The door unlocking is quite loud and there was a kind of large gap under the door, which I think let sound carry more from the hall. I also heard heavy footsteps from other guests some nights

I made this booking for a friend, and I’m sharing his review on his behalf: “I’d definitely stay here again. The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was impressively quiet

The only downsides were a couple of broken lamps (so the lighting was dim) and a dead battery in the room safe. However, given the excellent price, these were minor issues. Highly recommended for the value!”

It was more than enough, but the only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety, such as cold cuts or additional dishes. The staff was amazing—very kind, helpful, and welcoming

We received a free bottle of water every day, and there was also a free water dispenser downstairs where you could refill anytime

The hotel truly had everything you need, and honestly, even more than expected for the price. The value for money is outstanding

We book this hotel not for the first time, very satisfied. There is something to see around the hotel, monuments of Armenia. Many shops and cafes near the hotel. Taxi to the airport, 16 minutes drive

The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems

Pleasant impressions of the hotel. The staff is polite. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and everything you need in the bathroom.

The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm

A hotel of a European level, in the houses a beautiful and high-quality repair, everything is new. The territory is very beautiful, birches, a playground, a pool, barbecue facilities, swings, tents

Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar

What I would say is that Nirvana was the better lake resort, with bungalows right on the lake, especially if you get Nirvana bungalow #1 or Nirvana bungalow #2 with big bay window and modern fittings (however other bungalows are being renovated, and it's such a friendly, cute, quirky, beautiful site), and Garden Inn Resort Sevan was the better site in terms of beauty with its plentiful trees and facilities...

The bathroom has heated floors and an electric heated towel rail. The sink is small, though, and there's not even a place to put toothpaste or shaving gel. The grounds are poorly maintained—fallen leaves are everywhere

Again, I understand, time of year means less bookings and therefore it's probably not viable to pay staff for the kitchen during that period. We would have liked to have experienced it though

This place is absolutely great in the heart of Yerevan with an amazing manager Alex! He was super friendly and even gave us a souvenir to remember our stay. I couldn't recommend enough this place!

I had a wonderful stay with my family for 4 nights. Location is excellent, in middle of the city. Room was clean and well maintained. Alex is really a nice and welcoming person. Overall it is really good experience

The breakfast is decent and homemade. The entire premises and room are clean. But what I enjoyed the most was when the owner played piano brilliantly and it was a bizarre experience overall

We needed to wait a day before our flight. The room was a bit dated, but the price was reasonable. There's a courtyard, swings, a pool, and a gazebo. Thank you for the prompt service

The hotel is well located, close to the city center. The room is large and comfortable, with a balcony. The only inconvenience is having to walk down the stairs with your suitcase and up the stairs to the entrance

The room is decent we booked for family and the staffs were very helpful and accommodating. My only concern is the balcony cant lock so we van here the music from outside

The breakfast is delicious: eggs, cheeses, sausages, dairy products, and they even made oatmeal at my request. However, the coffee is only instant

Wonderful room, and very welcoming hosts!

However, we walked a lot, were tired, and slept well anyway. The room was clean and had its own clean bathroom. All amenities were provided: towels, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste and brush, and soap

The best thing is the breakfast. It's different every day. There's a small swimming pool for swimming. The service is friendly. It's a family hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Yerevan Steps.

The outside area and small pool is really pleasant and lovely to have a swim to cool off from the summer heat

To sum it up: I once saw a review of this hotel where someone described their stay not 'like at a hotel,' but 'like staying with relatives. It was truly lovely to receive such care and attention from the wonderful staff

The nearest convenience store has a currency exchange machine where you can exchange US dollars and euros for AMD. The owner was very welcoming and spoke English. He provided a lot of information upon check-in

I'd like to thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome and for their kind attitude towards us from start to finish. Breakfast was included and very delicious, with some homemade products as well

On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books

The hotel is super clean, a bit out of the way (1. 5-2km from the main cafes), but for us it was a plus. We can't say anything about the soundproofing, as we were the only ones on the floor, so we didn't hear anyone

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The owners were very lovely, hospitable and friendly. They were trying to help with everything. The food was delicious, too (the cook makes amazing omelettes, cutlets and pancakes)

I recently stayed at the guesthouse in V. MOD and it was a truly wonderful experience. The family is amazing — so kind, welcoming, and caring. The room was spotless, very clean and beautifully kept

