The place is simple, no frills. The food is delicious, there is a transfer from the morning to the ski lift (sometimes).

It’s very cozy and close enough to the ski lift, although the climb up the mountain in the morning is tiring.

Great place to stay. Close to the ski slope. In the summer there were problems with wifi. Lived for 11,000 drams

The hotel is brand new and everything is kept very clean and tidy. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool - definitely a bonus in hot Yerevan

The hotel offers a big swimming pool, a really good place to relax and have a swim in the hot summer

Good hotel - great pillows (indeed, not every hotel can boast of good pillows), always fresh towels, acceptable cleaning

The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming although English language is somewhat poor but they tried to help as much as they could

You can reach the city center by taxi in 10 minutes and there is a good big mall very near to the hotel

The location is also good: the hotel is near to the important Museum of Armenian Genocide, there is a big shopping mall in the neighbourhood and with a five-minute taxi ride you can reach the beautiful Erevan centre

Location Location of Venezia Palazzo is kinda far from city center (Republic Square) it takes about 10-20 minutes there and costs 1000-2000 AMD. But it's near to Water Park and Zoo. For me, the location is pretty Great

She personally guided us on a detailed tour of our room, ensuring that we were fully aware of all the amenities and comforts available

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet

That said, the huge bed, nearly 200 cm wide, was extremely comfortable, even with just the single large blanket provided. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was broken

The receptionist spoke no English, and payment had to be made in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. The tap water had a strange chemical taste, so we mainly drank bottled water

This is an ok hotel with a big well kept area, a good pool, a lot of green and facility for kids' entertainment. Food is almost basic and repetitive with only 2 hot dishes but a lot of various salads

The pool is very nice, albeit a little cold

I have been there for about 10 days in July 2025 it was a great place I have a very good memories there I hope to visit it again soon 🔜.

Pretty good place, with different activities.

The furniture could be more practical and less monumentally big! We ordered breakfast from the menu, which took time much later, but was good. There are big and small supermarkets around, within a couple of minutes walk

They let us first have a look at available rooms, then we chose the rooms. The rooms are very large and clean. Water was hot with good pressure, ACs were not all the newest, but somehow functioning

Thanks for giving us a few good nights in Yerevan, as said after really very bad experiences, although probably without Russian speaking it would not really be possible

com that 2 apartments didn't exist and booking wanted the cost and was completely lost to take care of fraudsters in Yerevan, we found out about this hotel

Total and absolute lack of attention to details: no bedside tables and lights, extremely small bathroom in a 2-floor cottage, no working locks on the doors, no chairs and table in the balcony, short beds

A very newly built hotel in Goris. The staff were really good and nice people and the facilities were all new and working fine. Free high speed WiFi was available and the breakfast was excellent. A very joyful stay!

It was a truly wonderful experience! The atmosphere was so warm and cozy. The care and attention made us feel very comfortable. A lush vineyard above the table and a lovely fruit garden created such a special charm

We found this one by coincidence and it was the best, they spoke English and was very welcoming and helpful to us. The rooms are very clean and warm, they also have fast wifi. Highly recommended when in Goris!

The prices are very reasonable for what you get. One of the highlights is the large, professional swimming pool its spacious and very well maintained

It was really a great experience staying in this hotel ! We were there for skiing Aragats and the position is perfect ! But the best surprise it has been the kitchen and the chef! I am allergic to gluten so that I can not eat wheat flour and the chef made special dishes for me such as potato pizza and baked potatoes filled with vegetables

Everything was clean and cozy, and for the price it was pretty good, not far from the city center. The only issue was with the shower; the water wouldn't drain. Otherwise, it was perfectly fine.

The room is spacious, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Luxurious shower with massage device in the bathroom. Golden Apricot is a short walk from the railway station

Great value for money and close to the airport! The floors are a bit dirty, but bathrooms and linnen are all very clean

I was there and really liked the hotel; the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I was especially surprised by the low prices. It's simply a luxury hotel at very low prices.

Everything you need is in the hotel - a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, a kettle in the room, an iron (on request), Wi-Fi in room 6 - weak in the part of the room where the bed is, closer to the opposite wall - normal, but best on the 1st floor, as I understand it, there is excellent Wi-Fi (there are rooms there too)

The room is small — I'm not saying it's a suite or a luxury space — but it's perfect after a long day exploring Yerevan. You’ll find comfort in a quiet and clean environment. I will definitely be coming back!

If going to Lake Sevan, Tsovasar is an absolute gem! Get one of their bungalows in front of the water - it's an absolute must! Not only are they well appointed luxury rooms, the view is to die for! They overlap in a way that all of them have a perfect view of the water

The infinity pool, sandy beach and restaurant are only steps away. The staff are also incredible and sure to take care of you

Very basic room and same for bathroom : small, with tiny shower with plastic, leaky doors and no toiletries, worn out grey-ish towels. No need to log in to wifi, but very weak

The hotel adheres to the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness and service. It is centrally located, with abundant parking in close proximity. The breakfast is a veritable feast with options for every kind of diet.

There is also a restourant around the parking area which has the best food, and definitely hits the vibe just hanging out with your friends when there is no one in the restourant and you are drinking tea

I booked City Hotel for my friends who were coming to Armenia from Dubai. They like everything including breakfast and tours which were provided by their tour operator. The prices are also very cheap

They went out of their way to make us welcome and help, which meant a lot. Lovely tasty breakfast, and a great shop downstairs that sells artisan cheeses and beer. Recommend this place fully :)

Very well located, clean rooms. Stela at the reception was kind to make us reservation in restaurants as well as ordering us taxis. Liliya prepared us amazing breakfast in the morning and had our rooms super clean

The rooms are comfortable, but I would put a nightstand in the bathroom, otherwise there’s nowhere to put things when you go to shower =) The hosts made us happy, they were always ready to help us, bed linen and towels in the room were changed upon request! We were satisfied!

A great place for an affordable and complete vacation. I can't say high-class about the rooms and the building, but of course this is not a 5-star hotel either

I have been in this spa/sauna many times. The service is very friendly, the area is clean, food is tasty, prices are also reasonable compared to similar saunas. It's a great place to spend a nice time with friends
