Just checked into one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m genuinely impressed. The interior is cozy yet modern, the atmosphere is peaceful. What truly stood out, though, is Manager Daria

We stayed for three nights. Hotel is a good and comfortable place to reside. Staff especially the manager Darya was very friendly and welcoming. Location of the hotel has the quality of calmness and vibrancy.

A very good hotel located outside the capital (about 15 minutes from the center by taxi) and high up (very well located in terms of climate compared to hotels in the city center where it's hot) with a large pool for swimming laps and a pergola for relaxing in the shade

All the staff were very, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was amazing, breakfast was tasty. The view from the back veranda was great looking over the city and the canyon

It is a small hotel with an outdoor swimming pool (which we used on a daily basis), fantastic views at the back, very clean and very friendly & personalised service

The rooms have a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge. There's also a small TV, but we never turned it on 😁. The beds are decent, and the WiFi is available and free

The location also suited us, as it is on the edge of the city with easy access to the centre. During our extended stay in Yerevan, I looked at many hotels and stayed in two others, but this was by far our favourite

The restaurant had a fantastic setting and the food was quite good. They also offered a good breakfast for all kinds of diets, served at convenient times. All in all, we were very happy with our time at Lastiver

Lastiver Resort is a beautiful place with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are cosy and well-kept, and the overall organisation of the resort is excellent

The pool and spa facilities — including two saunas and jacuzzis — were a highlight, offering both comfort and incredible views. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay

One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor jacuzzi and pool, both perfectly placed at the canyon’s edge, making for an unforgettable experience

For entertainment, the resort features a ping pong and billiards room in a second building, which stays open until midnight—perfect for keeping guests entertained after the pool closes at 10 PM

Despite the complete lack of artificial glamour and glitz, with each proud cheap Hotels in Yerevan, Nare hotel is quite modern - there is a conference hall for various events, parking – pay free for hotel guests, there is a sauna with a big swimming pool and a billiard room

Incredibly beautiful view is fascinating – especially from the roof of the building, where is situated cafe for guests of the hotel, offers a panorama of the whole city and the Ararat

Small hotel with great atmosphere. The personel was really outgoing and friendly, location in the middle of town but u need 10 minutes walking to first main street

Staffs are very friendly and very flexible. My flight was 5pm and as per the rule I had to leave the room 12pm but they let me stay until the time I wanted.

We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2

Pros: - Very nice mini-hotel for a relatively cheap price; - Fresh air of countryside; - Neat, warm rooms (it was a cold March) with conditioner; Towels, shampoo-toothbrush; - Cons is that it is rather far from city center and have little infrastructure around

Amazing view, half way among airport and city center, very close bus station. Amazing breakfast with Armenian coffee and traditional Armenian dishes.

The service and maintenance are excellent. The hotel facilities are in perfect condition, everything works, everything is clean and atmospheric. Home cooking is prepared at the guest's request.

Great hotel, very hospitable owner, you can get to the center by taxi or bus. Situated in a quiet area, there is a supermarket nearby. We will be happy to come back and recommend to others.

However, the nearest bus stop is just 2 mins of walking distance away. Bus 18 takes you to France Square directly from there. Yandex Go Taxi and Yandex Eats service readily available here

Kirovi Tun Resort in Dilijan exceeded our expectations! We stayed in a 3-bedroom cottage that was incredibly spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean

The patio is such an inviting place to just sit and relax with a glass of wine. They also have an even nicer sitting area in their restaurant where you can order food and drinks

One of the best hotels I have been. Room: was really clean and comfortable. Service: staff were friendly and supportive even though they don’t speak English well

Location and view of the place is extremely nice, almost 7 minutes drive away from downtown and old town. There was a small pool , slide and swing for kids to play

The best place for family and alone. Good staff, best view, nice and clean rooms. You can enjoy your time in this place. Near to city centre. They have just little place for swimming. For relax need a week.

