The room is clean and tidy and the service attitude is good. If you save English when traveling, it can help the front desk staff to confirm the check-in information more quickly. Overall it is a good experience. The front desk bar is also very good.

The air conditioning did not work well, the heat in the room was horrible. We told reception that a supposed technician was coming but he never came.

The room was not necessarily what you would expect from a 4* hotel (damaged and stained walls) but did the job perfectly for one night, and allows quick access to the city center (7-10min walk)

The location is great, right in the city center. However, this 4-star hotel definitely doesn't live up to its rating! The breakfast was exactly the same every single day of our 10-day stay – absolutely nothing changed, no variety whatsoever! They seriously need to consider diversifying their breakfast offerings!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Skanderbeg Square, with views of the square. However, the room was quite small. The bathroom featured a shower-over-bath setup, but the tub itself was very narrow, making showering uncomfortable. Amenities like bathrobes and tea bags were also missing.

Fast check-in, location near the central square, A/C in the room (it was quite cold but the A/C helped me to warm the room a bit) plus a fridge and quite a big bathroom. Breakfast was rather limited and not much tasty (one kind of salami, cheese and sausage, scrambled or fried eggs, cereals, yoghurt, apples and some vegetables), not very good coffee. The staff were excellent, the food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. However, the building work around the hotel made relaxing at the pool and on the terrace impossible. The hotel, or *******, should advise guests, before they book that the disruption is intrusive and makes the pool area unsafe (by UK standards).
