Not much working here Air conditioning did not work. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Beach towels you had to pay for everyday. Staff was either ignorant or did not speak English. Some were even rude. Many restrictions on what to do or what not to do. One out of two elevators broken. All in all a mediocre experience. Location on the beach was great!

Durres The most expensive hotel on our 6 day trip , the worst split unit Air conditioner above the bed. Extra payment needed for swimming pool and beach , but both poor. Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean. A few minutes walking away is Sheqer lake park with a large private pool and good restaurant, also a lot more relaxed than Ksamil beach.

It's a small family running hotel, new one. All arrears very clean. We didn't need a cleaning but they asked us if we want to change towels or sheets every day. It is a budget hotel very close to the center of Shkodër. I stayed for two nights here. The room was okay but the breakfast is included in the price of room. The hotel is in a old family owned building which is beautiful but rooms require some renovations. I really liked the breakfast which was tasty and of good portion size.

Fantastic location right in the center and close to where the bus from Tirana drops you off. You can leave luggage there for your hike in Valbona. They were so nice and helpful with information. This resort is just wonderful. The excellent service, the welcoming staff, the cleanliness, the quality of the cooking are all excellent for the very pleasing price. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

Clean room, superb amenities,lovely staff, good drinks and an all round lovely atmosphere.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. The hotel is convenient for this purpose: you can stroll into the large park and spend a few hours there. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny rooms. How Radisson allowed this for the price is beyond me. Sometimes, you literally can't move around in them.

Building is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Customer experience is lacking. Spa pricing is a nonsense. 20 eur per sauna per person per 20 minutes! That could be just added value since the saunas are heated anyways and no one uses them with this ridiculous plan. Extremely disappointed. My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters. The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot

Overall we had a really good experience here. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and is served quickly! My one criticism is that the kitchens in the rooms don't really have basic things like a bottle opener, chopping board, etc.

You cannot review Eastern European hotels with the same eye you use to review a Western hotel. While nice, this property had some problems. It is modern but sparce, it had a very nice bathroom. There was a safe in the room and a mini-refrig. There was no coffee maker, it had very weak WIFI and weak AC master controlled from the front desk. The shower was slow to drain, the vanity sink drain was broken...

Perfect place to stay in Kruje We had great rooms with balconies overlooking the bazaar. Breakfast was delicious. We had a couple of issues - neither room had any cold water at the basin which made cleaning teeth unpleasant. And no toilet roll in one room on arrival. But we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel in such a fab setting. Easy parking too

Great hotel with all the necessities, good location just besides the kruje bazar and close to kruje castle. The hotel has good wifi, is clean and has a nice restaurant. The reception is friendly and has some good recommendations on what to do and how to get around in the area. The only downside is no fitness area.

While our room could have used a little updating, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were extremely professional and very helpful. The location and the views were perfect, and an easy drive from the airport after a long travel day.