The pool and a cozy table under a walnut tree saved the 40-degree heat. Special thanks to the host for hospitality, helpfulness and icy spring water. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Friendly and attentive to all the needs of the living owner - Gregory. Dishes, kettle, clean towels provided without problems. Outside there is a swimming pool with clean water and barbecue facilities

On the ground floor minus excellent sauna for very reasonable money. Balconies on all three floors. From the top view of the city and Ararat. In principle, we were satisfied. Lived in the fourth five days

Our double room was very large with separate bedroom and sitting room as well as the balcony seating. If possible obtain a rear facing room away from the busy main road

This is a very nice, rustic street in old Dilijan which contains a hotel, restaurant, some craft workshops and some souvenir shops. It very pleasant to to walk there and dock up the relaxed atmosphere

The place is very clean and the room is spacious. I loved both interior and exterior as it gave us a cosy and warm feeling. It’s a walking distance from the center of the village

I was a solo traveler and they treated me like a family, I was very happy and satisfied with the service even though they couldnt understand english that well but they were still ready to help! Trust me this is Best hotel in Yerevan

Breakfast was the BEST breakfast we had had in a while. There was such a wide selection of different dishes, from various cheeses and hams, to hot dishes and Armenian specialties

This place is amazing!! It is so beautiful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food is absolutely incredible! It is a must do if you are touring Armenia, very close to Garni Temple and Symphony of Stones.

Armenian hospitality is something that can only be fully understood by experiencing it for yourself and Ana goes above and beyond to share that here. The home-cooked, traditional Armenian food served is incredible

Wonderful restaurant and amazing setting. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we loved the lake shore views. We would particularly reccomend the pickled betroot . Swimming in lake sevan was brilliant .

What a wonderful place! Firstly, it's remarkably quiet, not just the restaurant but the entire area is quite peaceful. It's conveniently located near the road and has a lovely open space next to Lake Sevan

We went to the restaurant twice and loved the food. The service takes some time since it is busy and the food is so fresh. They spoke some English and were very friendly. The food was delicious

This is one of its kind. I felt as if I visited Greece. Beautiful themed resort with private lakeshore. tasty food and good ambiance. only thing I didn't like is it is far from sevan city.

The interior is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The food is exceptionally pleasant, with the freshest ingredients, which is surprising for such a remote location

The whitefish, fresh from the lake, and the incredibly fresh salad made for a superb meal. The staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable

Its clean, seems to be recently renovated and the staff are great! Dont expect a breakfast buffet, 24 hour room service with a swimming pool and jacuzzi for that price

I am not sure how, but some parts of the floor were heated (which I personally liked :) ) The hotel staff were very efficient and courteous - one of them even booked a taxi for me on her app since I was having issues with mine

Property is located at an excellent location (about 5 min walk to the Republic square and adjacent to the President's residence I was told) - though getting in and out is via a small lane

Don't let the decadent exterior of the building fool you. Nice, clean, spacious and newly renovated room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Conversation is English is not a problem

Well other reviews are right to describe this place as a bit if an odd throwback to Soviet times, a big block-shaped hotel on the edge of town. That said, I was pleased to find it clean and comfortable with nice staff

My group was in transit, so it met out needs perfectly well. It is a hike to get into town by foot; easy with a car. Quite a nice breakfast spread in the separate restaurant building

Good hotel with new repair and convenient location.

Next to the hotel there are other hotels and restaurants and if one of them makes noise or turns loud music on you basically can't do anything but bare it (don't call the police, it'll more likely make more problems than benefit)

Some other stuff was broken in the room and in the bathrooms. I liked that the rooms were big enough to move freely and the couches were comfortable. | Service: The service staff was very helpful and caring

| Park: My most favorite part in this hotel was the park. It was a very large place with grass-ground. You could either sit on the grass or on the benches, outdoor pavilions etc

New building is nice, well equiped, very clean, kitchen is located in the first floor and just next to hotel is Jean Paul existential cafe which is indeed one of the most epic places in city center

I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan. The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close

The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. They speak English well, and they will solve your problems before you even acknowledge them

I stayed there for 2 weeks, and the staff were very polite and kind, answering all questions , the room was always clean. the reception was helpful too. I will stay there again next time

Rooms are small, but comfy and cozy. Prices are very reasonable especially if you go during the high pick of the season. I’d stay there on my next visit as well, for sure

The hotel is reconstructed in spring 2017. Before that it had other name and was not very nice one. All old comments belong to the old hotel which dont exist anymore

It is a very comfortable hotel, we were even received at night.

It was very good 7 years ago, I think it will be better now...
