Each floor has its own elaborate decoration so you are never bored and you feel that you live in an interesting place. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help in any way possible

I also really liked the location: very close to the center where all the main restaurants and shops are, and yet a little up on the hill in a quiet area (also giving you an opportunity to exercise a little when walking up to the hotel after a full dinner :)

This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. Now it is not luxurious but stylish and classy

A really lovely hotel that surpassed my expectations. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel has lots of amazing artwork inside, with lots of areas to explore and find a peaceful spot to relax

It's great to see a hotel with history and character being run so well - I really hope its kept this way and doesn't have a terrible 'renovation' like so many other places

The best aspect was the staff who were very friendly and helpful all the time, more than anywhere else I stayed during my three weeks in Armenia

The room service was not a full service: they would make the bed and provide clean towels but so far as cleaning and removing trash, it was a hit or miss thing--sometimes they do it, sometimes they didn't

Comfortable, quiet. But to the pool for money or an acquaintance allowed not only the hotel guests.

The GOOD: the staff is amazingly nice. Very respectful and very helpful. The food is nice--tho there are no menus. You get what they serve and it's generally very nice and tasty. The rooms were clean when we got there

The stair wells have no light during the night--so take a flash light with you at night--again, for adults, it's no big deal but kids running around could injure themselves

Furniture needs to be improved as well. Price is good compared with what you can get

The pool was good but too many kids at the time we swam. I wish the gym was in a better shape as most of the equipment is broken and even dangerous if kids are unattended. All in all, my grade is 8 out of 10

The cottage has a kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and sink, living room with TV. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel is located in the forest, so that in summer and winter the landscape is beautiful

Our room was much bigger than what we thought, well furnished and clean. The food was nothing to praise or criticize, we didn't remain hungry. The territory is pretty, some cottages in restoration

The best place for the rest of the collective I have often rested in Tsakhkadzor, it was the best vacation. We took a three-storey house with five bedrooms, and there fit 12 adults and 5 children

We are here now and what I can say is that this hotel is a really nice place for what we paid. It is designed so beautifully inside that you feel like you are in a palace

Was disappointed that couldn’t order a glass of wine. But that’s an endemic problem in Gyumri. Today staffers said that absence of wine is a temporary outage. They have passworded Wi-Fi — ask staff

Nice menu. Service leaves much to desire

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options

They offer various SPA services, have an indoor pool and kids playground (both indoor and outdoor) which came very handy as we travelled with our kid

The hotel is finished quite expensively. Large territory. There is a pool and spa. The rooms are huge.

The hotel has a small inner pool and sauna, together with a and gymnasium and massage center, being perfect for families with kids

Not terrible but a lot of place to improve. No tea/coffee/water/sugar in the room. Pool was rather cold, we had issues with hot water and heating but was solved by changing the room. Floor carpet wasn’t too fresh

Excellent location (on the hill of a green mountain), the rooms are spacious (doubles come with large balconies that open to the mountain), have comfortable beds, kettle and all stuff needed for a proper rest

I really loved this place. I've been here for 2 days. It was nice and we played Laser Tag in the forest. + The nature is so beautiful. Visit here if you want to be in the nature and forget about a lot of things.

Tej Ler Resort is a truly fantastic place! We have visited many times already, and what impresses us most is that the quality remains consistently high over the years

Rooms are really simple, and the hotel is far from the center of town. There is nothing much to do and you need a car to drive to town. Also, when you open the window, there is a lot of noise coming in from the road

The chef and the front desk patiently understood our vegetarian food requirements for dinner and breakfast and prepared a great meal with more than sufficient quantity. Would certainly recommend this hotel

Amberd Hotel was wonderful! We booked two rooms with a stunning view of Mount Ararat—it was absolutely amazing. The hotel was spotless and had the fresh, luxurious scent you’d expect in a 5-star property

Children have both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and the pools (also both indoor and outdoor) are cleaned daily. One detail that stood out to me: the rooms use towels produced by local manufacturers

I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves more attention! Our stay was memorable in the best way, and I’d like to share a few highlights: Food: Absolutely delicious! The booking included breakfast, which was generous and satisfying

