Amazing open air pool. Very clean and not very crowded. However if you're planning a visit on weekend, you'd better reserve a place by phone. In addition they have really nice pizza and beers))

A good hotel with spacious rooms. I especially want to highlight the breakfast – a great selection of variously prepared vegetables and salads, all very delicious

My only suggestion would be to add a water cooler on each floor. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time

Especially if you book this hotel in the summer, there is a pool, which is very pleasing. I will definitely return to this hotel again and will recommend it to everyone

The bathroom doesn't have a heated towel rail, and it's very damp—everything dries poorly. The windows don't open, so there's no fresh air

The location is kinda windy, and it gets even very windy at night. Staff The staffs are very informative and also helpful. They will help you if you need informations about tour etc, They also speak proper english

I traveled to Armenia for a month and stayed in many hotels. I am very satisfied with the Caucasus Hotel. The service, sanitation, and facilities in the room are very good

Nice hotel. Had a great stay. Their room arrangement and construction is very different and nice. More like a duplex villa. However, Breakfast is below average. Location is also away from the city centre.

Room I took a family suite there, the room is very cozy. It's a big classic style room, which you can ease your soul. Facilities There's an outside pool, a pond, a big park which we can walk or jogging there

Caucasus hotel is a very nice place and a good choice despite the fact that it's not in the center of Yerevan. The staff is very helpful ,welcoming and always ready to assist regardless of the lack of English language

It’s 5 star with vintage charm! Classic hotel with perfect service! There’s SPA with Thai massage experience, price is low for that quality! We have great experience with wife! Breakfast is also good, don’t be shy ask the staff about additional dishes

It's very retro, and although it's an older hotel, it's well-maintained, with decent cleanliness. However, you can tell from the shower fixtures that it's a bit dated, but the bed is very comfortable and spacious

One of my favourite hotels in Armenia!!! Right in the heart of Yerevan!!!I love the staff working there, as they are too hospitable, I love everything around it, as it is situated in the Northern avenue and here are many shops, cafes, pubs, bars

The entire decor and furniture have a distinctly local feel. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, especially to Chinese guests. The spa experience was also excellent!

The hotel is located in the city center and is very conveniently located. There's a fairly large minibar. There's a pleasant summer terrace on the ground floor.

I recently stayed in a cozy cottage at Elegant hotel in Tsaghkadzor, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was nestled in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. It was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway

Decent hotel, rooms are clean and quite large (not all). The hotel is inexpensive. There is a Spa and small pool. The Breakfast is average, but this is typical of Yerevan. A total of five points

Thank you! The rooms are clean and bright, with all the amenities, toiletries in excellent condition, and the bed linens are white and comfortable. The TV has a wide selection of channels, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly

The food here is excellent, ranging from traditional Armenian dishes to Mediterranean and Western delicacies, which can be enjoyed for breakfast and dinner, or ordered from the restaurant's menu

The view from the hotel to the city is good but the amenities are not complete. There is no towel, inside slippers and no coffee.

good location, good room for the money, looks like new, clean, staff good, the room only had 2 outlets and no fridge, but to spend one night is a good option

The only thing when booking is to specify the size of the room, there are very small ones, and if you have long thick hair, you will be disappointed with a hair dryer :) By the way, there are good weekend tours near the hotel

The only drawback is the limited public transport access to Dilijan’s main sightseeing spots, restaurants, and other attractions, making taxis the primary option for getting around outside the hotel

As the hotel is located near a forested area, small non-biting insects may occasionally be present; while harmless, they can be somewhat annoying

The room was spacious, there was no hairdryer in the room, but it was provided at the reception without any problems. A nice bonus is the sauna with a swimming pool, I took advantage of it and was very pleased

If desired, you can use the spa services with a sauna and swimming pool. The location is quite convenient, you can get everywhere on foot

However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed

Great price for a hotel that is located close to all the sights of the city...easy access to local stores and restaurants...breakfast was great a lot of variety.

In the hamam, the steam generator did not heat anything in an hour, in the sauna the stove heated enough, the whole sofa there is in holes, the sauna is a fire hazard, sooner or later it will burn down, see the photo

Breakfasts are so-so, on the second day there were no forks, no glasses for drinks. It is located in some industrial zone with incomprehensible buildings, although maybe for this place it is the norm

However, Yandex rides were quick, easy, and very affordable, so getting around wasn’t a big issue. What really made the stay better was the staff — they were truly wonderful: kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming

Friendly staff at the reception, that's all the pluses, well, they also parked the car in the underground parking lot, convenient

Staff were friendly, but photography was strangely allowed everywhere; people were constantly taking photos, which felt odd !! After 3:30 pm, a large group of teenage boys arrived, playing loudly with balls in the pool, which made it impossible to stay and enjoy the place!

The gym and swimming pool are nice, however the issue with them is that they can be noisy. Some trainers have decided that they can disregard other visitors and direct their classes with noisy 'music'

Luckily, it's just a short stay; I have to catch a flight the next morning, otherwise, it would be such a waste to sleep in such a room alone. The staff were as friendly and helpful as ever
