We enjoyed our stay here! Lots of parking, clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and great breakfast. I want to come back and swim when the pool is filled :-)

We enjoyed our stay at Univers Hotel due to bad weather last night. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy beds . Air-conditioning and large bathroom. The receptionist was gentle and very polite. Breakfast included for every room. It is located near the state road that takes to southeast borders and main cities Korçë, Pogradec. WiFi is not available for some reason. We didn't ask for it.

Basic hotel in the area. Rooms are clean but facilities are a bit dated. I.e. Shower door leaks water in our room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very basic washroom supply with small packets of shampoo only. Not expensive and reasonable pricing. Included breakfast but need to pay for coffee.

Nice hotel, room had a comfortable bed and was decently sized. The bathroom was a little run down and shower door was missing so water splashed everywhere. Hotel staff were kind and service was brilliant. The location is good only a 10 minute walk from Elbasan centre, and the room has wonderful views. Thanks for having us.

The hotel is in the best location. We received a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly, and we were also given the possibility of a late check-out, which was a big advantage for us. Overall, we had a great experience.

Updated hotel with a large room, comfortable bed, a terrace, and a modern bathroom. Medium quality beakfast was included, but sadly, the coffee was not up to the usual Albanian quality and there was no coffee service in the room. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception desk. Conveniently located right off of the main promenade and close to the river.

Very nice hotel, the staff are pleasant, the room is clean, and the breakfast is decent! The hotel's location is one of its strengths: right in the center! One small downside is that the parking lot is rather small, which can be inconvenient! I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located by one of the plazas near the river. The room was okay but it faced the street and was noisy. The bathroom was a challenge. No place for putting personal toiletries and the toilet paper was on the opposite wall across from the toilet. Breakfast was okay. There is only one small elevater which causes a traffic jam when groups depart.

I had a great time, too bad you can't order drinks, so I always have to go to restaurants. Otherwise, I had a wonderful time.

It is a top notch hotel. However, it needs a touch of Gym facilities for those who exercises every morning like me. Another review is that of your desk receptionist ( Arlind, ) who gave his all in making sure our stay was animated. He took out time to explain interesting places of visits and offered a good customer gesture.

The place exceeded our expectations. We booked primarily to ensure that we could easily park the car. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, which made overall experience great. The location was also great. You need to hike up to the main sites but it’s pretty close and it is a calm place for sleeping.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights and I did a stupid thing. The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day. The breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable. No coffee powder in room and only 3 bags of tea during 4 days stay.

We were in Tirana for 3 nights and found the Doanesia Premium Hotel & Spa. Lovely, modern place with delicious local food, kids-friendly, welcoming, hard-working staff and amazing swimming pools. Sunbeds in the beach as well as around the swimming pools are not scarce. Great location in Ksamil The hotel is beautiful and in a great location - only issue was you couldn’t really stay at the pool during the day as there were no sun beds meaning you have to pay to go to the beach and have a lounger every day!

A large well-located property in Vlore. You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye used to review Western hotels. This hotel has an accommodating staff. There was no room safe, no coffee maker, virtually no AC but the facility and large room had a nice fit and finish to it. It is a modern hotel. I would stay here again.

Situated a walk from the beach and restuarants. Staff friendly and helpful in reception and the bar. The food was very poor, unlike everywhere else we had stayed and eaten. This is obviously an overnight stay hotel for tours and it shows in the standard of food. Breakfast had plenty of choice but it was difficult to access. Room was ok, large but had a structural beam as a feature!

Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

Everything is very taste. The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much. Thank you, we are having a wonderful time with our children.

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. For this money this is the best place to be. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. There is also a place to park which is very hard to find in this city. I stayed 3 weeks in the hotel and I can say that the thing I like the most is how welcome the guys at the reception were. Don't think twice to book this hotel.

Great costumer service, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, parking space is in front of the building. Flat TV , air-conditioning, king bed, big windows. Close to city centre. Is a good choice with 24h reception.

this hotel was very charming, clean, large spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, there was a great variety, hot foods, pastries, jams, cereals, and beverages. The location was terrific. It was a short walk to the main square, and a lot of shopping and dining very close by.

We loved the very spacious room, with a great shower, and TV spaced perfectly on the wall. Location is fabulous. We had a glass of wine one night here and it was the equivalent of under five dollars per nice pour! Breakfast was not great, but the coffee was hot and plentiful.

This hotel was very dim and gloomy, felt a bit sad and dated. The location is excellent and the rooms relatively clean and comfortable. The staff seemed obsessed with the keys, we asked for a spare one and were warned if any keys were lost we’d be charged €5, one morning part of our group were on a day trip and the receptionist practically chased them out the building to ask where the key was…. we...

Ornate lobby with many comfy couches and upholstered chairs. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water in large bathroom. MiniMart next door. Friendly staff at Reception Desk. Very decent offerings at breakfast, more than the usual and expected. You can't go wrong here.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Hotel Austria. The interior design is elegant and luxurious, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It truly felt like a 5-star experience — hard to believe it’s only rated 4 stars!

Our family of four stayed here for the weekend, and we can't stop talking about how lovely it was! We arrived to the owner waiting on us. She took us straight to our room and was so kind! We had the large room with a queen bed on the bottom level, and two twin beds upstairs for our kids! The hotel was BEAUTIFUL. Quality place in the old town just on the edge of the mountainside and all the cobbled laneways. + Breakfast is great + Shower decent pressure and hot + Lovely hosts Note on parking - as in old town limited ability to park directly at place. Parking arranged at a space 5-10 minute walk away. But hotel has arrangement with parking place and will facilitate payment.

we were pretty happy with our assigned room, except that we had to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to it. There was no kettle but we were given one when we requested. No table, so we had to place the kettle on the floor to boil our water. Though not marketed as an AIRBNB, it operates like one, though there must be at least a dozen rooms in this building. Great hotel in Berat. Easy walking access to the main pedestrian street with great shops and restaurants. Excellent price, will stay again .

Such a lovely and authentic place. The location is spot on, right next to the 1000 windows view point. The owners are very lovely and are willing to help with anything you need. We didn't have a parking spot, so he just took the car to the private parking spot(cost 2€) and brought it back the next morning. Home like breakfast that the lady prepared just for us and chocolate milk for the kids.

Conveniently located next to the Bachelor Mosque and at the head of the main bridge, I was a bit worried that it might be too noisy. But even with a room facing the street it was very quiet at night. The room is very clean - the floors are well polished that I felt I need remove my shoes immediately after I enter the room. The AC works fine and the decoration was very nice.
