Super friendly staff. Perfectly equipped rooms. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is very welcoming and fulfills every wish. The breakfast is limited, unfortunately always the same selection, but adequate for the price. The location is central. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The property location is centrally situated. The rooms are a little on the small side. Biggest drawback was the pervasive and persistent cigarette smoke and cigar smoke smell, both exterior with the entrance/outside cafe area, the lobby, the bar, the elevator and hallways, and rooms. This singular smell issue will prevent us from choosing this location in the future.

It is customary in Albania to smoke in every corner. In the hotel smoking from the lobby floor goes up to the rooms and it's just unbearable. It's hard to breathe. The clothes stinked, even in the room.

A bit pricey since spa cost extra even sauna they charge 15 euros per person per day. The breakfast is great. Rooms are a bit dated with many things semi broken, lights are blue/greenish , uncomfortable. No coffee powder in room and only 3 bags of tea during 4 days stay.

There was a bit of a glitch when we went to book in; our rooms were not ready, and I felt that the receptionist wasn't very engaging. The owners were great and very welcoming, they give you a warm feeling that you’re at your own house. The room was super clean, the food was very tasty. Our time in Edina Hotel was totally awesome, the owners so welcome and kind, modern and clean room and toilet. You should try the delicious breakfast and the owners always asked if i wanted something extra or what i wish to eat. Near hotel there are beautiful beaches so there is no need to move by car. I stayed at Hotel Deluxe in Tirana in June and had a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Modern, quiet hotel with a convenient location. A pleasant stay I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe suite which had a jacuzzi bath and sauna in the room! The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious. Disappointing the jacuzzi wasn't working and the sauna didn't warm up very well. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. Hotel as contrasting as the country. A beautiful room but very poorly insulated from the outside. Quite poorly located on the edge of the ring road and a city entrance, a hub for entering from the west of the city. 10 minutes to color the water for it to finally be warm, poorly made seal so the bathroom floods after every shower. This hotel is nestled near a highway where traffic is a problem... relatively noisy all night despite the windows being closed... dilapidated room but great bedding! Average maintenance, soiled and dark carpet, hair found in the bathroom….Big disappointment also with the breakfast, nothing homemade but industrial, the same for the orange and apple juices! It was great - especially compared to the usual service you get in Drimadhe. The rooms can get some adjustments (maybe re-furnish?), but overall quite good. The breakfast was pleasant - anyway best experience remains the dinner, great food!

Absolutely fabulous stay at this hotel. Positioned one row back from the beach, with limited sea views, which is more than made up for by the staff. The staff are superb, nothing is too much trouble for them. There’s a great roof top pool and bar area, which gets the sun in the afternoon. The room was small, but adequate. Each room has a balcony. Breakfast was included, with lots of choice.

Lovely hotel by the seaside. Chose the best suite on site and I am not disappointed at all. The jacuzzi was great, the bathroom left clean and the room kept tidy at all times. The sea view was also very much welcome, despite the slight obstruction by the construction sites.

A really nice hotel set just back from the coast. There is currently some construction going on infront of the hotel for some new apartments, it didn't affect us at all. The pool is on the roof of the hotel and although not the biggest, it is a really nice quiet area and as the hotel isn't the biggest, we never had issues with space. this hotel was very charming, clean, large spacious rooms. The breakfast was wonderful, there was a great variety, hot foods, pastries, jams, cereals, and beverages. The location was terrific. It was a short walk to the main square, and a lot of shopping and dining very close by.

We loved the very spacious room, with a great shower, and TV spaced perfectly on the wall. Location is fabulous. We had a glass of wine one night here and it was the equivalent of under five dollars per nice pour! Breakfast was not great, but the coffee was hot and plentiful.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Hotel Austria. The interior design is elegant and luxurious, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It truly felt like a 5-star experience — hard to believe it’s only rated 4 stars!

Interesting location - the hotel is only on the 9th 10th and 11th floors of the building so dont exoect a majestic front entrance. The elevator to the hotel is inside the lobby and goes up the outside of the building. Once you're there the hotel is excellent. Good rooms, friendly staff and a freat breakfast selection.

Food is fine and the amount of choice is wide considering the limited size of the hotel. The employees are very kind and helpful. However, the mainpool is a bit too small when you’re with kids. It is often crowded. There is a second pool but it is adults only. The third, indoor pool was closed. There is a beach 100M in front of the hotel with enough space. There is a gym but it has no airco.

Nice, clean hotel, in a good location. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Skanderberg Square, therefore it is easy to get to all of the places of interest on foot. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate but basic and at times there was no food left. They were not very quick to top up the food.

We visited the aqua park, the price to enter is outrageous. Then we could only eat there as you cannot bring food in with you and the food was disgusting. The burger had lots of tomatoes and cucumbers and hardly any meat also we have hard piece of black plastic inside that broke my tooth. We will not be coming back here during our stay.

The girl at the reception was very polite and always ready to help us with anything. Also the prices were pretty good. We spent a good time there! 😌
