours. Staff friendly. Breakfast and dinner poor.

The hotel was generally very nice. The cleanliness, prices, and location were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a price–performance hotel. The only downside was that the beach was a bit neglected and the area for swimming in the sea was quite small. Also, the breakfast was the same every morning, so some variation would be a nice improvement.

We had a great week at Kompleks Joni! The staff were very friendly and welcoming — even our dog was treated with kindness by everyone. The private beach made our stay even more relaxing, perfect for a quiet vacation. Can't forget to mention our balcony view, it was breathtaking during sunset and by night. We were so happy with our stay! They managed to give us a room with an amazing view, and the staff – Paolien, Daisy, Limon, Jason, and another night staff member – were all incredibly friendly and service-minded. Great hotel lovely people. But day after arriving we wanted to use the pool and was told that it was closed down for the winter. No deck chairs. After 5 days a lot of Albania families came, straight away deck chairs came out, pool was cleaned. Also they might have a spa, but not as we know it. We stayed at this hotel before and after our Valbona-Theth hike. They let us store our luggage there, which was nice. We stayed in two different rooms. The first one was really nice, but the AC was not working. The bathroom in the second room could have used some repairs, and had a leaky sink. However, the AC in that room was working.
