Got a mansard room, the window under the roof lets in street noise and there is no curtain, as soon as the sun rises, the room becomes light, not everyone can sleep with the light. Otherwise, a comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Very cozy, clean and tidy room!
Good location, a little away from the center but very close to it.
Maybe it will be a little noisy from the street or from neighbors, but overall I highly recommend it.
The room has air conditioning and Wi-Fi works.

I liked the hotel and the service staff! Very nice girls and a guy at the reception, they help with everything they can. The hotel is new (about 3 years old), so the renovation is fresh, new. You can't give this hotel 2 stars, you need to give it more. Everything you need is in the hotel - a hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, pastes, a kettle in the room, an iron (on request), Wi-Fi in room 6 - weak in the part of the room where the bed is, closer to the opposite wall - normal, but best on the 1st floor, as I understand it, there is excellent Wi-Fi (there are rooms there too). You can order coffee for 30 drams, yes, 30, not 300))
I definitely recommend the hotel 👍 I paid 2600 per night, lived for 5 days. From the center on foot 40-50 minutes, by taxi 10 minutes. (Around 250-350 rubles depending on the time of day). The metro is a 10-minute walk away, you can take the metro to the center (I think it costs 100 drams).

Not an advertisement, but just how I feel! Everything in this life is decided by details and personal attitude, which is more valuable than all formal benefits: strong black coffee, carefully brewed by the hotel staff, will never be inferior to a cappuccino made with soy, a smiling “good morning, it’s cool today, take a sweater with you” warms you even warmer than cashmere . We stopped at this hotel by chance to escape the bustle of the center and make a little trip into the world of home comfort and conversations on the summer veranda. I went to the hotel, and there was such comfort, you know, the men didn’t even look after me like that: clean rooms, I got a view of the city and a little bit of the mountain, with almost two rooms, a sofa, water in the refrigerator, slippers, soap accessories. Girls are not allowed to carry a suitcase in a hotel themselves (an unspoken rule is included in the founding documents), you can always ask for an iron and ironing board, and make tea. By the way, instead of a world card, it’s better to pay with crumpled money at the cash desk - a rate that will never change, a currency that will never fall (reservations from the island do not deduct money from the account, prepare cash in advance). Thanks to all the hotel staff - you are super!

Despite the previous review, we trusted our intuition and chose this hotel! And for good reason! To say that the staff is helpful is an understatement! For 5 days we felt at home. Perfectly clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel itself has a fresh, beautiful renovation, very harmonious. The administrators always suggested what was best to look at. When we were getting ready for Sevan, they carefully recommended that I dress warmly; when my dress got stained, they washed it for me, a bunch of other things, and this was free of charge. Every morning they brewed us delicious coffee. Any wishes were fulfilled, even more than! Wonderful hotel! Highly recommend! Thanks to absolutely all the hotel staff for such a warm welcome! We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone. P.S. I forgot to say, the hotel has a very pleasant summer veranda where you can relax at any time and service 24 hours a day

In general, the hotel is okay for the money, but the employees here are quite unprofessional and dishonest. Initially I planned to stay at the hotel for a week, but I had to stay longer. I made my first reservation through booking and lived in peace. When I realized that I needed to renew, I did it again through booking and came to pay at the reception. They asked me to cancel my booking and promised to give me a good discount. I was tempted by this offer and the discount was really quite good (about 25k drams). A few days later, the administrator said that he had made a mistake and demanded an amount almost identical to the original amount from the booking. It turns out they decided not to pay a commission to the booking company and charge me an amount almost equal to the amount of the original booking. The dialogue itself proceeded in a rather rude manner, I was asked to leave the hotel, and some unknown drunken friend of the administrator joined the dialogue. As a result, they gave me a micro-discount for which I would not cancel anything. The moral of the story is pretty obvious: you should never be fooled by offers to cancel. You should always act through a service like booking, where you don’t have to resolve issues with people who want to fool you.