You won’t find trendy avocado toast or low-calorie vegan cookies (which I personally wasn’t looking for), but I was pleasantly surprised to be served meatballs in béchamel sauce and cooked sprout fish—a beloved local delicacy

We also added dinner on one of the days—and we didn’t regret it for a second. The variety is impressive: plenty of local, seasonal fruits and dishes that, while simple, are thoughtfully chosen and full of flavor

Maria was a wonderful attentive friendly kind host. We had Room 16 a junior suite, it was very spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed coffee & cake there and the following morning we had a delicious breakfast

And I felt being watched all the time

We are vegetarians so we requested them to customize some part of the breakfast for us and they went extra mile to do so and we had a lovely breakfast as well. Thank you so much again for this wonderful stay

The hotel is very clean, well located. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The personel is super helpful and kind. Wish we could stay longer than one night. And they have amazing garden to sit in.

Eg cool vintage sunglasses sold at reception. There’s a supermarket around the corner, food delivery and a large fridge where you can keep supplies. I could also cook quick items on a hot plate - super convenient

The hotel was very nice, the location perfect. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options (including lots of desserts and salads, which were very nice). The room was quite big and it had a nice balcony

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us tips about the city, supermarket etc. There was some construction going on and it would have been nice to know beforehand as it was quite noisy during the day

Good hotel, quite reasonable for the price. Parking is included, though very tight. Staff are friendly, which I liked the most. The only downside I noticed is that there was no coffee at breakfast

Our room was very spacious with a large en-suite and balcony, a continental buffet style breakfast was more than adequate, offering a selection of ham, cheeses, eggs, cereal, fruits etc etc

The location is fantastic, you are literally a few steps from republic square, but the hotel still remains quiet and peaceful both outside and internally

The reception staff and the bar/security/night men were extremely helpful and every request was dealt with with a friendly and prompt manner

I was scared of cold (it's -14 at night), but aircon heated the room and kept it warm the whole time. The best part of the hotel for a winter season trip is the indoor swimming pool

Nice hotel, good service and good food. The rooms are clean and spacious. Quiet place, beautiful scenery, well maintained green spaces with walking paths, benches, a playground for kids and a swimming pool

Room design is somewhat outdated, with red carpets and golden curtains, there was some dark spots from humidity in the bathroom, there is drain of the floor but it's not the lowest point, so when water leaks from the shower, it's challenging to keep the floor dry

I also fell in love with the hotel pup, such a cuddly playful baby ❤️ The view from the restaurant and hotel rooms are just something else! There were also horses grazing on the opposite slope, as an equestrian i was delighted to see them

The hotel is perfect and I think it's worth the cost. We booked the 2-level family suite, it was very spacious and had everything needed. They also brought us a bottle lf sparkling wine and fruit platter for free

The water is hot, you just don't want to get out of it:) Breakfast and dinner were very nice. Nothing fancy, but there was a decent variety, and the staff was making sure everything is refilled

The room is cozy and the mattress is comfortable, I slept sweetly) The staff is very friendly, they even allowed me to leave my car in their parking lot for 5 days without asking for any additional payment

As an extra service - transfer from the airport and restaurant at the highest level. On my own behalf, I would like to recommend not only the choice of this hotel, but also the signature oriental coffee

Hotel has every comfort, the structure is brand new, on request there is a restaurant service and transfer from the airport. The staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!

Cozy rooms with a kettle, a beautiful bathroom and even cotton pads and cotton swabs! Very tasty authentic Armenian breakfast with an excellent choice of dishes for every taste

We were tempted by the nice renovation, new furniture, and private grounds with a pool

We stayed in this house for several days. The room we stayed in was huge, the furniture was new and comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. It's very new and well-maintained. The house has several rooms for rent

The hosts are very nice and pleasant. You can order breakfast, which is very convenient. The area is also great, with shops and cafes within walking distance. It's a 15-30 minute taxi ride to the center

We stayed in April and were pleasantly surprised by what we saw. I never thought you could find a wonderful guesthouse for that kind of money

And all of this is 100% true! But! There's one huge "but!" We arrived, were greeted by a very pleasant girl, led us into the house, and then came the first shock: as we entered, we saw an old man lying on a couch in the hallway, his toes smacking our faces