Offering water, tea, soup, bread, medicine, taking care of us, whatever they could think of to make us feel better, fulfilling all our wishes. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay

Let me start by saying that this hotel accepts MIR cards. I was already on the plane, and managed to book it 5 minutes before takeoff. The others are in my bookmarks, booked or confirmed only with Visa or MasterCard

A window with a makeshift curtain, as pictured. The shower has an unpleasant smell from leaks. There's no heater, so it's chilly. There were four towels, and they were small

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's a 40-minute walk to Republic Square. About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there's a 24-hour convenience store, but they don't accept MIR cards or rubles

The furniture was a bit tired, the nightstand was dented, but I didn't test it. The chair is getting ready to go to the carpentry world, don't sit there. But the air conditioner remote is holding up

I have to say that the chef's skills in this Chinese restaurant are really good, which greatly satisfied my Chinese appetite. The hotel management and hygiene of the Chinese owner are very good

I don't understand the negative reviews for this hotel. The bathroom and toilet are clean. It has a good cooling system (air conditioner). It has good hot water for the bathroom

Of course, there is no elevator and the breakfast is fixed and does not have variety. Its biggest advantage is its close access to Republic Square

Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot

Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard

During my stay for 3nights everytime I go to their reception, the owner will always tell or asked me to come and seat relax in the garden because they garden will swimming pool

The towels were dazzlingly clean. As were the bedsheets. The mattresses, however, quite possibly predate my grandmother. We also wasn’t expecting to share the apartment with cockroaches - hopefully they paid their share.

There is also a parking place shere you can park your car. It was really amazing it worts of stay. I recommend you to come and stay here. It is a beautiful enjoyable family hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Yerevan. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city

Slippers (though small) Cons: air conditioning did not work (there was a fan), the pool closes early (at 8, when I arrived, it was already closed, and during the day there were a lot of people)

We stayed in the luxury room with sauna and jacuzzi for 3 days, the room was alot bigger I thought, As soon we arrived the staff was fantastic very very friendly and our room was ready even get there 2 hours earlier if what we should, they bring us to the room straight away, even bring up our luggage to the room for us, They filled the jacuzzi for us, and always they were smiling and very helpful,...

I liked everything, from the moment of registration on the site to the departure! Polite and good-natured staff, clean room, booked 1 room and ended up with 2 bedrooms! Breakfast is very tasty buffet to choose from! I am satisfied and will recommend you to my friends!

I would like a refrigerator and kettle in the room (there was a cooler downstairs). There was no hot water in the shower at night. Average audibility (there is a road nearby and people's voices in the corridor)

We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, a good sauna and pool. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts are good.

Probably even better in summer when the outdoor pool is open. We couldn't use the indoor pool, which was the main reason we came; it might have been closed. There's convenient covered parking

Cascade Complex in Yerevan (Armenia) is one of the most beloved place for all Yerevanians and guests of the city.

The room was large and the bedding was very clean, but it was quite far from the city center.

And they are both absolutely delightful people to spend time with (and their cute doggies!) Loads of outdoor and cultural stuff to do on the doorstep. Already looking forward to my next visit at the Cypress Guesthouse

I have stayed at this guesthouse on both of my trips to Armenia, because I knew I didn't want to miss it. The views are great, the place is very clean, the prices extremely fair

Mher and Jula go above and beyond with making you feel like you are a guest at their home. Even just the dinner or breakfast they serve feels like it is a from a 5 star hotel

What an awesome place! Absolutely loved the view, the service, and the food there. The host is very welcoming, too. And the dogs were absolute cuties. 100% coming back.

The wellness center is amazing with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and all overlooking the mountains which is breathtaking. When it comes to the full board, there is a wide variety of options for all tastes

Also I must mention the extra efforts that all the staff put into marking my stay memorable and to communicate despite the language limitation, they all went beyond specially the reception ladies and the restaurant staff

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by green and trees. When you arrive you have a consultation with a doctor who recommends based on your needs the best health procedures or treatments

It would only be nice if swimming pool was a bit bigger

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe

The hotel accommodated for all our needs , starting from basic bag service to your room , unlimited buffet dinning (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner ) , kids club (comes with adult supervision ), pool and spa facilities , outdoor play set for the kids , proper gym room, 2 X bars  and most importantly health spa treatment
